1. A movable stage shaft drainage device is characterized by comprising an original shaft drainage pipe, a deep well water lifting device and a movable pipeline; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

at least two gates are arranged on the original vertical shaft drain pipe at intervals along the vertical direction, a horizontal three-way valve is arranged on one side wall of the original vertical shaft drain pipe, the three-way valve is arranged between two adjacent gates, and the three-way valve is arranged above the water level of the accumulated water in the vertical shaft;

the deep well water lifting device is suspended in the accumulated water in the vertical well through a suspension device;

the lower end of the moving pipeline is connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper end of the moving pipeline is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve.

2. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 1,

the suspension device comprises a suspension rope and a lifting device; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the suspension rope comprises a first pull rope and a second pull rope which are respectively arranged at two sides of the deep well water lifting device; the lower ends of the first pull rope and the second pull rope are both connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper ends of the first pull rope and the second pull rope are both connected with the lifting device;

the lifting device comprises a first lifting device and a second lifting device which are respectively arranged at two sides of a well mouth of the vertical shaft; the first lifting device and the second lifting device are respectively connected with the upper ends of the first pull rope and the second pull rope.

3. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 2,

the first pull rope and the second pull rope are both steel wire ropes; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the first lifting device and the second lifting device are winches; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

the deep well water lifting device is a submersible pump.

4. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 1,

the position of the three-way valve is at least ten meters higher than the water level of the accumulated water in the vertical shaft.

5. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 1,

the moving pipeline comprises a vertical moving pipeline and a high-pressure hose; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

the lower end of the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper end of the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the lower end of the high-pressure hose;

the upper end of the high-pressure hose is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve.

6. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 5,

the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the high-pressure hose through a flange.

7. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 5,

the vertical moving pipeline is fixed with the suspension end of the suspension device through a pipeline fixing clamp.

8. The mobile staged shaft drainage device of claim 5,

a support cross beam is arranged in the vertical shaft;

the vertical moving pipeline is fixed on the support beam through a clamp type support.

9. A method for draining a mobile staged shaft, wherein a mobile staged shaft drainage device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 is used for draining standing water in a shaft, comprising the steps of:

installing the mobile staged shaft drainage device;

closing a gate on the original shaft drain pipe, which is positioned at the lower end of the three-way valve, and opening the gate positioned at the upper end of the three-way valve and a valve of the three-way valve, so that the mobile staged shaft drain device is in a state of waiting to work;

the method comprises the steps that a deep well water lifting device in a mobile stage vertical well drainage device in a to-be-operated state is started, so that accumulated water in a vertical well rises along a mobile pipeline and enters an original vertical well drainage pipe through a three-way valve;

and accumulated water entering the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft is discharged from an upper discharge port of the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft.

10. The mobile staged shaft drainage method as recited in claim 9,

the installing the mobile staged shaft drainage device comprises:

connecting the mobile pipeline with the deep well water lifting device to form a mobile stage vertical well drainage device for standby;

lowering the mobile stage vertical shaft drainage device to be used to a preset position of a vertical shaft through a suspension device, wherein the preset position is positioned below the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft;

fixing the mobile pipeline and the deep well water lifting device at the preset position, and connecting the upper end of the mobile pipeline with a three-way valve pre-installed on the original vertical well drainage pipe to obtain a mobile staged vertical well drainage device; and the three-way valve and the gate are predetermined and installed on the original vertical shaft drain pipe according to the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of equipment in a well, and particularly relates to a movable stage type vertical shaft drainage device and a drainage method.

Background

In the process of mine roadway construction, sometimes, the condition that a shaft is flooded due to the fact that a water pump in the shaft cannot be discharged due to too large underground water quantity of the shaft is met, and at the moment, although drainage pipelines and equipment are arranged in the shaft, the water pump and the pipelines are largely flooded due to water burst and cannot be used.

The current practice is to remove the accumulated water in the shaft by reinstalling the downhole drainage system; not only does it require the re-purchase of the drainage system, but it also requires a lot of time and labor for installation and construction, increasing the cost of equipment and time. There is currently a lack of an effective solution to this problem.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a mobile staged shaft drainage device and a drainage method, so as to solve the problems in the prior art that when the water amount in the shaft is too large and the water pump in the shaft cannot be removed, and the shaft is submerged, the underground drainage system needs to be reinstalled, which increases the equipment and time cost.

