The upper end of the operation circular piece 30 penetrates through the nest cover 20, a cylindrical piece on the upper portion of the operation circular piece 30 transversely penetrates through and is provided with a clamping hole 35 used for penetrating and blocking a nail and clamping the middle rod 90, the clamping hole 35 or the nail is used for enabling the operation circular piece 30 to be fixed on the middle rod 90, stability is enhanced by matching with a bearing inner piece 33, the umbrella rib 80 is prevented from falling off due to the fact that the operation circular piece 30 rotates accidentally in the using process, safety is improved, the position change of the second driving portion 32 after plane rotation can be indicated by setting the initial position of the clamping hole 35 corresponding to the second driving portion 32, the axial direction of the clamping hole 35 is parallel to the long axis direction of the shifting lever, and an angle scale can be arranged on the top surface of the nest cover 20 for convenience. In addition, the part of the operating circular element 30 protruding upwards relative to the nest cover 20 is provided with an external thread and is in threaded fit with an umbrella cap 60, and the bottom end of the umbrella cap 60 and the inner circumference of the umbrella cover are pressed against the top surface of the nest cover 20.

In this embodiment, the upper nest further comprises a limiting sleeve 70, the limiting sleeve 70 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the nest 10, the limiting sleeve 70 has a vertically through sleeve hole therein and is coaxially communicated with the seat hole 11 of the nest 10, and the limiting sleeve 70 is fixed with the middle rod 90 through another stop pin.

As shown in fig. 1-2, the process for assembling and disassembling the upper nest structure and the umbrella ribs 80 of the present invention comprises an integral assembling process for assembling all umbrella ribs and a single rib disassembling and replacing process for independently disassembling and reassembling the umbrella ribs from the upper nest, wherein the integral assembling process comprises the following specific steps:

1. prefabricating an operation round piece 30, a sliding sheet 40, a nest cover 20, a limiting sleeve 70 and a nest seat 10 according to a design drawing, installing an elastic piece 50 at the bottom of a bearing inner piece 33 of the operation round piece 30 to form a second assembly, uniformly arranging a first driving part 31 at the upper part of the outer wall of the operation round piece 30 in the circumferential direction, and convexly arranging a second driving part 32 at the lower part of the outer wall of the operation round piece 30; the edge of the top of the nest seat 10 is uniformly provided with a containing groove 13 along the circumferential direction, a process groove 14 is processed in the containing groove 13, and the assembled limiting sleeve 70 and the nest seat 10 are used as a first assembly; a hanging groove 22 and a limiting ring groove 21 are processed on the bottom surface of the nest cover 20;

2. vertically fixing a middle rod 90 on a horizontal table which is provided with a tool, wherein the horizontal table is provided with a circular groove which is concentric with the middle rod 90 and radial process grooves which are uniformly radiated by taking the circular groove as a circle center and are matched with the containing grooves 13 in number, then sleeving a first assembly part into the middle rod 90 from top to bottom and enabling the nest bases 10 to be matched and placed in the circular groove on the horizontal table, and the containing grooves 13 respectively radially correspond to the radial process grooves and are fixed through a first clamping mechanism on the tool;

3. sleeving the second assembly part into the middle rod 90 from top to bottom, fixedly installing the second assembly part in the center of the top of the nest seat 10 after the clamping hole 35 on the operation circular part 30 corresponds to the middle rod 90, enabling the first driving parts 31 on the operation circular part 30 to be respectively on angular bisectors between the central lines of two circumferentially adjacent accommodating grooves 13, and then pressing down the operation circular part 30 by using a second clamping mechanism on the tool and limiting the plane rotation of the operation circular part 30;

4. the driven part 41 of the slide sheet 40 is arranged corresponding to the first driving part 31, the outer end of the slide sheet 40 is arranged corresponding to the slide groove 12 from top to bottom, at the moment, because the operation round piece 30 is not moved and the first driving part 31 is matched with the driven part 41, each slide sheet 40 can not be displaced under the condition of external force which is not enough to overcome the clamping action force or no external force action;

5. the connecting positions of the nest seat 10 and the nest cover 20 are well corresponded, the hanging groove 22 at the bottom of the nest cover 20 is pressed in corresponding to the guide block 42 in the middle of the sliding sheet 40, and the nest cover 20 is installed after all the hanging grooves are pressed in place;

6. inserting prefabricated umbrella ribs 80 into the accommodating grooves 13 along the radial process groove, wherein the inner ends of the umbrella ribs 80 are inserted into the process grooves 14 in a matching manner and are tightly abutted, and the pin joint holes at the inner ends of the umbrella ribs 80 are ensured to correspond to the sliding grooves 12 at the corresponding positions;

7. the second clamping mechanism is cancelled, the plane of the operation circular member 30 is manually or mechanically rotated by a designated angle A under the state of keeping the plane downwards pressed, then the outer ends of the sliding pieces 40 respectively penetrate through the pivot holes at the inner ends of the umbrella ribs 80, the operation circular member 30 returns to the initial height under the upward restoring force of the elastic piece 50 after the downwards pressing force is cancelled, the initial height is that the driven part 41 of the sliding piece 40 is separated from the first driving part 31, the middle part of the smooth surface of the outer wall of the operation circular member 30 is opposite to the sliding piece 40, then the plane is reversely rotated by the designated angle A, so that the second driving part 32 on the operation circular member 30 is below one side of one sliding piece 40 pointed by the clamping hole 35, the blocking nail is driven into the clamping hole 35 to limit the plane rotation of the operation circular member 30 to finish the assembly of the umbrella ribs 80 and the upper nest.

After the ribs 80 are assembled with the upper nest and then the whole frame of the ribs 80 is assembled, the umbrella cap 60 is screwed on the upper end of the operating circular member 30 after covering the umbrella surface and the umbrella cap 60 presses the umbrella surface against the top surface of the nest cover 20. If a certain rib 80 needs to be repaired or replaced in the using process of the umbrella, the single rib replacing process specifically comprises the following steps: the blocking nails on the umbrella cap 60 and the blocking hole 35 are sequentially taken away, the operation round piece 30 is firstly rotated in a plane to enable the second driving part 32 to rotate to one side of the side face of the target sliding piece 40, then the operation round piece 30 is lifted up to enable the second driving part 32 to be attached to the target sliding piece 40, then the plane is rotated by a designated angle B under the condition of keeping the pull-up state, the target sliding piece 40 is separated from the target umbrella rib 80, the plane is loosened to the initial position, and then the blocking nails are used for locking again. When a new single umbrella rib 80 is installed, the inner end of the umbrella rib 80 is inserted into the technical groove 14 in a matching manner and is tightly abutted, the blocking nail is removed, the operation round piece 30 is firstly rotated in a plane to enable the second driving part 32 to rotate to the other side of the side face of the target sliding piece 40, then the operation round piece 30 is lifted up to enable the second driving part 32 to be attached to the target sliding piece 40, the plane is rotated by a designated angle C under the condition of keeping the pull-up state, the outer end of the target sliding piece 40 is enabled to penetrate into the pivoting hole of the new umbrella rib 80, finally, the blocking nail is released and then locked again after the plane is rotated to the.

While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles and essential features of the invention and its advantages, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited by the embodiments described above, which are merely illustrative of the principles of the invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
