then, the rubber ring 34 is buckled on the periphery of the wound, the liquid pump 26 in the supply structure 2 is controlled to drive by the power supply of the storage battery 23, the physiological saline in the cleaning tube is pumped out through the water outlet pipe 27 and then enters the spray head 37 in the top cover 36 by the liquid guide pipe 38 and is sprayed out, meanwhile, the air pump 24 in the installation box 22 is driven, the air in the cleaning tube 30 which is buckled and sealed is pumped out through the air pumping pipe 25, the wound position of the patient is pressed and loosened by force, the foreign matters are loosened and washed down by the flushing of the physiological saline, the cleaning is realized, the cleaning tube 30 can be lifted and then buckled on the wound position, the foreign matters fall on the filter screen 15 during flushing, and the physiological saline flows into the partition plate in the cleaning box 11 for storage by the filtering of the filter screen 15;

finally, under the condition of necessity in the field, the normal saline can be secondarily utilized, one end of the butt joint pipe 14 is inserted into the water pipe, the valve 13 is opened, the filtered normal saline flows into the cleaning box 11 again, and then the filtered normal saline can be pumped out through the liquid pump 26 again for pressurization and spraying; under the condition of not using, the electric push rod 352 is driven to contract and reset, and then the limiting rod 31 is correspondingly reset through the acting force of the spring 32, and the rubber ring 34 is driven to deform and reset.
