Preferably, referring to fig. 12 and 13, the adjusting arm 232 is provided with a rotation connection port 232b, and referring to fig. 14 and 15, the bottom arm 231b is provided with a mounting port (not shown), and the rotation connection assembly includes: a rotatable member 233 and a nut 234. One end of the rotation member 233 is provided with a screw connection region 233a and a rotation region 233 b; nut 234 engages threaded connection region 233 a; the rotating member 233 is sleeved in the mounting opening, the bottom arm 231b is clamped between the nut 234 and the rotating connection port 232b, and the rotating connection port 232b is sleeved in the rotating area 233 b. The adjusting arm 232 rotates to drive the rotating member 233 to rotate, and meanwhile, the rotating connecting port 232b of the adjusting arm 232 rotates in the rotating area 233b, so that the angle between the arc-shaped support body 231 and the two adjusting arms 232 can be adjusted. The mating connection of the nut 234 and the threaded connection region 233a prevents the bottom arm 231b from slipping out of the rotational member 233 during the rotation of the rotational member 233 and the bottom arm 231b, thereby improving the user experience of using the ergonomic U-shaped pillow 300 and the comfort of the ergonomic U-shaped pillow 300 during use. In addition, the angle adaptability adjustment between the adjusting arm 232 and the arc-shaped bracket body 231 is realized through the rotation of the rotatable connecting component, so that the adjusting arm 232 is not damaged by pulling or generates opposite resistance.

Preferably, referring to fig. 16, a second embodiment of the present invention provides an ergonomic U-shaped pillow 300, which is different from the first embodiment in that: the hook member 220a is further provided on the side of the inner side of the U-shaped liner member 220 corresponding to the head supporting side, and a hanging hole (not shown) is provided on the hook member 220 a. For example, when the user wears the ergonomic U-shaped pillow 300, the hook member 220a is attached to the head supporting side, and can be used to block the zipper head in the zipper between the U-shaped lining member 220 and the U-shaped sleeve 100; when the ergonomic U-shaped pillow 300 is not in use, the hook member 220a can be flipped up, and the hanging hole can be used to hang on a hook.

Further, the hook member 220a is made of, for example, the same silicone material as the U-shaped liner member 220, so that it has good elasticity.