The invention provides a movable stage shaft drainage device, which comprises an original shaft drainage pipe, a deep well water lifting device and a movable pipeline; at least two gates are arranged on the original vertical shaft drain pipe at intervals along the vertical direction, a horizontal three-way valve is arranged on one side wall of the original vertical shaft drain pipe, the three-way valve is arranged between two adjacent gates, and the three-way valve is arranged above the water level of the accumulated water in the vertical shaft; the deep well water lifting device is suspended in the accumulated water in the vertical well through a suspension device; the lower end of the moving pipeline is connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper end of the moving pipeline is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve.

In addition, it is preferable that the suspension device includes a suspension cord and a pulling device; the suspension rope comprises a first pull rope and a second pull rope which are respectively arranged at two sides of the deep well water lifting device; the lower ends of the first pull rope and the second pull rope are both connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper ends of the first pull rope and the second pull rope are both connected with the lifting device; the lifting device comprises a first lifting device and a second lifting device which are respectively arranged at two sides of a well mouth of the vertical shaft; the first lifting device and the second lifting device are respectively connected with the upper ends of the first pull rope and the second pull rope.

In addition, preferably, the first pull rope and the second pull rope are both steel wire ropes; and/or the first lifting device and the second lifting device are both winches; and/or the deep well water lifting device is a submersible pump.

Furthermore, it is preferred that the position of the three-way valve is at least ten meters higher than the level of the standing water of the shaft.

In addition, it is preferable that the moving line includes a vertical moving line and a high pressure hose; the lower end of the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the deep well water lifting device, and the upper end of the vertical moving pipeline is connected with the lower end of the high-pressure hose; the upper end of the high-pressure hose is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve.

In addition, it is preferable that the vertical movement pipe and the high pressure hose are connected by a flange.

Further, it is preferable that the vertically moving pipe is fixed to a suspension end of the suspension device by a pipe fixing clip.

In addition, the preferable scheme is that a support cross beam is arranged inside the vertical shaft; the vertical moving pipeline is fixed on the support beam through a clamp type support.

The invention provides a mobile stage vertical shaft drainage method, which adopts the mobile stage vertical shaft drainage device to drain accumulated water in a vertical shaft, and comprises the following steps:

installing the mobile staged shaft drainage device;

closing a gate on the original shaft drain pipe, which is positioned at the lower end of the three-way valve, and opening the gate positioned at the upper end of the three-way valve and a valve of the three-way valve, so that the mobile staged shaft drain device is in a state of waiting to work;

the method comprises the steps that a deep well water lifting device in a mobile stage vertical well drainage device in a to-be-operated state is started, so that accumulated water in a vertical well rises along a mobile pipeline and enters an original vertical well drainage pipe through a three-way valve;

and accumulated water entering the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft is discharged from an upper discharge port of the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft.

Further, it is preferable that the installing the mobile staged shaft drain includes:

connecting the mobile pipeline with the deep well water lifting device to form a mobile stage vertical well drainage device for standby;

lowering the mobile stage vertical shaft drainage device to be used to a preset position of a vertical shaft through a suspension device, wherein the preset position is positioned below the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft;

fixing the mobile pipeline and the deep well water lifting device at the preset position, and connecting the upper end of the mobile pipeline with a three-way valve pre-installed on the original vertical well drainage pipe to obtain a mobile staged vertical well drainage device; and the three-way valve and the gate are predetermined and installed on the original vertical shaft drain pipe according to the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft.

According to the technical scheme, the movable stage shaft drainage device and the drainage method provided by the invention have the advantages that the gate and the three-way valve are arranged on the original shaft drainage pipe, the mobile pipeline is connected with the original shaft drainage pipe, the bottom ends of the deep well water lifting device and the mobile pipeline are placed in accumulated water in a shaft through the suspension device, the accumulated water enters the original shaft drainage pipe along the mobile pipeline under the action of the deep well water lifting device, and the upper gate and the lower gate are controlled to realize movable stage drainage, so that the movable stage shaft drainage device has strong universality and flexible arrangement, and can be arranged according to actual conditions on site; the drainage pipeline of the invention is movable, can divide the water gushing in the vertical shaft into several stages to be removed, and has wide application range; the drainage is carried out by combining the original part of drainage pipelines in the vertical shaft with the movable pipelines, so that the original part of equipment is utilized, the cost is reduced, and conditions are created for stage drainage.

The following description and the annexed drawings set forth in detail certain illustrative aspects of the invention. These aspects are indicative, however, of but a few of the various ways in which the principles of the invention may be employed. Detailed Description

In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of one or more embodiments. It may be evident, however, that such embodiment(s) may be practiced without these specific details.

