Knocking bending part 703 makes bending part 703 buckle and laminate on the up end of connecting seat I7, can't separate upper valve body 3 and valve body 1 through simple dismantlement from this, need destroy connecting seat I7, and the material of connecting seat I7 is preferred steel. When the bending portion 703 is bent to be attached to the upper end face of the connecting seat I7 and then contacts the paint surface 704, the bending portion 703 is attached to the upper end face of the connecting seat I7 and is not convenient to tilt, when a thief forcibly tilts the bending portion 703 again by using the upper end face of the connecting seat I7 as a base point, the paint surface 704 is damaged, and therefore the damaged paint surface 704 serves as an identifier, and the valve is proved to be stolen. The valve plate 2 descends to surround the inlet pipe I104 by the inner annular surface of the valve plate 2, and liquid for removing dirt is filled into the inlet pipe I104 and flows onto the inner end surface of the lower part of the valve plate 2. The heating ring 402 and the heating rod 403 are used for freeze protection. The one-way movement direction of the stepped valve plate 602 can be changed by changing the installation direction of the connecting pipe 6, and then the backflow prevention function is achieved according to the requirement.
