The garbage can replacing method and device provided by the invention are reasonable and reliable, the garbage can replacing device provided by the invention is reasonable in structure and reliable in performance, the garbage storage amount of a garbage collecting point can be increased, the replacing period of the garbage can is greatly prolonged, and managers and workload are reduced.
