In a preferred embodiment, after the ball seat 13 is disposed in the inner cavity of the main bearing, the lower end surface is supported by the fastening body 14, and the upper end surface is clamped into a clamping table 203 provided with a protrusion on the inner wall of the main bearing, so that the upper end surface of the fastening body 14 is in sliding surface contact with the lower end surface of the ball seat 13.
