A heating device for inverted smoking method, wherein the heated cigarette system of claim 4 is used, the smoking method comprising: inserting a tobacco section (0-1) of a sealed cigarette section (0) into a cigarette containing pipe (3) of the smoking set according to any one of claims 1-2 with an open end (0-1-1) facing inwards, then realizing interference fit and circumferential sealing of the sealed cigarette section (0) and the cigarette containing pipe (3), starting the smoking set, heating the tobacco section (0-1) to generate smoke, diffusing the smoke into an airflow channel (5) along with the suction of a user, simultaneously, allowing outside air to enter the smoking set through an air vent (1-1) to be mixed with the smoke, and allowing the mixed airflow to enter the mouth of the user through the cigarette holder (1).

8. A heating device for inverted smoking method, wherein the heated cigarette system of claim 5 is used, the smoking method comprising: inserting the tobacco section (0-1) of the sealed cigarette section (0) into the cigarette containing pipe (3) of the smoking set according to claim 3 inwards through the open end (0-1-1), sealing the gap between the sealed cigarette section (0) and the cigarette containing pipe (3) by the cigarette sealing part (6), then starting the smoking set, heating the tobacco section (0-1) to generate smoke, diffusing the smoke into the airflow channel (5) along with the suction of a user, simultaneously, allowing the outside air to enter the smoking set through the vent hole (1-1) to be mixed with the smoke, and allowing the mixed airflow to pass through the cigarette holder (1) to enter the mouth of the user.

9. Technical Field

Background

Traditional tobacco has been in the past for centuries and has been incorporated into the lives of most smokers. In recent years, along with the improvement of living standard of people, the problems of smoking, health, harm of second-hand smoke and the like are more and more emphasized by people, and the harmfulness brought by the traditional tobacco products is more and more prominent. The new tobacco products are not combusted, so that the new tobacco products gradually become a realistic choice for various large international tobacco enterprises to deal with the sales volume of the traditional tobacco products.

At present, most of heating cigarettes adopt air as a carrier of smoke, in order to ensure that tobacco does not burn, the applied heating temperature is usually lower and generally does not exceed 300 ℃, compared with the traditional cigarette, the tobacco aroma components of the novel heating cigarette are difficult to completely release, and the smoke quantity is insufficient, so that the cigarette is difficult to be accepted by traditional smokers. In addition, in order to ensure air circulation, most of the tobacco ends of the heated cigarettes are in an open structure, namely, the cut tobacco or the reconstituted tobacco sheets are directly exposed outside or are connected with the outside atmosphere through a certain airflow channel, and tobacco residues can drop and easily pollute the smoking set in the process of pulling out the smoke bomb after smoking is finished, so that the smoking set is cleaned by the tobacco in a certain time.

If a closed cigarette structure is adopted, the oxygen content is reduced along with the heating process (due to the replacement effect of the formed fresh smoke on the internal atmosphere), at the moment, even if the heating temperature is increased, the combustion phenomenon can not occur, and meanwhile, the situation that the tobacco residues fall to pollute the smoking set can not occur. However, closed cigarette smoke migration would be difficult because no carrier gas is flowing through the tobacco.

Currently, an oxygen-deficient heating smoking set with retractable needles, and a tobacco product used with the same, are disclosed in application No. CN202010422669.5 to solve the above problems. However, the inventors found that the following problems still remain:

1. the tobacco products disclosed in the above patents require perforations in the side walls of the hollow section, which is the cavity formed by the mainstream smoke of the cigarette, and this requires the use of special perforation equipment, and therefore, the batch operation is inefficient.

2. The hollow section material of cigarette and the material of extranal packing are all paper generally, make these paper take place the deformation easily when punching, influence pleasing to the eye.

3. After the hollow section of the cigarette is punched, the contact area of the hollow section of the cigarette with the outside air is increased, so that the cigarette is easily affected with damp or polluted by the outside air in the storage process.

4. Because cigarette length is fixed, cigarette hollow section length also is fixed, therefore the regional scope that can punch is certain, can't adjust the position of lateral wall through-hole at will.

