Example three: as shown in fig. 3, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is combined in outer garments (hereinafter referred to as outer garments) such as western-style clothes, jackets or protective clothing, and the like, and can be sewn into outer garment finished products by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, sizing or gluing processes according to the clothing design scheme, and fig. 3 (a); or according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, arranging a layer of lining material 103 in the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102, and arranging a layer of fabric 101 outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, wherein in the step (b) shown in fig. 3, the outer sleeve finished product with a three-layer material structure is formed by sewing through conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes, or the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material can be directly arranged on the outermost layer of the three-layer material structure as the fabric or directly arranged on the innermost layer as the lining material; according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, the memory easy-care foldable garment and apparel composite material 102 is directly used as an outermost layer, a layer of lining material 103 is arranged inside the memory easy-care foldable garment and apparel composite material 102, fig. 3(c), or the memory easy-care foldable garment and apparel composite material 102 is directly used as an innermost layer, a layer of fabric 101 is arranged outside the memory easy-care foldable garment and apparel composite material, and a finished coat with a two-layer material structure is formed by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing; or a three-layer material structure is mainly arranged on the part of the collar, cuff, shoulder, pocket mouth and/or sleeve of the coat, which needs anti-wrinkle, windproof, waterproof, anti-slip and/or anti-collision, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing and apparel composite material is arranged on any one layer of the three-layer material, and the other part is provided with a two-layer material structure or a single layer of memory non-ironing foldable clothing and apparel composite material.

Example four: as shown in fig. 4, the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is combined and applied in a shirt, and a shirt finished product can be formed by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, sizing or gluing processes according to a clothing design scheme, and fig. 4 (a); or according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, arranging a layer of lining material 103 in the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102, arranging a layer of fabric 101 outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, and sewing a shirt finished product with a three-layer material structure by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes, or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the outermost layer of the three-layer material structure as the fabric or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the innermost layer as the lining material; according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an outermost layer, a layer of lining material 103 is arranged inside the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102, and the figure 4(c) shows that the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an innermost layer, a layer of fabric 101 is arranged outside the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material, and a shirt finished product with a two-layer material structure is formed by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing; or a three-layer material structure is mainly arranged on the part, such as the collar, the cuff, the shoulder, the pocket mouth and/or the sleeve of the shirt, needing wrinkle resistance, wind resistance, water resistance, slip resistance and/or collision resistance, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing and apparel composite material is arranged on any one layer of the three-layer material, and the other part is provided with a two-layer material structure or a single layer of memory non-ironing foldable clothing and apparel composite material.

Example six: as shown in fig. 6, the memory non-ironing foldable dress composite material of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is combined and applied in the dress, and the dress can be sewn into a finished dress product through conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, sizing or gluing processes according to a dress design scheme, and fig. 6 (a); or according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, arranging a layer of lining material 103 inside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102, and arranging a layer of fabric 101 outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, wherein in the step (b) shown in fig. 6, the finished product of the one-piece dress with the three-layer material structure is formed by sewing through conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes, or the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material is directly arranged on the outermost layer of the three-layer material structure as the fabric, or is directly arranged on the innermost layer as the lining material; according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an outermost layer, a lining material 103 is arranged inside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102, and the figure 6(c) shows that the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an innermost layer, a layer of fabric 101 is arranged outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, and the finished product of the one-piece dress with the two-layer material structure is formed by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing; or a three-layer material structure is mainly arranged on the part, such as the collar, the cuff, the shoulder, the pocket mouth and/or the sleeve, of the one-piece dress, which needs anti-wrinkle, windproof, waterproof, anti-slip and/or anti-collision, of the one-piece dress, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material is arranged on any one layer of the three-layer material, and the other part is provided with a two-layer material structure or a single layer of memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material.

Example seven: as shown in fig. 7, the present invention combines and applies the memory wash-and-wear foldable clothing composite material of the first and second embodiments in a handbag, a fashion bag or a case, and the handbag, the fashion bag or the case can be made by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, sizing or gluing processes according to the clothing design scheme, fig. 7 (a); or according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, arranging a layer of lining material 103 in the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102, arranging a layer of lining material 101 outside the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material, and sewing a handbag, a time-money bag or a case finished product with a three-layer material structure by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes, or directly arranging the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material on the outermost layer of the three-layer material structure as the lining material or directly arranging the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material on the innermost layer as the lining material, as shown in fig. 7 (b); according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an outermost layer, a layer of lining material 103 is arranged inside the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102, and the figure 7(c) shows that the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an innermost layer, a layer of fabric 101 is arranged outside the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material, and a handbag, a time-money bag or a case finished product with a two-layer material structure is formed by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing; or a three-layer material structure is arranged at the wrist, the front part, the back part and/or the button head of a handbag, a time-saving bag or a case, and other heavy point friction parts, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material is arranged at any one layer of the three-layer material, and the other parts are provided with a two-layer material structure or a single layer of memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material.

