Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a technical solution: a flue gas pollutant collecting device comprises a collecting box 4, a collecting mechanism 3, a spraying mechanism 1 and a collecting mechanism 2, wherein the bottom of the collecting box 4 is fixedly connected with the top of the collecting mechanism 3 through a bolt, the collecting mechanism 2 is arranged inside the collecting box 4, the spraying mechanism 1 is arranged on the front side of the collecting box 4, one end of the spraying mechanism 1 penetrates through the collecting box 4 and extends into the collecting box 4, the top of the collecting box 4 is communicated with an air inlet pipe 5, an air outlet pipe 6 is communicated below the right side of the collecting box 4, the spraying mechanism 1 comprises a liquid inlet pipe 11, a liquid distribution pipe 12, liquid guide pipes 13 and a spraying pipe 14, the back side of the liquid distribution pipe 12 is fixedly connected with the front side of the collecting box 4, the left end of the liquid distribution pipe 12 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 11, a plurality of liquid guide pipes 13 are communicated above the surface of the liquid distribution pipe 12, and one ends of the plurality of the, one end of a plurality of spray pipes 14 all runs through collection box 4 and extends to the inside of collection box 4, and a plurality of spray pipes 14 extend to the inside one end of collection box 4 all with the back fixed connection of collection box 4 inner wall, spray hole 15 has all been seted up to the below on a plurality of spray pipes 14 surface, collection mechanism 2 includes fixed frame 21, sealed dodge gate 22 and strain gas subassembly 23, the back fixed connection of bolt and collection box 4 inner wall is passed through at the back of fixed frame 21, and the opening has been seted up on the front of fixed frame 21, the positive both sides of collection box 4 all articulate through the hinge has sealed dodge gate 22, and the back of two sealed dodge gates 22 all communicates with the inside of fixed frame 21, the inside equidistance distribution of fixed frame 21 is provided with a plurality of and strains gas subassembly 23, and the bottom of a plurality of strain gas subassembly 23 all is through spacing and fixed frame 21's inner wall fixed connection.

The inside fixedly connected with baffle 7 of collection box 4, and baffle 7 global respectively with collection box 4 inner wall fixed connection all around, a plurality of through-hole 8 has been seted up to the inside equidistance of baffle 7, and the top of a plurality of strain gas subassembly 23 respectively with the inside fixed connection of a plurality of through-hole 8.

The spraying mechanism 1 is positioned above the partition plate 7, and the collecting mechanism 2 is positioned below the partition plate 7.

The air filtering component 23 comprises a fixed cylinder 231, a connecting cylinder 232, a filter screen cylinder 233 and a gauze 234, the internal thread of the fixed cylinder 231 is connected with the connecting cylinder 232, the bottom end of the inside of the connecting cylinder 232 is fixedly connected with the gauze 234, the inside of the connecting cylinder 232 is provided with the filter screen cylinder 233, the top end of the filter screen cylinder 233 is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the connecting cylinder 232 through an elastic connecting column, and the inside of the filter screen cylinder 233 is filled with activated carbon.

The collecting mechanism 3 comprises a hopper 31, a discharge pipe 32 and a collecting box 33, the top end of the hopper 31 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the collecting box 4 through a bolt, the bottom end of the hopper 31 is communicated with the discharge pipe 32, the collecting box 33 is arranged below the hopper 31, and the bottom end of the discharge pipe 32 is communicated with the top end of the collecting box 33 through a sealing flange.

The hopper 31 is communicated with the collecting box 4, the discharging pipe 32 and the collecting box 33, and the bottom of the collecting box 33 is provided with a moving wheel.

The bottom of intake pipe 5 runs through collection box 4 and extends to the inside of collection box 4, and intake pipe 5 extends to the inside one end of collection box 4 and is located the top that sprays mechanism 1, and the inside of collection box 4 and extension to collection box 4 is run through to the one end of outlet duct 6, and the one end that outlet duct 6 extended to collection box 4 inside is located the below of gathering mechanism 2.

A method of a flue gas pollutant collecting device specifically comprises the following steps:

firstly, a flue gas conveying pipe is connected with the top end of an air inlet pipe 5 through a flange plate, meanwhile, a flue gas treatment liquid conveying pipe is connected with one end of an air inlet pipe 11 of a spraying mechanism 1, a flue gas treatment liquid is a mixture of sodium alkali and lime, the sodium alkali is used as a desulfurizing agent, the lime is used as a regenerating agent, and the air inlet end of a sampling pump is connected with one end, located outside a collection box 4, of an air outlet pipe 6;

secondly, the flue gas enters the upper part of the inner part of the collection box 4 through the gas inlet pipe 5, meanwhile, the flue gas treatment liquid enters the liquid distribution pipe 12 through the liquid inlet pipe 11, the flue gas treatment liquid in the liquid distribution pipe 12 respectively enters the inner parts of the plurality of spray pipes 14 through the plurality of liquid guide pipes 13, then the flue gas treatment liquid is sprayed on the upper part of the inner part of the collection box 4 through the spray holes 15 formed in the lower part of the surface of the spray pipes 14, the flue gas above the inner part of the collection box 4 is purified through the sprayed flue gas treatment liquid, and the flue gas treatment liquid adsorbs dust and solid pollutants in the flue gas;

step three, the flue gas treated by the flue gas treatment liquid and the waste liquid containing flue gas pollutants enter a plurality of gas filtering assemblies 23 through holes 8 in the partition plates 7;

