Technical Field

The invention relates to a technical scheme for supplying power to an electric spindle of a ring spinning frame of spinning equipment, in particular to a power supply method and a power supply circuit for an electric spindle of a low-voltage (safe voltage) permanent magnet motor.

Background

The permanent magnet motors including the permanent magnet direct current brushless motor and the like have the characteristics of high efficiency, good rotating speed adaptability and stability, convenience in control and the like, so that the method is a better application choice for driving the electric spindle.

Because the electric spindle motor generally adopts a power supply with safe voltage to supply power, the electric spindle motors of hundreds of ingot positions are connected in parallel to supply power, the ingot positions are densely distributed in a long distance, the total installed capacity is large, and the machine station is a special machine station energy supply type. In the prior art, the power supply scheme generally adopted by the permanent magnet direct current brushless electric spindle motor of the spinning frame is as follows:

1) three-phase power supply (ac) -spindle position rectification (high voltage dc) -spindle position controller (three-phase high voltage pulse) -dc brushless motor (high voltage);

2) the three-phase power supply (ac) -spindle position switching power supply (safe voltage dc) -spindle position controller (three-phase safe voltage pulse) -dc brushless motor (safe voltage), and (representing long-distance to spindle position transportation and short-distance transportation).

In the above power supply scheme, 1) because each link of power supply is high voltage, and the high voltage is transmitted to each spindle position, the safety of operation, maintenance and operation is poor, the cost of high-voltage-grade components is high, and the failure rate is relatively high; 2) the scheme is high-voltage transmitted to each ingot controller, so that the operation, maintenance and operation safety is poor.

Whether the power supply scheme is reasonable or not directly influences the cost, safety, failure rate and other factors related to cost performance of the technical scheme.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a power supply method and a circuit for the safe voltage of an electric spindle motor of a ring spinning frame, which adopts the technical scheme that a high-voltage power supply is reduced by a transformer or is converted into the safe voltage by a switching power supply and then is transmitted to a spindle position, and has the characteristics of good system operation, maintenance and operation safety, lower cost of spindle position control components and parts and higher comprehensive cost.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the spinning frame electricity spindle supply circuit, including alternating current power supply, power converter, spindle controller, motor and conveying circuit, characterized by that the power supply is stepped down by the transformer or switching power supply converts to the safe voltage, redistributes and conveys to each spindle controller, the electric spindle motor of this spindle position of power supply that spindle controller output, namely:

thirdly, the power converter is a three-phase transformer and three-phase bridge rectification (filtering) AC-AC-DC conversion, the three-phase transformer reduces the voltage of the alternating current power supply into alternating current safe voltage, and the alternating current safe voltage is rectified and filtered into direct current power supply to be transmitted to the spindle controller;

fourthly, the power converter is composed of three single-phase transformers and three bridge rectification (filtering) AC-AC-DC converters, the three single-phase transformers step down the alternating current power supply into three safe alternating current voltages, and the three safe alternating current voltages are rectified and filtered into a direct current power supply which is transmitted to the spindle controller in three paths;

and fifthly, the power converter is three switching power supplies AC-DC, the three switching power supplies convert the three single-phase or interphase alternating current power supplies into direct current safety power supplies, and the direct current safety power supplies are transmitted to the spindle controller in three ways.

In the above one or two conversion modes, the alternating current safety power supply is directly transmitted to the spindle controller.

In the three, four or five conversion mode, the direct current safety power supply is transmitted to the ingot position controller.

When more than one power supply exists in the conversion mode, all the power supplies are distributed and transmitted to all the ingot position controllers in a balanced mode.

The safe voltage output by the power converter is 12-42 volts, and preferably 24 or 36 volts.

Detailed Description

The spinning frame electricity spindle supply circuit, including alternating current power supply, power converter, spindle controller, motor and conveying circuit, characterized by that the power supply is stepped down by the transformer or switching power supply converts to the safe voltage, redistributes and conveys to each spindle controller, the three-phase pulse power supply that the spindle controller outputs supplies the electricity spindle motor of this spindle position, namely:

Embodiment 3 as shown in fig. 2, the power converter is a three-phase transformer and a three-phase bridge rectifier (filter) AC-DC converter, the three-phase transformer steps down the AC power supply to an AC safe voltage, and the AC safe voltage is converted into a DC power supply through the three-phase bridge rectifier and filter and then delivered to the ingot controller. For example, a transformer can step down a 380V AC power supply into a three-phase AC safe voltage, and a three-phase bridge rectifier can filter the voltage into a DC safe voltage.

Embodiment 4 as shown in fig. 3, the power converter is three single-phase transformers and three bridge-type rectifying (filtering) AC-DC converters, and the three single-phase transformers step down the AC power supply to three AC safe voltages, which are rectified and filtered to become a DC power supply and then delivered to the ingot position controller (A, B, C) in three paths. Three single-phase transformers are connected with an alternating current power supply in a star connection mode of a phase line and a zero line, if 220V is converted into alternating current safe voltage, and single-phase bridge type rectification filtering is converted into direct current safe voltage; or the connection can be a delta connection method for interconnection between phase lines, for example, 380V is converted into AC safe voltage, and single-phase bridge rectifier filter is converted into DC safe voltage.

Embodiment 5 as shown in fig. 4, the power converter is a three-switch power supply AC-DC, which converts three single-phase or inter-phase AC power supplies into a safe DC power supply, which is divided into three paths to be supplied to the ingot controller (A, B, C). The three switching power supplies are connected with an alternating current power supply in a star connection mode of a phase line and a zero line, for example, 220 volt line voltage is converted into direct current safety voltage, and single-phase bridge type rectification filtering is performed to obtain the direct current safety voltage; or the connection can be a delta connection method for interconnection between phase lines, for example, 380V phase voltage is converted into direct current safe voltage, and single-phase bridge rectifier filter is converted into direct current safe voltage.

In the above embodiment 1 or 2, the ac safety power source is directly supplied to the ingot controller.

In the above embodiment 3, 4 or 5, the dc safety power is supplied to the ingot controller.

In order to obtain the interphase power supply current balance of the three-phase power supply, when more than one power supply exists in the power supply mode, each power supply can be configured in a near-remote distance balanced mode, and the number of the segments can be configured to be integral multiples of the number of the power supplies as far as possible.

The safe voltage output by the power converter is 12-48 volts, and preferably 24 or 36 volts.

For convenience of assembly and maintenance, the power supply and transmission circuit is connected by a connector.

In order to facilitate the respective power supply and management of the spindles on the two sides of the spinning frame, each path of the safety power output by the power converter in each embodiment can be divided into 1-10 branches according to the number of the spindles of the spinning frame, and the branches are conveyed to the spindle controller.

The power supply circuit of the ring spinning frame driven by the electric spindle adopts the technical scheme that any one power converter is adopted to transmit safe voltage to a spindle controller, and the ring spinning frame has the characteristics of good system operation, maintenance and operation safety, lower cost of spindle position control components and higher comprehensive cost performance.
