Background

The traditional preservative for wood industry mostly takes heavy metal salt as a main component, and with high importance on heavy metal pollution, the traditional preservative is gradually transferred to a preservative which takes a copper-based metal aqueous solution as a main component and is emulsified and compounded with organic components such as industrial bactericides or pesticides, such as quaternary ammonium copper, copper oxazole and the like. The traditional preservative achieves the preservative effect in a mode of interfering, inhibiting or eliminating fungi, has a killing effect on microorganisms, and has certain toxicity on aquatic plants, insects, mammals and the like. And water-soluble functional components, such as metal ions, pesticides and the like, are easy to run off in use, and bring potential harm to the ecological environment. The outdoor water-soluble inorganic coating technology is not mature, and the problems of poor adhesion, easy peeling of a coating layer and the like generally exist.

s2, injecting the inorganic passivation solution obtained in the S1 into a plastic bag, adding bamboo and wood, vacuumizing and plastically packaging, soaking for 35min under the pressure of 75MPa to obtain soaked bamboo and wood, immediately placing the soaked bamboo and wood in an oven at the temperature of 120 ℃ for micro-explosion fixation high-temperature treatment for 5min, then cooling the oven to 80 ℃, and drying at constant temperature until the water content is 12% to obtain a preform; the mass ratio of the inorganic passivation solution to the bamboo wood is 3.5: 1; the bamboo wood is bamboo wood;

and S3, performing rolling treatment on the surface of the preform obtained in the S2 for 1.5min by using a press roll under the conditions that the pressure is 1.6MPa and the rolling speed is 25m/min, and coating the surface with wood wax oil to obtain the inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood.

The performance of the inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood prepared in the example is as follows: the coating can be directly used for outdoor floor paving materials, has good fixation and is not easy to lose in the using process, and has no imagination of mildew and rot and no obvious change of surface color after being used for 2 years and 3 months without shielding. Can be protected for more than 5 years when being shielded.

Example 6

The inorganic passivation solution of the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 13 percent of inorganic powder with the granularity less than or equal to 3 mu m, 5 percent of inorganic dispersant (sodium tripolyphosphate), 5 percent of sodium bicarbonate and the balance of distilled water;

the inorganic powder is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass in the inorganic passivation solution: 0.5 percent of silicon dioxide powder, 0.5 percent of talcum powder, 5 percent of attapulgite, 2 percent of sepiolite powder and 5 percent of montmorillonite.

The embodiment also provides a method for preparing inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood by using the inorganic passivation solution, which comprises the following steps:

s1, adding inorganic powder and an inorganic dispersant into distilled water, stirring for 10min at a stirring speed of 1000rps, adding sodium bicarbonate, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain an inorganic passivation solution;

s2, injecting the inorganic passivation solution obtained in the S1 into a plastic bag, adding bamboo and wood, vacuumizing and plastically packaging, soaking for 30min under the pressure of 70MPa to obtain soaked bamboo and wood, immediately placing the soaked bamboo and wood in an oven at the temperature of 110 ℃ for micro-explosion fixation high-temperature treatment for 10min, then cooling the oven to 50 ℃, and drying at constant temperature until the water content is 13% to obtain a preform; the mass ratio of the inorganic passivation solution to the bamboo wood is 2: 1; the bamboo wood is radiata pine;

and S3, performing rolling treatment on the surface of the preform obtained in the S2 for 2min by a press roll under the conditions that the pressure is 1.25MPa and the rolling speed is 40m/min, and coating the surface with vegetable oil to obtain the inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood.

The performance of the inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood prepared in the example is as follows: the coating can be directly used for outdoor paving, has good fixation and is not easy to lose in the using process, does not have mildewing and rotting phenomena after being used for 2 years under the condition of no shielding, has no obvious change of surface color, and can protect for more than 5 years when shielded.

Example 7

The inorganic passivation solution of the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 51% of inorganic powder with the particle size less than or equal to 3 mu m, 10% of inorganic dispersant (pentasodium phosphate), 6% of sodium bicarbonate and the balance of distilled water;

the inorganic powder is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by mass in the inorganic passivation solution: 3% of silicon dioxide powder, 3% of talcum powder, 20% of attapulgite, 5% of sepiolite powder and 20% of montmorillonite.

The embodiment also provides a method for preparing inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood by using the inorganic passivation solution, which comprises the following steps:

s1, adding inorganic powder and an inorganic dispersant into distilled water, stirring for 12min at a stirring speed of 1100rps, adding sodium bicarbonate, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain an inorganic passivation solution;

s2, injecting the inorganic passivation solution obtained in the S1 into a plastic bag, adding bamboo and wood, vacuumizing and plastically packaging, soaking for 25min under the pressure of 85MPa to obtain soaked bamboo and wood, immediately placing the soaked bamboo and wood in an oven at the temperature of 110 ℃ for micro-explosion fixation high-temperature treatment for 12min, then cooling the oven to 50 ℃, and drying at constant temperature until the water content is 10% to obtain a preform; the mass ratio of the inorganic passivation solution to the bamboo wood is 2.5: 1; the bamboo wood is pineapple lattice;

and S3, performing rolling treatment on the surface of the preform obtained in the S2 by a press roll under the conditions that the pressure is 1.8MPa and the rolling speed is 25m/min for 2.5min, and performing wax coating, wood wax oil coating or vegetable oil coating on the surface to obtain the inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood.

The performance of the inorganic passivated anticorrosion bamboo wood prepared in the example is as follows: the coating can be directly used for outdoor furniture, has good fixation and is not easy to lose in the using process, under the condition of no shielding, no mildew and rot imagination is seen after the coating is used for 2 years, the surface color has no obvious change, and the coating can be protected for more than 5 years when shielding exists.
