Referring to fig. 1, the novel water turbine generator set disclosed by the invention comprises a volute 1, wherein the volute 1 is composed of a sizing straight cylinder section 11 and a reducing spiral section 12 which are mutually communicated, a water inlet is formed in one end of the sizing straight cylinder section 11, a water conduit 2 is connected to the water inlet, an inlet of the water conduit 2 is communicated with an upstream water level, and the circumference of the water conduit 2 is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that the potential energy of water flow is increased. One end of the sizing straight cylinder section 11 close to the water conduit 2 is provided with a water inlet flow stabilizer 3 to reduce the influence of water inlet pulsating pressure on the whole unit. The center of the variable diameter spiral section 12 is fixedly provided with a ring seat 40 communicated with the variable diameter spiral section, and the periphery of the ring seat 40 is provided with movable guide vanes 41. With continued reference to fig. 2, the spoiler bar 314 is provided with a plurality of spoiler fins 316, and the spoiler fins 316 further cut the water flow to improve the uniformity of the turbulence, thereby obtaining a flatter velocity profile and further reducing the pulsating pressure and impact force of the water wheel 43 on the water wheel 43.

Referring to fig. 1 and 3, one end of the draft tube 5 close to the water wheel 43 is a straight conical section 51, the circumference of the straight conical section 51 is gradually increased from top to bottom, the other end is a horizontal diffusion section 53, the outlet of the horizontal diffusion section 53 is communicated with the downstream water level, the circumference of the horizontal diffusion section 53 is gradually increased along the water outlet direction, so that the flow rate of water flow is gradually reduced, and the influence of the pulsating pressure of the draft tube on the water wheel 43 is reduced. An elbow section 52 is communicated between the straight conical section 51 and the horizontal diffusion section 53, and a water outlet flow stabilizing device 6 is arranged in the straight conical section 51.

The vortex zone in the draft tube 5 can also generate water pressure pulsation, water flow is cut and guided through the flow stabilizing blades 62, and the circumferential speed component of the water flow at the outlet of the water wheel 43 is converted into the axial speed, so that the draft tube vortex zone is eliminated, the pulsating pressure of the discharged water is weakened, and the recovery coefficient of the draft tube 5 is improved.

Water flow enters the draft tube 5 after passing through the outlet of the water wheel 43, is cut and guided by the flow stabilizing blades 62, and converts the circumferential speed component of the water flow at the outlet of the water wheel 43 into axial speed, so that a draft vortex zone is eliminated, and the recovery coefficient of the draft tube 5 is improved.

Example 2

Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the difference from embodiment 1 is that the inlet water flow stabilizer 3 is a fixed straight-through flow stabilizer, the fixed straight-through flow stabilizer includes an annular support 321 fixedly connected with the inner wall of the sizing straight cylinder section 11, a spoiler 322 is detachably connected in the annular support 321, a plurality of spoiler holes 323 are formed in the spoiler 322, the axes of the spoiler holes 323 and the axis of the sizing straight cylinder section 11 are parallel to each other and are arranged at equal intervals between the spoiler holes 323, the inner sides of the spoiler holes 323 are bent to form butterfly-shaped drainage holes, and the diameters of the spoiler holes 323 gradually decrease along the water flow direction. The annular bracket 321 has an annular groove 324 formed along a radial direction thereof, and the spoiler 322 is embedded in the annular groove 324 and fixedly connected thereto by a radial bolt 325.

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows:

as the water flows through the fixed diameter cylindrical section 11 of the volute 1, it passes quickly through the turbulence holes 323, thereby enhancing turbulence. Meanwhile, the flow velocity is further improved by the butterfly-shaped drainage openings of the turbulent flow holes 323, the turbulence effect is enhanced, the stronger the turbulence is, the stronger the momentum exchange capacity is, the more momentum of the high-velocity flow can be transferred to the low-velocity flow, the core flow velocity field is averaged, and a more uniform turbulence and a flatter velocity profile are obtained. The intensified turbulent flow has flat velocity profile, small velocity gradient in the core area, weak shearing action, cut off energy source, and continuous dissipation without supplement. After passing through the sizing straight-barrel section 11, the turbulent flow is gradually attenuated into laminar flow, and the flatter the speed profile of the water flow is, the smaller the pulsating pressure and impact force on the water wheel 43 are, so that compared with the prior art, the fixed straight-through type flow stabilizer can reduce the vibration of the water wheel 43, prolong the service life of the water wheel 43 and ensure the normal operation of the whole water wheel 43 generator 44 set.
