s13, taking 100g of the resin particles prepared in the step S12 according to parts by weight, placing the resin particles in a reaction vessel, adding 2% of calcium oxide inorganic salt, adding 1% of food-grade tea polyphenol and 25% of polyol compound cross-linking liquid, and reacting at high temperature for 2 hours to obtain tea polyphenol SAP with a sterilization effect;

s2, smashing the fluff pulp board, mixing the fluff pulp board with tea polyphenol SAP to form a core body, obtaining a composite core body, wrapping toilet paper on the surface of the composite core body, and slitting;

s3, preparing a surface layer and a bottom layer, bonding the surface layer, the bottom layer and the composite core body through hot melt adhesives, forming through a diversion trench, sealing and shaping circumferentially, externally cutting and forming, folding with double wings, folding with three small bags, sealing and cutting to prepare the tea polyphenol bacteriostatic odor-removing high polymer strong-adsorption sanitary towel, bagging the sanitary towel, spraying codes on the sanitary towel, boxing, and warehousing and storing after the sanitary towel is checked to be qualified.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step S1, the pH of the acrylic acid solution is adjusted to 6 to 7 by an alkaline substance.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the purity of the food grade tea polyphenol is 99.9%.

In a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the polyol compound crosslinking solution is prepared by mixing one or two of ethylene glycol and butanediol at an arbitrary ratio.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the reaction temperature in the step S3 is 170-180 ℃.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surface layer, the composite core and the bottom layer are bonded together by a hot melt adhesive.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the surface layer is made of a pure cotton material.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the acrylic acid solution prepared in step S11 has a concentration of 30 to 50 wt%.

s2, smashing the fluff pulp board, mixing the fluff pulp board with tea polyphenol SAP to form a core body, obtaining a composite core body 2, wrapping the toilet paper 4 on the surface of the composite core body 2, and slitting;

s3, preparing a surface layer 1 and a bottom layer 3, bonding the surface layer 1, the bottom layer 3 and the composite core body 2 through hot melt adhesives, forming through a diversion trench, sealing and shaping circumferentially, performing external cutting and forming, folding with two wings, folding with three small bags, sealing and cutting to prepare the tea polyphenol antibacterial odor-removing high-molecular strong-adsorption sanitary towel, bagging the sanitary towel at the moment, spraying codes on the sanitary towel, boxing, and warehousing and storing after the sanitary towel is checked to be qualified.