Aiming at the problems that in the prior art, when a shaft is flooded due to the fact that a water pump in the shaft cannot be discharged due to too large underground water quantity of the shaft, equipment and time cost are increased due to the fact that an underground drainage system needs to be installed again, and the like, the mobile stage shaft drainage device and the drainage method have the advantages of saving equipment and time cost, being high in universality, flexible in arrangement and the like.

Specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In order to explain the mobile staged shaft drainage device provided by the present invention, fig. 1 shows the structure of the mobile staged shaft drainage device according to the embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 illustrates an upper structure of a mobile staged shaft drain according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 shows a top view of a mobile staged shaft drain according to an embodiment of the invention; fig. 4 shows the structure of the original shaft drain pipe according to the embodiment of the invention.

Fig. 1 to 4 collectively show that the mobile staged shaft drainage device provided by the invention comprises an original shaft drainage pipe 1, a deep shaft water lifting device 2 and a mobile pipeline 3; at least two gates 11 are arranged on the original vertical shaft drain pipe 1 at intervals along the vertical direction, a horizontal three-way valve 12 is arranged on one side wall of the original vertical shaft drain pipe 1, the three-way valve 12 is arranged between two adjacent gates 11, and the three-way valve 12 is arranged above the water level of accumulated water 41 in the vertical shaft 4; the deep well water lifting device 2 is suspended in the accumulated water 41 of the vertical shaft 4 through a suspension device; the lower end of the mobile pipeline 3 is connected with the deep well water lifting device 2, and the upper end is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve 12.

The gate 11 and the three-way valve 12 are arranged on the original vertical shaft drain pipe 1, so that the mobile pipeline 3 is connected with the original vertical shaft drain pipe 1, the bottom ends of the deep well water lifting device 2 and the mobile pipeline 3 are placed in the accumulated water 41 of the vertical shaft 4 through the suspension device, the accumulated water 41 enters the original vertical shaft drain pipe 1 along the mobile pipeline 3 under the action of the deep well water lifting device 2, and the upper gate 11 and the lower gate 11 are controlled, so that mobile stage drainage is realized, and the advantages of strong universality, flexible arrangement, arrangement according to the actual situation on site and the like are achieved; the drainage pipeline of the invention is movable, can divide the water burst in the vertical shaft 4 into several stages for removing, and has wide application range; the water is drained by combining the original part of drainage pipelines and the moving pipelines in the vertical shaft 4, so that the original part of equipment is utilized, the cost is reduced, and conditions are created for staged drainage.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the suspension device includes a suspension rope 5 and a pulling device 6; the suspension rope 5 comprises a first pull rope 51 and a second pull rope 52 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the deep well water lifting device 2; the lower ends of the first pull rope 51 and the second pull rope 52 are both connected with the deep well water lifting device 2, and the upper ends of the first pull rope 51 and the second pull rope 52 are both connected with the lifting device; the pulling device includes a first pulling device 53 and a second pulling device 54 respectively provided on both sides of the wellhead of the shaft 4; the first pulling device 53 and the second pulling device 54 are connected to the upper ends of the first cord 51 and the second cord 52, respectively. The deep well water lifting device 2 suspended in the water accumulation 41 of the vertical shaft 4 is more stable in work through the structure, and the lifting forces on the two sides of the deep well water lifting device are balanced.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, the first rope 51 and the second rope 52 are both steel wire ropes; and/or the first lifting device 53 and the second lifting device 54 are both winches; and/or the deep well water lifting device 2 is a submersible pump. The steel wire rope has high strength and is durable; the winch can ensure the smooth operation of lifting and suspending; the submersible pump is a common deep well water lifting device.

In order to facilitate the fixing of the first pulling rope 51 and the second pulling rope 52 at the wellhead of the shaft 4 and the transportation of various materials in the shaft 4, an earth surface derrick 6 is arranged at the wellhead of the shaft 4, in order to facilitate the suspension of the first pulling device 53 and the second pulling device 54 on the deep well water lifting device 2, the suspension device further comprises a suspension head sheave 55 arranged at the wellhead of the shaft 4, and the upper ends of the first pulling rope 51 and the second pulling rope 52 are connected with the first pulling device 53 and the second pulling device 54 respectively by bypassing the suspension head sheave 55.

As a preferred solution of the invention, the position of the three-way valve 13 is at least ten meters above the level of the water 41 collected in the shaft 4. Ensuring the normal drainage.

