preparing a plastic film: heating and extruding plastic rice into a plastic film;

preparation before hot pressing: covering a plastic film on one side or two sides of the woven fabric, and then covering a silica gel pad on the two sides;

hot pressing the woven cloth;

and cooling the woven cloth.

Preferably, in the preparation process before hot pressing, a release film is further covered on both sides before the silicone pad is covered on both sides.

Preparation before hot pressing: the method comprises the following steps of firstly paving a silica gel pad on a lower pressing plate of a hot press, and then sequentially covering a heat-conducting base plate, a release film, a plastic film, woven cloth, the release film and the silica gel pad on the silica gel pad. The heat conduction base plate plays a role in supporting and conducting heat for the woven cloth, and can be an aluminum plate or a casting mold steel plate and the like.

The woven cloth is preferably glass fiber cloth or carbon fiber cloth, the strength is high, and the prepared hard fiber cloth is also high in strength and light in weight. The plastic rice is thermoplastic resin, and can be rubber or polyethylene or polypropylene or polycarbonate.

The process has the advantages of few steps, simple steps, convenient operation and high processing efficiency.
