5. The heatable sensor cleaner of claim 4, wherein the elongated air duct is a flexible insulated conduit.

6. The heatable sensor cleaner of claim 1, wherein the heating wire is in the form of a spiral, a mosquito coil, and an array.

7. The heatable sensor cleaner of claim 1, wherein the heating wire is disposed adjacent to the vortex blade or within the plenum.

8. The heatable sensor cleaner of claim 2, further comprising a first power source and a second power source;

the motor is electrically connected with the first power supply; the heating wire is electrically connected with the second power supply.

9. An automobile, characterized by comprising the heatable sensor cleaner of any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a vehicle body;

the vehicle body is loaded with a sensor; the sensor comprises a camera, a depth camera, a night vision camera or a laser radar;

the heatable sensor cleaner is used for cleaning the sensor.

10. The automobile of claim 9, wherein said heatable sensor cleaner cleans said sensor by the steps of:

when the temperature is lower than a preset temperature threshold value or the sensor surface is judged to be influenced by snow cover and frost, the heatable sensor cleaner blows hot air to the sensor to rapidly melt and blow snow and frost condensed on the sensor surface, so that the sensor can rapidly reach a working state in a cold vehicle state;

blowing normal-temperature air to the sensor by the heatable sensor cleaner to blow out water drops dripping or condensing on the sensor surface rapidly in a rainy day environment; when the water drops dropping or being condensed on the surface of the sensor cannot be dried by blowing over a preset time threshold, starting a heating and drying mode;

-during the driving of the vehicle, when it is determined that the sensor surface is contaminated, the sensor is cleaned by blowing air through the heatable sensor cleaner; when the air cannot be cleaned by blowing, cleaning solution is started for cleaning; after the sensor is cleaned by the cleaning liquid, normal-temperature air is blown to the sensor by the heatable sensor cleaner so as to rapidly blow dry the residual cleaning liquid on the surface of the sensor, thereby avoiding the condition that the sensor cannot work due to cleaning.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an automatic driving technology, in particular to a heatable sensor cleaner and an automobile.

Background

With the increasing maturity of automatic driving technology, the demand for vehicle-mounted sensors is more and more, and the dependence of automatic driving vehicles on the sensors is higher and higher. Sensors such as cameras and lidar require a clean sensor surface for normal operation, and contamination of the sensor surface may cause a decrease in the detection capability of the sensor, and in severe cases may even cause a failure of the detection function of the sensor, which undoubtedly brings a great risk to automatic driving. Therefore, cleaning of the sensor becomes especially important.

The conventional cleaning is more water washing by means of spraying a cleaning liquid, and the cleaning is effective for general vehicle lamp cleaning or cleaning of local exterior trim, but has certain defects for cleaning of a sensor. The sensor, especially the vision sensor, such as a camera, a depth camera, a night vision camera, a laser radar, etc., the water drops condensed on the sensor surface can affect the detection quality, which brings the problems of increased detection misjudgment, increased noise, limited detection distance, etc. In addition, in the case of snow or frost in winter and during driving in rainy days, the manner of spraying the cleaning liquid does not allow the cleaning function to be performed, and even aggravates the detection problem of the sensor.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the drawbacks of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a heatable sensor cleaner and an automobile.

The heatable sensor cleaner provided by the invention is used for cleaning the sensor and is characterized by comprising a shell, a motor and an eddy current blade;

a motor and a vortex blade are arranged in the shell; the motor is used for driving the vortex blades to rotate to form airflow; the shell and the vortex blades form an air duct;

heating wires are arranged in the air duct or in the center of the vortex blade, a booster air port is arranged at the outlet end of the shell, and the booster air port is located at the tail end of the air duct.

Preferably, when the heating wire is electrified, the pressurizing air port of the shell sprays hot air;

when the heating wires are not electrified, the normal temperature air is sprayed out of the pressurizing air port of the shell.

Preferably, a nozzle is arranged at the pressurizing air outlet;

the nozzle is communicated with the booster air port.

Preferably, an extension nozzle is arranged at the pressurizing air port;

the extension spray pipe is communicated with the booster tuyere.

Preferably, the extension air pipe adopts a flexible heat preservation pipeline.

Preferably, the heating wires are spiral, mosquito-repellent incense type and array type.

Preferably, the heating wire is disposed adjacent to the swirl vanes or within the plenum.

Preferably, the power supply further comprises a first power supply and a second power supply;

the motor is electrically connected with the first power supply; the heating wire is electrically connected with the second power supply.

The invention provides an automobile, which comprises a heatable sensor cleaner and an automobile body;

the vehicle body is loaded with a sensor; the sensor comprises a camera, a depth camera, a night vision camera or a laser radar;

the heatable sensor cleaner is used for cleaning the sensor.