step four, the treated flue gas penetrates through the filter screen cylinder 233 in the gas filtering component 23 and the activated carbon in the filter screen cylinder 233, the flue gas enters the lower part of the acquisition mechanism 2, the sampling pump sucks the flue gas below the acquisition mechanism 2 through the gas outlet pipe 6, and the waste liquid containing the flue gas pollutants simultaneously enters the inside of the gas filtering component 23;

step five, the waste liquid enters the interior of the filter screen cylinder 233, solid pollutants contained in the waste liquid are blocked by the filter screen cylinder 233, the waste liquid is treated by using activated carbon in the filter screen cylinder 233, finally the waste liquid flows to the lower part of the interior of the collection box 4 through a gauze 234 at the bottom end of the connecting cylinder 232, and the treated waste liquid enters the interior of the collection box 33 through the discharge pipe 32;

step six, opening the two sealing movable doors 22 on the front surface of the collection box 4, connecting the inner part of the fixed cylinder 231 in the air filtering assembly 23 with the surface of the connecting cylinder 232 through threads, taking out the connecting cylinder 232 in each air filtering assembly 23, placing each connecting cylinder 232 upside down, pouring out the solid smoke pollutants in the connecting cylinder 232, and completing collection and treatment of the smoke pollutants;

seventhly, after the collection device works each time, placing each connecting cylinder 232 in an inverted mode, flushing water from the bottom end of each connecting cylinder 232 to the inside, removing pollutants remained in the connecting cylinders 232, introducing clean water into the liquid inlet pipe 11 in the spraying mechanism 1, enabling the clean water to enter the liquid distribution pipe 12 through the liquid inlet pipe 11, enabling the liquid distribution pipe 12 to send the clean water into each spraying pipe 14 through each liquid guide pipe 13, spraying the clean water into the collection box 4 through the spraying pipes 14, cleaning the top surface of the partition plate 7 and each air filtering component 23 in the collection mechanism 2 through the clean water, enabling the clean water to flow through the inside of the collection mechanism 2, finally discharging the clean water through the hopper 31 and the discharge pipe 32, and performing centralized purification treatment on the discharged clean water.

And those not described in detail in this specification are well within the skill of those in the art.

The method of the flue gas pollutant collecting device comprises the following steps:

connecting a flue gas conveying pipe with the top end of the gas inlet pipe 5 through a flange plate, connecting a flue gas treatment liquid conveying pipe with one end of a liquid inlet pipe 11 of the spraying mechanism 1, and connecting a gas inlet end of a sampling pump with one end of a gas outlet pipe 6 positioned outside the collecting box 4;

flue gas enters the upper part of the inner part of the collection box 4 through the gas inlet pipe 5, meanwhile, flue gas treatment liquid enters the liquid distribution pipe 12 through the liquid inlet pipe 11, the flue gas treatment liquid in the liquid distribution pipe 12 respectively enters the inner parts of the plurality of spray pipes 14 through the plurality of liquid guide pipes 13, then, the flue gas treatment liquid is sprayed on the upper part of the inner part of the collection box 4 through the spray holes 15 formed in the lower part of the surface of each spray pipe 14, the flue gas above the inner part of the collection box 4 is purified through the sprayed flue gas treatment liquid, and the flue gas treatment liquid adsorbs dust and solid pollutants in the flue gas;

the flue gas treated by the flue gas treatment liquid and the waste liquid containing flue gas pollutants enter the plurality of gas filtering assemblies 23 through the through holes 8 in the partition plates 7;

the treated flue gas penetrates through the filter screen cylinder 233 in the gas filtering component 23 and the activated carbon in the filter screen cylinder 233, the flue gas enters the lower part of the acquisition mechanism 2, the sampling pump sucks the flue gas below the acquisition mechanism 2 through the gas outlet pipe 6, and waste liquid containing flue gas pollutants simultaneously enters the inside of the gas filtering component 23;

the waste liquid enters the inside of the filter screen cylinder 233, solid pollutants contained in the waste liquid are blocked by the filter screen cylinder 233, the waste liquid is treated by using activated carbon in the filter screen cylinder 233, finally the waste liquid passes through the gauze 234 at the bottom end of the connecting cylinder 232 and flows to the lower part of the inside of the collection box 4, and the treated waste liquid enters the inside of the collection box 33 through the discharge pipe 32;

opening the two sealing movable doors 22 on the front surface of the collection box 4, connecting the inner part of the fixed cylinder 231 in the air filtering assembly 23 with the surface of the connecting cylinder 232 in a threaded manner, taking out the connecting cylinder 232 in each air filtering assembly 23, placing each connecting cylinder 232 upside down, pouring out the solid smoke pollutants in the connecting cylinder 232, and completing collection and treatment of the smoke pollutants;

after the work of collection system at every turn is accomplished, place every connecting cylinder 232 handstand, wash by water to inside from the bottom of connecting cylinder 232, clear away the inside remaining pollutant of connecting cylinder 232, then through leading in the clear water to the feed liquor pipe 11 in the mechanism 1 that sprays, the clear water passes through feed liquor pipe 11 and gets into in dividing liquid pipe 12, divide liquid pipe 12 to send the clear water into every shower 14 through every catheter 13 after that, shower 14 sprays the clear water in the inside of collection box 4, utilize the clear water to clear up the top surface of baffle 7 and every filtration gas subassembly 23 in the mechanism 2 of collection, the clear water flows through the inside of collection mechanism 2, the final clear water passes through hopper 31, discharging pipe 32 discharges, carry out centralized purification to the clear water of discharging.