5. During the suction, the user lip contacts with a cigarette filter tip, and inevitable can make a cigarette take place the displacement, if a cigarette relies on the cooperation with the smoking set and seals, influences the sealed effect of a cigarette tobacco section easily.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is proposed in order to solve at least one of the above-mentioned problems.

The present invention provides in a first aspect an inverted suction heating device, the smoking article comprising: the cigarette holder comprises a smoking set main body 2, a cigarette holder 1 connected with the smoking set main body 2 and a cigarette accommodating pipe 3 arranged in the smoking set main body 2;

the cigarette holder 1 is of a hollow tubular structure, and the side wall of the cigarette holder 1 is provided with an air vent 1-1; the cigarette accommodating tube 3 is of a cup-shaped structure with a closed near mouth end and an open far mouth end 3-2, an air hole 3-1 is formed in the cup bottom of the near mouth end of the cup-shaped structure, and a cigarette accommodating cavity 4 is formed in the cigarette accommodating tube 3;

an airflow channel 5 is formed in the smoking set main body 2, the cigarette accommodating cavity 4 is in airflow communication with the airflow channel 5 through the air holes 3-1, and the airflow channel 5 is in airflow communication with the cigarette holder 1;

the cigarette accommodating pipe 3 is used as a heating element, or a central heating element 3-3 is axially arranged in the cigarette accommodating pipe 3.

Preferably, the airflow channel 5 is linear or zigzag or curved; or the airflow channel 5 in the smoking article is a combination of straight and curved lines.

In a first preferred embodiment, the distal mouth end 3-2 of the cigarette containing tube 3 is provided with a cigarette seal 6;

cigarette sealing member 6 is a cigarette circumference sealing member or cigarette sealing member 6 is a cigarette circumference and tip sealing member.

The invention provides a heating cigarette system for inverted suction, which comprises a smoking set of any one of the first aspect and a sealed cigarette section 0 matched with the smoking set, wherein the sealed cigarette section 0 comprises a tobacco section 0-1 and cigarette paper 0-2 wrapping the tobacco section 0-1, one end of the tobacco section 0-1 is open and is an open end 0-1-1, the other end of the tobacco section is sealed by a sealing film or by the cigarette paper 0-2 or by an abutting plug 0-3, and the outer diameter of the sealed cigarette section 0 is larger than the inner diameter of a cigarette accommodating pipe 3.

In a third aspect, the present invention provides an inverted smoking heated cigarette system, the heated cigarette system comprises the smoking set of the first preferred embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention and a sealed cigarette section 0 used in cooperation with the smoking set, the sealed cigarette section 0 comprises a tobacco section 0-1 and cigarette paper 0-2 wrapping the tobacco section 0-1, one end of the tobacco section 0-1 is open, and the other end is sealed;

and the cigarette sealing element 6 is a cigarette circumferential sealing element.

In a fourth aspect, the invention provides an inverted smoking heated cigarette system, the heated cigarette system comprises the smoking set of the first preferred embodiment of the first aspect of the invention and a tobacco section which is wrapped with cigarette paper and has two open ends and is used with the smoking set, and the cigarette sealing member 6 is a cigarette circumferential and end sealing member.

In a fifth aspect, the invention provides a heating device smoking method of inverted smoking, which uses the heated cigarette system of the second aspect, and the smoking method comprises the following steps:

inserting the tobacco section 0-1 of the sealed cigarette section 0 into the cigarette containing pipe 3 of the smoking set in the second aspect with the open end part 0-1-1 facing inwards, then realizing interference fit and circumferential sealing of the sealed cigarette section 0 and the cigarette containing pipe 3, starting the smoking set, heating the tobacco section 0-1 to generate smoke, diffusing the smoke into the airflow channel 5 along with the suction of a user, simultaneously, allowing the outside air to enter the smoking set through the vent hole 1-1 to be mixed with the smoke, and allowing the mixed air flow to enter the mouth of the user through the cigarette holder 1.