As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the moving line 3 includes a vertical moving line 31 and a high pressure hose 32; wherein, the lower end of the vertical moving pipeline 31 is connected with the deep well water lifting device 2, and the upper end is connected with the lower end of the high-pressure hose 32; the upper end of the high-pressure hose 32 is connected with the water inlet end of the three-way valve 12. The connection to the three-way valve 12 is facilitated by a high pressure hose 32.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the vertical moving pipe 31 and the high pressure hose 32 are connected by a flange 33. Through flange 33 connection, be convenient for dismouting between them, and fixed firm, prevent that the junction from leaking.

As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the vertical moving line 31 is fixed to the suspension end of the suspension device by a pipe fixing clip. The position of the movable pipeline is moved in the process of lowering the movable pipeline.

As a preferred solution of the invention, inside the shaft 4 there is provided a support crossbeam 7; the vertical displacement pipe 31 is fixed to the support cross member 7 by means of a clip-type support 8. Wherein, the support crossbeam 7 is according to reality; the deep well water lifting device 2 and the vertical moving pipeline 31 are built in the shaft 4 through beam rods which are alternately arranged horizontally and vertically, in order to fix the support cross beam 7, a fixing hole is formed in the inner side wall of the shaft 42 of the shaft 4, and the end part of the support cross beam is fixed in the fixing hole, so that the building of the support cross beam 7 is realized; the vertical moving pipe 31 is fixed on the support beam 7 by a clip type support 8 in which a pipe fixing hole is provided and a lifting rope hole is provided on both sides.

Fig. 5 shows a flow of a mobile staged shaft drainage method according to an embodiment of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 5, the method for draining accumulated water in a shaft by using the mobile staged shaft drainage device provided by the invention comprises the following steps:

s1, installing a movable stage shaft drainage device;

s2, closing a gate on the original shaft drain pipe, which is positioned at the lower end of the three-way valve, and opening the gate positioned at the upper end of the three-way valve and a valve of the three-way valve to enable the mobile staged shaft drain device to be in a standby working state;

s3, opening a deep well water lifting device in the mobile stage shaft drainage device in a waiting working state to enable accumulated water in the shaft to rise along a mobile pipeline and enter the original shaft drainage pipe through a three-way valve;

and S4, draining the accumulated water entering the drainage pipe of the original shaft through an upper drainage port of the drainage pipe of the original shaft.

As a preferable aspect of the present invention, installing the mobile staged shaft drain includes:

connecting the mobile pipeline with a deep well water lifting device to form a mobile stage shaft drainage device for standby;

lowering a mobile stage vertical shaft drainage device to be used to a preset position of a vertical shaft through a suspension device, wherein the preset position is positioned below the water level of accumulated water in the vertical shaft;

fixing the mobile pipeline and the deep well water lifting device at the preset position, and connecting the upper end of the mobile pipeline with a three-way valve pre-installed on an original vertical well drainage pipe to obtain a mobile staged vertical well drainage device; wherein, a three-way valve and the gate are predetermined and installed on the drainage pipe of the original vertical shaft according to the water level of the accumulated water in the vertical shaft.

In order to better describe the drainage method of the mobile staged shaft provided by the embodiment of the invention, embodiment 1 is provided.

The specific length of the moving pipe can be determined according to the total depth of the well bore and the depth of water, and can be generally determined according to divided pumping stages, or 200m or 300 m.

It can be seen from the above specific embodiments that the invention makes the mobile pipeline connected with the original vertical well drain pipe by arranging the gate and the three-way valve on the original vertical well drain pipe, and puts the bottom ends of the deep well water lifting device and the mobile pipeline into the accumulated water in the vertical well through the suspension device, so that the accumulated water enters the original vertical well drain pipe along the mobile pipeline under the action of the deep well water lifting device, and then the movable stage drainage is realized by controlling the upper gate and the lower gate, and the invention has the advantages of strong universality, flexible arrangement, capability of being arranged according to the actual situation on site, and the like; the drainage pipeline of the invention is movable, can divide the water gushing in the vertical shaft into several stages to be removed, and has wide application range; the drainage is carried out by combining the original part of drainage pipelines in the vertical shaft with the movable pipelines, so that the original part of equipment is utilized, the cost is reduced, and conditions are created for stage drainage.

The mobile staged shaft drainage apparatus and drainage method proposed according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the mobile staged shaft drainage apparatus and drainage method of the present invention without departing from the scope of the present invention.