Example eight: as shown in fig. 8, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is applied to a backpack, a single-shoulder bag or a waist bag, and can be sewn into a backpack, a single-shoulder bag or a waist bag finished product by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, sizing or gluing processes according to a clothing design scheme, as shown in fig. 8 (a); or according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, arranging a layer of lining material 103 in the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102, arranging a layer of lining material 101 outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, and sewing a double-shoulder bag, a single-shoulder bag or a waist bag finished product with a three-layer material structure through conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes, or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the outermost layer of the three-layer material structure as the lining material or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the innermost layer as the lining material; according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an outermost layer, a layer of lining material 103 is arranged inside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102, and the figure 8(c) shows that the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an innermost layer, a layer of fabric 101 is arranged outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, and a double-shoulder bag, a single-shoulder bag or a waist bag finished product with a two-layer material structure is formed by sewing through conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes; or the wrist, the front part, the back part and/or the button head of the backpack, the single-shoulder bag or the waist bag are/is provided with a three-layer material structure, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing and apparel composite material is arranged on any one layer of the three-layer material, and the other parts are provided with a two-layer material structure or a single layer of memory non-ironing foldable clothing and apparel composite material.

Example nine: as shown in fig. 9, the present invention combines the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material of the first embodiment and the second embodiment in the shoes such as sports shoes, casual shoes, snow shoes, leather shoes, polar shoes and the like, especially in canvas shoes, and can be sewn into a finished footwear product by the conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, sizing or gluing process according to the clothing design scheme, fig. 9 (a); or according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, arranging a layer of lining material 103 in the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material 102, arranging a layer of fabric 101 outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, and sewing to form a shoe finished product with a three-layer material structure by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes, or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the outermost layer of the three-layer material structure as the fabric or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the innermost layer as the lining material; according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an outermost layer, a layer of lining material 103 is arranged inside the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102, and the figure 9(c) shows that the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material 102 is directly used as an innermost layer, a layer of fabric 101 is arranged outside the memory easy-care foldable clothing composite material, and a shoe finished product with a two-layer material structure is formed by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes; or a three-layer material structure is arranged at key friction parts of the shoe upper, the shoe body and/or the insole, etc., the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material is arranged at any one layer of the three-layer material, and the other parts are provided with a two-layer material structure or a single layer of memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material.

Example ten: the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material of the first embodiment and the second embodiment is combined and applied in bra underwear, and a finished product of the bra underwear can be formed by sewing through conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes according to the design scheme of the bra underwear; or according to a specific application design scheme and cost control, arranging a layer of lining material inside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, arranging a layer of fabric outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, and sewing to form a finished bra and underwear product with a three-layer material structure by conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes, or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the outermost layer of the three-layer material structure as the fabric or directly arranging the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material on the innermost layer as the lining material; the method can also be controlled according to a specific application design scheme and cost, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material is directly used as an outermost layer, a layer of lining is arranged inside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, or the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material is directly used as an innermost layer, a layer of fabric is arranged outside the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material, and a bra underwear finished product with a two-layer material structure is formed by sewing through conventional cutting, compounding, sewing, shaping or gluing processes; or the middle layer, the inner layer and/or the cup cover of the bra and other key friction parts are provided with three-layer material structures, the memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material is arranged on any one layer of the three-layer material, and the other parts are provided with two-layer material structures or a single layer of memory non-ironing foldable clothing composite material.

The invention discloses a novel scientific and technological auxiliary supporting material with memory non-ironing and traceless functions, which is a cotton/wool/hemp/polyester/silk/real leather/synthetic fiber/leather/synthetic material with the range of application including the supporting and shaping functions of all clothes/bags/shoes through the inspection of the material. The material of the invention uses thin silica gel (SiO 2. nH2O, silica gel sheet/silica gel net material/silica gel foaming material and the like which take silica gel as a main material) as an intermediate support layer, according to the use scene, the double layers of the surface and the bottom of the support layer use strong double-sided adhesive + a treating agent/the single layer uses the strong double-sided adhesive + the treating agent, the silica gel (SiO 2. nH2O, silica gel sheet/silica gel net material/silica gel foaming material and the like which take silica gel as a main material) is compounded by using the viscose technology, and the excellent characteristics of the silica gel (SiO 2. nH2O, silica gel sheet/silica gel net material/silica gel foaming material and the like which take silica gel as a main material) are switched to a wider clothes life scene.

By the process, the clothing has the advantages of functional extension, wind resistance, water resistance, heat insulation, radiation protection and the like, does not change the soft characteristic of the textile, and brings better use and functional performance in the application of extreme scenes.

