The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

The embodiment discloses a microbial agent with an envelope, which comprises a microbial agent particle 1 formed by organic matters, an envelope 2 wrapped on the outer side of the microbial agent particle 1 and an anti-caking layer 3 adhered on the outer side of the envelope 2.

In this example, the composition of microbial agent particle 1 includes: 50kg of mushroom dregs, 10kg of animal manure, 10kg of humic acid, 25kg of fructo-oligosaccharide and 20kg of beneficial bacteria.

The coating layer 2 consists of 10kg of coating adhesive, 15kg of trehalase and 5kg of medium and trace element fertilizer. The material of the coating adhesive is starch.

The anti-caking layer 3 comprises the following components: 2-5kg of anti-caking agent.

The manufacturing method of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

s1, preparing microbial agent particles

Weighing 50kg of fungus residues, 10kg of animal wastes, 10kg of humic acid, 25kg of fructo-oligosaccharide and 20kg of beneficial flora according to a proportion, and granulating by using a granulator;

s2, preparing coating raw materials

10kg of coating adhesive, 15kg of trehalase and 5kg of medium and trace element fertilizer are added with water and stirred, heated to 30-50 ℃ and then uniformly dissolved;

s3, coating treatment

Uniformly spraying the coating and the raw materials obtained in the step S2 on the microbial agent particles obtained in the step S1, and then rapidly drying the coating and the raw materials by using hot air at 180 ℃; and the coating treatment was repeated 3 times.

S4, anti-caking treatment

And adding an anti-caking agent to the surface of the fertilizer subjected to the coating treatment in the step S3, and then uniformly stirring.

The embodiment contains the trehalase, has rich nutrition, and can comprehensively improve the fertility of the fertilizer; the medium trace element fertilizer can be used as various medium trace elements required by plant growth. Meanwhile, the trehalase and the medium and trace element fertilizer powder can prevent the microbial agent particles from caking and adhesion, can be stored for a long time, and can prevent the microbial agent or the fertilizer from being dissolved due to the action of the coating when the fertilizer is mixed.
