Fig. 5 is another embodiment of the present invention, a highly integrated intelligent safety helmet band, comprising a band 2, a lower elastic tooth 24 of a tension adjuster 5 provided at the rear of the band to adjust the elasticity of the band 2; a lead wire 4 (not shown) is arranged in the circumferential direction in the body of the cap band 2; the cap band 2 is provided with a mounting part 22, and the mounting part 22 is used for connecting a top belt, a protective belt and a supporting belt of the safety helmet, so that the cap band 2 and the safety helmet 1 are fixed in a prior art mode. The present embodiment differs from the embodiment shown in fig. 1 in the fixed position of the image pickup device 3. In this embodiment, the camera 3 is located at the lower edge of the side of the hat band 2, namely: the connecting seat 31 of the camera device 3 is fixed at the lower edge of the side surface of the cap hoop 2, the cantilever 33 of the camera device 3 extends forwards, and the camera 32 is positioned at the foremost end of the spiral arm 33, so that scene image information can be obtained without limitation. The camera device 3 is electrically connected at the connection base 31 to a lead wire embedded in the cap band 2. The image information of the camera head 32 is transmitted to the storage unit or control unit 42 through a wire.

As can be seen from fig. 5, a control unit 42 is provided on the front of the hat band 2, a sensor 41 is provided on one side of the hat band 2, and the sensor 41 is attached to the scalp of the wearer to record the information of the blood pressure, heartbeat, etc. of the wearer. The control unit 42 is electrically connected to the sensor 41, the image pickup device 3, and the battery through wires provided in the cap band 2.

As can also be seen from fig. 5, a control unit 42 and a positioning unit 43 are provided on the front of the cap band 2. In other embodiments, the control unit 42 may further add a positioning unit 43, and the positioning unit 43 outputs position data, so that the position information management of the wearer can be realized. The positioning unit 43 can be directly fixed to the control unit 42, the positioning unit and the control unit being integrated. The position signal of the positioning unit 43 is transmitted to the control unit 42. The control unit 42 transmits the position signal to the control center.