Silica gel (SiO 2. nH2O, silica gel sheet/silica gel net/silica gel foaming material and the like which take silica gel as a main material) has inertia/stability/folding resistance, no trace, wind resistance/rain resistance and excellent physical and chemical properties;

the current process is a small-area and small-model and the like, is applied more but limited in processing, has a missing main scene and higher cost, and is not easy to enter the conventional life application;

silica gel (SiO 2. nH2O, silica gel sheet/silica gel net/silica gel foam material and the like which take silica gel as a main material) is used as a composite material of the main material, but because of inertia and high stability/softness; is not beneficial to direct processing and application;

with the progress of times, the traditional clothing and apparel industry needs new technology, new material and new technology to improve and enhance the scene application; most clothes need to be shaped, the washing mode is limited, dry cleaning is needed, the cost and the occupied space are increased due to logistics and storage, meanwhile, some scenes need to be rainproof, windproof and high humidity resistant, and the traditional fabric basically only has the conventional functions of heat preservation and the like, so that the requirement of people on the future and the future cannot be met;

in the process of developing a new material, the application of the silica gel material is found to be quite wide, the basic application of the silica gel reaches the world level in a huge industrial cluster in China, and in the trial production of a new product, the problems are found and the schemes are searched one by one, so that all the problems can be solved.

After trial production and marketing of one single cap product, a relatively high market response (97% good evaluation) is obtained after a period of inspection, and the composite material and the scheme are required to be applied and protected more due to intellectual property protection, product sustainable development, long-term mass production application and the like. Therefore, the inventor invests time/effort/capital and the like to propose the composite novel material and scheme of the invention.

At present, through a small amount of trial-manufactured samples including theoretical communication with various large-brand customers and cost accounting, the composite plate and the scheme have wide market space and economic benefit, and therefore, the multifunctional composite clothing material and the process which mainly use the silica gel and are foldable, memorable, traceless, non-ironing, windproof, waterproof, super-sensitive and the like are also tried and developed in practical application.

Preferably, the preparation which can be achieved by the current technology is selected, a large-scale rolling composite machine is used on one side of the matched thin silica gel, and the material is leveled;

spraying a preferred normal-temperature surface treatment adhesive on the surface of one side of the flat silica gel material;

uniformly coating high-molecular strong double-sided adhesive on the outer side of the single side of the silica gel sprayed with the surface treating agent, wherein wrinkles cannot be formed in the whole production process;

covering the outer side of the high polymer strong double faced adhesive tape with oiled paper to complete a single-sided treatment process;

turning over the other side of the single-sided silica gel material with the single-sided compound glue, leveling and avoiding crease marks; spraying a surface treatment adhesive on the other side surface of the silica gel material;

uniformly coating high-molecular strong double-sided adhesive on the outer side of the single-sided silica gel material sprayed with the surface treating agent;

covering the outer side of the high polymer strong double faced adhesive tape with oiled paper to finish another single face treatment process;

after the steps are finished, the core-silica gel composite material is formed, and after long-time and numerous matching, the optimized materials are processed in a normal temperature environment, and can be additionally rolled at 60-120 ℃ for flattening and shaping.

The high molecular strong double-sided adhesive tape is formed by compounding a base material (non-woven fabric or non-woven fabric) and a colloid together.

The advantages are that:

1. the most huge and mature silica gel basic technology in the world of China is combined, silica gel is used in a large amount and in a large area, the cost thought is changed, the application is expanded, and the production cost is gradually reduced;

2. by utilizing the basic application research of the conventional high-molecular adhesive material mastered by the current manufacturing industry, the advanced development of the high-molecular adhesive and the composite technology in China can be improved through large-scale and deep use;

3. the method utilizes the viscose glue and the silica gel which can be skillfully and widely applied in the manufacturing industry of the Chinese light industry, and has the advantages of processing, cutting, compounding, sewing, cross-material and cross-industry, process innovation and integrated application.

4. Aiming at the defects of the conventional dress face auxiliary materials, the conventional die application, small-area antiskid and anticollision, isolation gaskets and the like are small in size, small in volume and small in area, and are not applied to large-market main bodies; the silica gel material can be widely applied to a large number of occasions, and can be widely applied to production and life; the easy-care folding material with the memory performance can be folded and portable, can be folded/laminated without crease, keeps the appearance of the fabric unchanged, is washable, easy-care and provided with the memory function, can keep the functions of wind prevention, rain prevention, penetration prevention and the like, after the clothing articles are used, due to the characteristics of the soft and comfortable material, the easy-care folding material has portability, pressure resistance, folding resistance and random washing in all application environments, changes the inconvenient places of the conventional clothing products, improves the overall quality of the material by using silica gel (SiO 2. nH2O, silica gel sheets/silica gel net materials/silica gel foaming materials and the like which take silica gel as the main material) and viscose technology, and can effectively solve the problem of the lack of the functions of the existing application materials.

The invention is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure thereof, which fall within the scope of the present invention as defined in the claims, fall within the scope of the present invention.
