Background

Osteomyelitis is a serious orthopedic disease, has a long course of disease, is easy to repeat the disease, and needs amputation in severe cases. The focus can be directly debrided through the bone window, the common debridement treatment mode is to scrape the focus, then a washing drainage tube or a VSD negative pressure drainage device is arranged between the infected bone and the soft tissue for continuous washing in vitro, and the washed residual liquid is discharged to the outside of the body in a negative pressure drainage mode. Thereby realizing continuous flushing of the bone and the surrounding soft tissues of the infected part, eliminating the bacterial residue of the infected part, and reducing the recurrence probability of the focus or prolonging the recurrence period to the maximum extent.
