Background

In recent years, power development has focused on improving power security. However, in mountainous areas with complex terrains and micro-climates, the distribution network lightning arrester faults and defects occur thousands of times every year, most of the faults are caused by lightning stroke faults, the lightning accidents of the distribution lines account for 70-80% of the lightning accidents of the whole power system, particularly, in rainy and snowy days in winter, lines are covered with ice and are off-line, the lightning stroke amplitude is too large, the lightning arrester faults are caused, and the lightning arrester faults cannot be found and replaced in time.

Therefore, solving the problems of ice coating of the lightning arrester, line disconnection and real-time state of the lightning arrester is the important point which must be solved at present in the distribution network line.

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides an intelligent data acquisition series-parallel anti-icing gap lightning arrester, which solves the problems of ice coating flashover tripping faults of the lightning arrester in areas with severe environments, the problems of increased ice coating weight of a line and excessive wind power disconnection and disconnection, and also solves the problem that the lightning arrester faults can not be monitored in complex environments.

(1) the center of the lightning arrester adopts a glass fiber rod to directly replace a line insulator, so that higher bending strength is provided for the lightning arrester, and the bending strength is increased to 10 kN-15 kN; the cable can be stably locked by adopting a specific anti-drop fitting, so that the cable is prevented from dropping due to the influence of wind, rain and snow; the annular winding electrode can effectively prevent the glass fiber from falling off to influence the strength of the lightning arrester body; the winding layer of the glass fiber tape can not only improve the strength of the lightning arrester body, but also effectively prevent the lightning arrester from exploding and protect equipment and personal safety; by adopting the negative 15-degree angle silicon rubber umbrella skirt, water drops or snow on the umbrella skirt can quickly slide down, and the flashover phenomenon of the lightning arrester caused by rainwater is reduced.

(2) The invention comprises a series gap discharge ball and a parallel gap discharge ball, adopts series and parallel discharge gaps, and integrates the advantages of the series and parallel discharge gaps; the internal resistor disc of the arrester is not connected with the grounding terminal in a conventional state, so that leakage current does not exist, the aging performance of the arrester is greatly improved, and the service life of the arrester is prolonged to 3-5 years; when overvoltage exists in the line and the overvoltage is smaller than the discharge voltage of the parallel gap, the lightning arrester and the series gap are used for discharging, the overvoltage protection line of the line can be quickly unloaded within 0.1-0.5 microseconds, and the connection of the line is quickly blocked within 0.1-0.5 microseconds, so that the electric energy loss is reduced; the overvoltage can be discharged quickly when passing through the series gap, so that the circuit is protected to be safe and stable; when the overvoltage of the line is greater than the discharge voltage of the parallel gap, the line discharges through the parallel gap and the series gap, the lightning arrester body is separated from the overvoltage damage, the safety and the stability of the body are ensured, the service life is prolonged, and the operation safety of a power distribution system is improved.

(3) The solar anti-icing umbrella made of aluminum alloy is adopted, so that the anti-icing strength is enhanced, and the lightning arrester body is protected from being damaged by mechanical force; the solar cell for the anti-icing umbrella is embedded in the solar anti-icing umbrella, and light energy is converted into electric energy to be stored in a micro energy storage device of the lightning arrester when the light is irradiated; the energy stored in the rainy and snowy weather can enable the solar anti-icing umbrella to generate heat through the anti-icing umbrella conductive bars, so that the ice and snow on the solar anti-icing umbrella can be effectively melted, and the risk of the lightning arrester on icing flashover is reduced; the solar anti-icing umbrella is used as a lightning current conductor at the same time, plays a role in guiding lightning and conducting electricity, and directly discharges electricity to the parallel gap square bulb when lightning impulse is greater than rated 4/10 impulse of the lightning arrester.