Preferably, the heatable sensor cleaner cleans the sensor by the steps of:

when the temperature is lower than a preset temperature threshold value or the sensor surface is judged to be influenced by snow cover and frost, the heatable sensor cleaner blows hot air to the sensor to rapidly melt and blow snow and frost condensed on the sensor surface, so that the sensor can rapidly reach a working state in a cold vehicle state;

blowing normal-temperature air to the sensor by the heatable sensor cleaner to blow out water drops dripping or condensing on the sensor surface rapidly in a rainy day environment; when the water drops dropping or being condensed on the surface of the sensor cannot be dried by blowing over a preset time threshold, starting a heating and drying mode;

-during the driving of the vehicle, when it is determined that the sensor surface is contaminated, the sensor is cleaned by blowing air through the heatable sensor cleaner; when the air cannot be cleaned by blowing, cleaning solution is started for cleaning; after the sensor is cleaned by the cleaning liquid, normal-temperature air is blown to the sensor by the heatable sensor cleaner so as to rapidly blow dry the residual cleaning liquid on the surface of the sensor, thereby avoiding the condition that the sensor cannot work due to cleaning.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

the motor drives the vortex blades to rotate to form airflow for cleaning the sensor, snow and frost condensed on the surface of the sensor can be quickly melted and dried in low-temperature weather (such as heavy snow or frost), water drops falling or condensed on the surface of the sensor can be quickly dried in rainy days (such as light rain to heavy rain), and residual cleaning solution on the surface of the sensor can be quickly dried after the cleaning solution is cleaned.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following examples will assist those skilled in the art in further understanding the invention, but are not intended to limit the invention in any way. It should be noted that variations and modifications can be made by persons skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. All falling within the scope of the present invention.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a heatable sensor cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is an exploded structural diagram of the heatable sensor cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the heatable sensor cleaner provided in the present invention is used for cleaning the sensor, and has functions of snow melting, frost melting, defogging, rain-proof water sagging, and the like, and includes a housing, a motor 2, and an eddy current blade;

a motor 2 and a vortex blade 3 are arranged in the shell; the motor 2 is used for driving the vortex blades 3 to rotate to form airflow; the shell and the vortex blades 3 form an air duct;

a heating wire 4 is arranged in the air duct or in the center of the vortex blade 3, a booster air port 7 is arranged at the outlet end of the shell, and the booster air port 7 is positioned at the tail end of the air duct.

In the embodiment of the invention, when the heating wire 4 is electrified, the pressurizing air opening 7 of the shell sprays hot air;

when the heating wire 4 is not electrified, the normal temperature air is sprayed out from the pressurizing air opening 7 of the shell. The heating wires 4 are spiral, mosquito-repellent incense type and array type. The heating wire 4 is arranged adjacent to the vortex blade 3 or in the booster air port 7.

In a modification of the present invention, a nozzle is disposed at the supercharged air inlet 7; an extension nozzle may be positioned behind the nozzle to support the telescoping nozzle design.

The nozzle is communicated with the booster air opening 7.

In an embodiment of the present invention, the heatable sensor cleaner provided by the present invention further includes a first power source and a second power source;

the motor 2 is electrically connected with the first power supply; the heating wire 4 is electrically connected with the second power supply.

In an embodiment of the present invention, an extended nozzle is disposed at the supercharged air inlet 7;

the extension spray pipe is communicated with the booster tuyere 7.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view of a combination of a heatable sensor cleaner and an air duct according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the extension air duct employs a flexible thermal insulation pipeline 8 and has good thermal insulation performance.

When the heatable sensor cleaner provided by the invention is used, the motor 2 drives the vortex blade 3 to form airflow, the two sides of the vortex blade 3 and the motor 2 are enveloped by the shells to form an air duct, and the heating wire 4 is arranged in the air duct and wound in the shell. The power supply of the heating wire 4 is separated from the power supply of the motor 2, so that two working states of blowing cold air and blowing hot air can be realized. The pressurizing air nozzle arranged at the opening of the shell can increase air pressure and improve cleaning effect.

The invention also provides an automobile, which comprises the heatable sensor cleaner and an automobile body;

the vehicle body is loaded with a sensor; the sensor comprises a camera, a depth camera, a night vision camera or a laser radar;

the heatable sensor cleaner is used for cleaning the sensor.

The heatable sensor cleaner cleans the sensor by the following steps:

when the temperature is lower than a preset temperature threshold value or the sensor surface is judged to be influenced by snow cover and frost, the heatable sensor cleaner blows hot air to the sensor to rapidly melt and blow snow and frost condensed on the sensor surface, so that the sensor can rapidly reach a working state in a cold vehicle state;

blowing normal-temperature air to the sensor by the heatable sensor cleaner to blow out water drops dripping or condensing on the sensor surface rapidly in a rainy day environment; when the water drops dropping or condensed on the surface of the sensor cannot be dried by blowing over a preset time threshold, a heating and drying mode is started; the time threshold may be set to 5S.

-during the driving of the vehicle, when it is determined that the sensor surface is contaminated (including dust, water mist, corpses, etc.), the sensor is cleaned by blowing air through the heatable sensor cleaner; when the air cannot be cleaned by blowing, cleaning solution is started for cleaning; after the sensor is cleaned by the cleaning liquid, normal-temperature air is blown to the sensor by the heatable sensor cleaner so as to rapidly blow dry the residual cleaning liquid on the surface of the sensor, thereby avoiding the condition that the sensor cannot work due to cleaning.

In the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning triggering signal of the sensor is judged and given by the sensor. The sensor cleaner may be used alone or in conjunction with a washer that sprays a cleaning solution.

In the embodiment of the invention, the motor drives the eddy current blade to rotate to form the airflow for cleaning the sensor, the airflow can be used for quickly melting and drying snow and frost condensed on the surface of the sensor in low-temperature weather (such as heavy snow or frost), the airflow can be used for quickly drying water drops falling or condensed on the surface of the sensor in rainy days (such as light rain to heavy rain), and the airflow can be used for quickly drying the cleaning solution remained on the surface of the sensor after the cleaning solution is cleaned.