In a sixth aspect, the present invention provides a heating device for inverted smoking method using the heated cigarette system according to the third aspect of the present invention, wherein the smoking method comprises:

the tobacco section 0-1 of the sealed cigarette section 0 is inserted into the cigarette containing pipe 3 of the smoking set according to the third aspect of the invention with the open end 0-1-1 facing inwards, then the gap between the sealed cigarette section 0 and the cigarette containing pipe 3 is sealed by the cigarette sealing part 6, then the smoking set is started, the tobacco section 0-1 is heated to generate smoke and is diffused into the airflow channel 5 along with the suction of the user, meanwhile, the outside air enters the smoking set through the vent hole 1-1 to be mixed with the smoke, and the mixed airflow enters the mouth of the user through the cigarette holder 1.

The seventh aspect of the present invention provides a heating device smoking method of inverted smoking, which uses the heated cigarette system according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the smoking method is as follows:

inserting a tobacco segment into a cigarette accommodating pipe 3 of the smoking set according to the fourth aspect of the invention, sealing a gap between the tobacco segment and the cigarette accommodating pipe 3 by the cigarette sealing part 6, sealing a far mouth end of the tobacco segment by the cigarette sealing part 6, starting the smoking set, heating the tobacco segment 0-1 to generate smoke, diffusing the smoke into the airflow channel 5 along with the suction of a user, simultaneously, allowing outside air to enter the smoking set through the vent hole 1-1 to be mixed with the smoke, and allowing the mixed airflow to enter a mouth of the user through the cigarette holder 1.

The technical scheme can be freely combined on the premise of no contradiction.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the invention designs an inverted smoking heating device for the first time, wherein a cigarette holder 1 is arranged on a smoking set, the side wall of the cigarette holder 1 is provided with a vent hole 1-1, during smoking, a tobacco section in a cigarette accommodating pipe 3 is sealed, and because the formed fresh smoke has a replacement effect on the internal atmosphere of the cigarette, the oxygen content in the tobacco section can be reduced along with the heating process, and at the moment, even if the heating temperature is increased, the combustion phenomenon can not occur. Therefore, the heating temperature can be increased to fully release the tobacco aroma components and increase the smoke volume.

2. In addition, the tobacco section sealing mode in the cigarette accommodating tube 3 can be realized by sealing the cigarette accommodating tube 3 or sealing the tobacco section. 4. In a preferred embodiment, the cigarette section utilizes the plug to seal the tobacco section, and in the production process of the cigarette section, the plug can be jointly rolled and connected with the tobacco section, so that the industrial production is facilitated. If the tobacco section is sealed by using elements such as a sealing film and the like, the production process of the tobacco section needs to be changed, the existing equipment is greatly changed, and the industrial production is inconvenient.

5. The invention can clean the airflow channel after the cigarette holder 1 is detached, and the operation is convenient.

6. The mouthpiece 1 forms part of the smoke path, and the mouthpiece 1 may be internally arranged in a spiral or multi-ribbed configuration to reduce smoke temperature and absorb other miscellaneous gases.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment 1 provides an inverted suction heating apparatus, the smoking set comprising: the cigarette holder comprises a smoking set main body 2, a cigarette holder 1 connected with the smoking set main body 2 and a cigarette accommodating pipe 3 arranged in the smoking set main body 2;

the cigarette holder 1 is of a hollow tubular structure, and 2 air holes 1-1 are formed in the side wall of the cigarette holder 1; the cigarette accommodating tube 3 is of a cup-shaped structure with a closed near mouth end and an open far mouth end 3-2, 2 air holes 3-1 are formed in the cup bottom of the near mouth end of the cup-shaped structure, and a cigarette accommodating cavity 4 is formed in the cigarette accommodating tube 3;

a linear airflow channel 5 is formed in the smoking set main body 2, the cigarette accommodating cavity 4 is in airflow communication with the airflow channel 5 through the air holes 3-1, and the airflow channel 5 is in airflow communication with the cigarette holder 1;

as shown in fig. 7, the cigarette accommodating tube 3 is a metal tube, and itself serves as a heating element.

Example 2
