The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in figures 3 and 4, the invention can combine a plurality of independent unit plate presses into a multi-unit combined plate press, and share a set of power and transmission mechanism and a lengthened lifting plate 11, the working method is the same as that of the independent unit plate press, the invention is suitable for the plates with the same or similar length and width dimension to be pressed, the plate press can press the plates several times of the independent unit plate press at one time, and the work efficiency is obviously improved.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the sheet press operates by:

a. the motor 5, the speed reducer 6, the chain wheel and the chain run, the lifting plate 11 drives the pressurizing device 15 and the upper and lower pressing plates to move downwards along the upright post 3 through the hanging spring 13 along with the running of the big chain 9 until the lower pressing plate 14 contacts the base 2 at the lowest part;

b. placing a layer of plate 17 to be pressed on the upper pressing plate 16 to reach the height of both hands;

c. the motor 5, the speed reducer 6, the chain wheel and the chain run reversely to enable the lifting plate 11 to ascend until the plate 17 to be pressed on the upper pressing plate 16 is jacked to the top plate 1, then the plate 17 to be pressed is placed layer by layer from the base 2 to be jacked to the lower pressing plate 14, and the inner end of the plate is jacked to the plate aligning column 4 when the plate is placed so as to ensure that the plate is placed evenly;

d. the pressing device 15 is manually or started, so that the upper pressing plate and the lower pressing plate simultaneously press the upper part plate 17 and the lower part plate 17 to be pressed for a set time in the upper direction and the lower direction until the bonding layers of the plates are firmly bonded.

When the multi-unit combined press machine is used for pressing plates, the upper pressing plate 16, the lower pressing plate 14, the suspension spring 13 and the pressing device 15 are respectively and independently arranged except for sharing one set of power and transmission mechanism and the lifting plate 11, so that even if the thickness error or the required pressure of the plates in each unit is different, the plates can be pressed separately and do not influence each other. Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of high processing efficiency, labor saving, reduced working strength and no mutual influence during multi-unit operation.
