1. A method of monitoring the degree of wear of a tire, the method comprising:

a monitoring model construction process: collecting a triaxial acceleration signal and a tire pressure signal of a tire in the running process of the tire at different wear degree calibration values, analyzing and extracting characteristic parameters, and constructing a wear prediction model by taking the wear degree calibration value as a target and the characteristic parameters as independent variables;

and acquiring the tire pressure characteristic parameters according to the tire pressure signals.

3. A method of monitoring the level of tire wear as in claim 2 wherein said acceleration characteristic is determined as the valley area in a z-axis acceleration characteristic.

4. A method of monitoring the level of tire wear as claimed in claim 2 wherein said speed characteristic is determined as the tire operating speed obtained by dividing the circumference of the tire by the period of the z-axis acceleration characteristic.

5. A method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the tire pressure characteristic parameter is determined as an average value of the tire pressure in the sampling period.

6. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said wear prediction model is obtained by linear regression fitting.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the three-axis acceleration signal and the tire pressure signal are obtained by a three-axis acceleration sensor and a tire pressure sensor, respectively, and the three-axis acceleration sensor and the tire pressure sensor are attached to the surface of the tire.

A tire wear degree monitoring system is characterized by being used for monitoring a real-time wear degree value in a tire running process in real time, comprising a collector for collecting a triaxial acceleration signal and a tire pressure signal in the tire running process, a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, and when the processor executes the computer program, the specific method for acquiring the real-time wear degree value of the tire in the running monitoring process in the tire wear degree monitoring method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 is realized.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of tire monitoring, in particular to a method and a system for monitoring tire wear degree.

Background

Currently, most of the tire wear measurement remains in the observation of the grooves on the tire surface. A Tire Wear Indicator (TWI) is an Indicator indicating that the Tire tread Wear has reached a limit, and is a projection located at the bottom of a tread groove, slightly 1.6mm above the groove bottom. When the groove is worn to the extent that the tire wear indicator is obscured, which means that the tire has reached its end of service life, the tire needs to be replaced. Such conventional methods have the following drawbacks: 1) the change of the tire wear degree can not be monitored in real time in the usual running process; 2) the use condition of the tire can be judged only by a direct observation method without a uniform judgment standard, and the process is complicated; 3) without prompting for tire usage, the owner cannot know when to replace the tire without observing the tire surface.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a method and a system for monitoring the wear degree of a tire.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

a method of monitoring the extent of wear of a tyre, the method comprising:

a monitoring model construction process: collecting a triaxial acceleration signal and a tire pressure signal of a tire in the running process of the tire at different wear degree calibration values, analyzing and extracting characteristic parameters, and constructing a wear prediction model by taking the wear degree calibration value as a target and the characteristic parameters as independent variables;

the operation monitoring process comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of collecting triaxial acceleration signals and tire pressure signals in the running process of the tire in real time, extracting corresponding characteristic parameters, and obtaining a real-time abrasion degree value of the tire through an abrasion prediction model.

Preferably, the analyzing and extracting of the characteristic parameters comprises:

selecting a z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform in a triaxial acceleration signal, wherein the z-axis acceleration is the acceleration perpendicular to the tire tread direction, and extracting an acceleration characteristic parameter and a speed characteristic parameter according to the z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform;

and acquiring the tire pressure characteristic parameters according to the tire pressure signals.

Preferably, the acceleration characteristic parameter is determined as a valley area in a z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform.

Preferably, the speed characteristic parameter is determined as a tire running speed obtained by dividing the circumference of the tire by the period of the z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform.

Preferably, the tire pressure characteristic parameter is determined as an average value of the tire pressure in the sampling period.

Preferably, the wear prediction model is obtained by means of linear regression fitting.

Preferably, the triaxial acceleration signal and the tire pressure signal are respectively obtained through a triaxial acceleration sensor and a tire pressure sensor, and the triaxial acceleration sensor and the tire pressure sensor are both attached to the surface of the tire.

