Background

The existing logistics or express industry needs to set a specially-assigned person to receive goods or articles and to distribute the goods or articles at each network point, and the manual operation efficiency is not high. Even existing access cabinets generally need to be provided with a plurality of grids for storing goods and doors for closing and opening the grids on each cabinet, each grid is used for storing one goods or one goods of a customer, and a storage worker needs to place the goods or the articles in each grid and correspondingly determine the grids; when the goods are required to be taken out or stored, the door of which grid needs to be watched is opened, and the goods are taken out or stored in the past and the door is closed to finish the taking or storing. The present invention provides an accessing system and an accessing bin with high accessing efficiency and simple structure, aiming at the defects of the prior art.

The present invention provides an access system and an access bin, and in order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. Referring to fig. 1 to 7, an access system includes a shelf 1, a goods outlet, a loading tray 2 for loading goods; the goods shelf 1 bears the loading disc 2, a plurality of layers are arranged on the goods shelf 1, each layer is provided with a plurality of goods channels, each goods channel bears the loading disc 2, the loading disc 2 can be taken out of the goods shelf 1, and the loading disc 2 can also be stored in the goods shelf 1; the goods taking tray 3 is movably provided with a dragging part which is connected with a driving device, and the dragging part is driven by the driving device to drag the loading tray 2 from the goods shelf 1 into the goods taking tray 3 and push the loading tray 2 in the goods taking tray 3 into the goods shelf 1; the dragging part can move left and right in the goods taking tray 3 due to the driving of the driving device, is suitable for the goods taking tray 3 with goods shelves 1 on the left and right sides and can drag the loading tray 2 on the left goods shelf 1 into the goods taking tray 3 and push the loading tray 2 in the goods taking tray 3 into the goods shelves 1 to complete the storage and taking; and the plate 2 can be loaded and taken from the left or right shelf 1.

The goods taking tray 3 is movably sleeved on the bracket 16 and longitudinally runs along the bracket 16 by a longitudinal driving motor 18; the goods taking tray 3 is moved by the whole bracket 16 of the transverse driving motor 17 to realize transverse driving, so that the goods taking tray 3 runs to each goods channel and each goods outlet of the goods shelf 1; the goods taking tray 3 after taking goods runs to the goods outlet, and when storing goods, the goods taking tray 3 runs to the goods shelf 1 from the goods outlet; that is, the goods taking tray 3 is used for moving the loading tray 2 pulled out from the goods shelf 1 to a goods outlet or other goods taking channel and moving the loading tray 2 to the goods shelf 1, and the part to be pulled is pushed into the goods shelf 1 to finish storing in the goods shelf 1. That is, the goods taking tray 3 takes the loading tray 2 from the goods shelf 1 by the dragging part and then moves to the goods outlet, so that the customers or the staff can take the goods or the articles of the loading tray 2 in the goods taking tray 3; and the picking tray 3 runs the loading tray 2 loaded with goods from the picking port or other channels to the shelf 1 and pushes the loading tray 2 into the channel by the dragging part; the goods taking tray 3 is driven by a transverse driving motor 17 and a longitudinal driving motor 18 to move transversely and longitudinally. The loading tray 2 is provided with a connecting piece, and when the loading tray 2 is taken out from the goods shelf 1, the dragging part is fixedly connected with the connecting piece, so that the dragging part drags the loading tray 2 into the goods taking tray 3; meanwhile, when the loading tray 2 in the goods taking tray 3 is pushed into the goods shelf 1 by the dragging part, the dragging part is fixedly connected with the connecting piece, so that the pushing stability of the dragging part is facilitated; or the dragging part is not connected with the connecting piece when pushing the loading disc 2 in the goods taking tray 3 into the goods shelf 1, and the dragging part only needs to push the loading disc 2 into the goods shelf 1 stably; the structure that the dragging part and the connecting piece are fixedly connected with each other can be that the dragging part is provided with a grapple and the connecting piece which are the side edges of the loading disc 2; the structure that the dragging part and the connecting piece are fixedly connected with each other can be that the dragging part is provided with an electromagnet 5 and the connecting piece is made of materials such as an iron block 6 and the like which can be tightly absorbed by the electromagnet 5, the structure that the dragging part and the connecting piece are fixedly connected with each other can be other structures as long as the dragging part and the connecting piece can be fixedly connected with each other when the loading tray 2 is dragged into the goods taking tray 3, the dragging part and the loading tray 2 can be fixedly connected or not when the loading tray 2 is pushed into the goods shelf 1, the dragging part and the loading tray 2 can be fixedly connected as long as the goods shelf 1 is pushed, and the dragging part and the connecting piece are separated from each other after the loading tray 2 is pushed into the goods shelf 1; when the loading tray 2 is pushed into the shelf 1, the drag portion and the loading tray 2 are not fixedly connected and do not move apart.

Therefore, when goods are taken, the goods taking tray 3 moves to the loading tray 2, the dragging part is connected with the connecting piece and drags the loading tray 2 into the goods taking tray 3, and the loading tray 2 moves to the goods taking port to be taken by the goods or the goods in the loading tray 2; when stocking, the picking tray 3 runs the loading tray 2 loaded with goods through the picking port or other passage to the shelf 1, and the holding section pushes the loading tray 2 in the picking tray 3 into the shelf 1 to complete the stocking. The dragging and holding part is driven by the driving device to move in the goods taking tray 3 to drag and push the goods into the loading tray 2 to finish goods storage and taking, the structure is simple, the efficiency is high when the goods or the articles are stored and taken, and the stability is high; the access process is smooth and efficient.

In the embodiment, the dragging part comprises a sliding table 4 and an electromagnet 5, and the connecting piece is an iron block 6; the electromagnet 5 is arranged on the sliding table 4, the loading disc 2 is provided with an iron block 6 for attracting the electromagnet 5 tightly, the iron block 6 can be embedded at one side of the loading disc 2, or can be arranged on the loading disc 2 in other forms according to the situation, or the material of the loading disc 2 is iron, and the situation is determined; the driving device is connected with the sliding table 4 and used for driving the sliding table 4 to move and operate on the goods taking tray 3 to push, store and drag the loading tray 2, namely the sliding table 4 can be driven by the driving device to move left and right to operate on the goods taking tray 3, so that the sliding table 4 pushes the loading tray 2 to the goods shelf 1 to complete pushing, and the dragging loading tray 2 enters the goods taking tray 3 to complete dragging, and the structures of the sliding table 4 for sucking and separating the electromagnet 5 and the iron block 6 are matched with each other simply and stably when the goods taking tray 3 is dragged, stored and pushed; the sliding table 4 is driven by the driving device to move left and right, so that the loading disc 2 can be pushed and stored, and the structure is simple and stable; the sliding table 4 can be limited in the maximum travel of the sliding table 4 by a limit sensor, such as a U-shaped switch.

The transverse driving motor 17, the longitudinal driving motor 18, the electromagnet 5, the first driving motor 7, the second driving motor 14 and the detection device 15 are all connected with a controller, and the controller controls the transverse driving motor 17 and the longitudinal driving motor 18 to drive the goods taking tray 3 to move; the controller controls the electromagnet 5 to tightly suck and loosen the iron block 6; the controller controls the first driving motor 7 and the second driving motor 14 to drive the sliding table 4; the controller controls the driving of the first drive motor 7 and the second drive motor 14 according to the signal of the detection device 15.