A tire wear degree monitoring system is used for monitoring real-time wear degree values in the running process of a tire in real time, and comprises a collector for collecting triaxial acceleration signals and tire pressure signals in the running process of the tire, a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is used for storing a computer program, and when the processor executes the computer program, the specific method for acquiring the real-time wear degree values in the running monitoring process in the tire wear degree monitoring method is realized.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

the method constructs the wear prediction model, so that the real-time wear degree value of the tire is obtained through the wear prediction model in the running process of the tire, the driving safety is improved, and the method has the advantages of high precision, low cost and high timeliness.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. Note that the following description of the embodiments is merely a substantial example, and the present invention is not intended to be limited to the application or the use thereof, and is not limited to the following embodiments.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a tire wear level monitoring method, including:

a monitoring model construction process: collecting a triaxial acceleration signal and a tire pressure signal of a tire in the running process of the tire at different wear degree calibration values, analyzing and extracting characteristic parameters, and constructing a wear prediction model by taking the wear degree calibration value as a target and the characteristic parameters as independent variables;

the operation monitoring process comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of collecting triaxial acceleration signals and tire pressure signals in the running process of the tire in real time, extracting corresponding characteristic parameters, and obtaining a real-time abrasion degree value of the tire through an abrasion prediction model.

The three-axis acceleration signal and the tire pressure signal are respectively obtained through a three-axis acceleration sensor and a tire pressure sensor, and the three-axis acceleration sensor and the tire pressure sensor are attached to the surface of a tire. The triaxial acceleration sensor is acquired by using an ADXL372 chip of TI company and can directly measure triaxial real-time acceleration data. The tire pressure signal is collected by an SP370 chip manufactured by TI company, which is attached to the surface of the tire and can directly measure the internal tire pressure data of the tire.

During the running of the tire, the three-axis acceleration is classified, as shown in fig. 2, the advancing direction of the tire is the acceleration of the y axis, the direction perpendicular to the tire body of the tire is the x axis, and the direction perpendicular to the tire tread is the z axis. The invention selects the z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform in the three-axis acceleration signal as the characteristic signal, so the analysis and extraction of the characteristic parameters comprise:

selecting a z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform in the triaxial acceleration signal, wherein the z-axis acceleration is the acceleration perpendicular to the tire tread direction as shown in fig. 3, and extracting an acceleration characteristic parameter and a speed characteristic parameter according to the z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform;

and acquiring the tire pressure characteristic parameters according to the tire pressure signals.

The acceleration characteristic parameter is determined as the valley area in the z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform, which is named as area, and is shown as the area of the diagonal line area in fig. 4. The speed characteristic parameter is determined as the tire running speed, named v, which is obtained by dividing the circumference of the tire by the period of the z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform. The tire pressure characteristic parameter is determined as the average value of the tire pressure in the sampling period and is named as p.

The wear prediction model is obtained by means of linear regression fitting. The wear prediction model has four independent variable parameters, namely running speed v of the tire, internal tire pressure p and valley area and load m of the tire, and each component polynomial in the wear prediction model is formed by multiplying and combining four variable parameters (v, p, area and m) and has 17 terms:

the calculation formula of t1 in the formula (1-1) is as follows:

where, wor and w are real-time wear level values of the tire, b1 and b2 are coefficient matrices of 1 × 17 dimensions, b1[ i ] is the ith row data in the matrix b1, b2[ i ] is the ith row data in the matrix b2, i is 1, 2 … … 17, and for tires of different specifications, the coefficient matrices are different, and the numerical values of the coefficient matrices are obtained through fitting.

The tire running speed v is obtained by dividing the circumference L of the tire by the cycle of the z-axis acceleration characteristic waveform, and the calculation formula is as follows:

the load m is obtained by the tire grounding ratio during the running of the automobile:

where k, b are the calibration coefficients and scale is the acceleration trough width, see fig. 4.

Example 2

The embodiment provides a tire wear degree monitoring system, which is used for monitoring a real-time wear degree value in a tire running process in real time, and comprises a collector for collecting a triaxial acceleration signal and a tire pressure signal in the tire running process, wherein the collector comprises a triaxial acceleration sensor and a tire pressure sensor, the triaxial acceleration sensor and the tire pressure sensor are both attached to the surface of a tire, the system further comprises a memory and a processor, the processor comprises a cc1310 processing chip, the memory is used for storing a computer program, and when the processor executes the computer program, a specific method for acquiring the real-time wear degree value of the tire in the running monitoring process in the tire wear degree monitoring method is realized. The specific method is the same as that in embodiment 1, and details are not described in this embodiment.
