the tooth cover is positioned in the middle cylinder of the shoulder sleeve.

the top plate is positioned above the bottle body shell;

Background

The existing essence package generally adopts a dropper form and an essence body, the rubber head is required to be pressed to suck materials in each use, then the dropper is pulled out, and the dropper is pressed again to extrude the material body for reuse. The disadvantage is that the dropper needs to be pressed 2 times per use.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and provides a novel essence liquid package, which reduces the process of pressing and sucking materials once and can automatically suck the materials only by unscrewing the product.

the tooth cover is connected to the bottle mouth in a threaded mode, and the lower portion of the sealing ring is located in the bottle mouth plug; the lower end of the suction pipe penetrates through the bottle mouth plug and then extends to the bottom cover.

In the novel essence package, the upper surface of the bottom cover is a downward-concave arc surface; and a weighting block is arranged in the bottom cover.

The novel essence package comprises a shoulder sleeve inner cylinder, a shoulder sleeve middle cylinder and a shoulder sleeve outer cylinder which are coaxially arranged from inside to outside in sequence, wherein the lower part of the shoulder sleeve inner cylinder is connected with the top end of the shoulder sleeve middle cylinder through a shoulder sleeve upper connecting plate, and the bottom end of the shoulder sleeve middle cylinder is connected with the lower part of the shoulder sleeve outer cylinder through a shoulder sleeve lower annular connecting plate;

the tooth cover is positioned in the middle cylinder of the shoulder sleeve.

The novel essence package comprises a top plate, an inner top cover cylinder and an outer top cover cylinder, wherein the inner top cover cylinder and the outer top cover cylinder are sequentially and coaxially arranged at the bottom end of the top plate from inside to outside, and the bottom end of the inner top cover cylinder is higher than that of the outer top cover cylinder;

the top plate is positioned above the bottle body shell;

the outer cylinder of the top cover is sleeved outside the inner cylinder of the shoulder sleeve, the bottom end of the outer cylinder of the top cover is turned outwards to form a lower clamping table, the top end of the tooth cover is turned inwards to form an upper clamping table, and the upper clamping table is clamped on the lower clamping table;

the piston is sleeved outside the top cover inner cylinder and is positioned in the shoulder sleeve inner cylinder.

The novel essence package comprises an end cover inner cylinder, an end cover annular connecting plate and an end cover outer cylinder which are coaxially arranged from inside to outside in sequence, wherein the outer ring of the end cover annular connecting plate is connected with the top end of the end cover outer cylinder, and the inner ring of the end cover annular connecting plate is connected with the middle part of the end cover inner cylinder;

the end cover inner cylinder is sleeved outside the top cover outer cylinder;

the outer cylinder of the end cover is positioned in the outer cylinder of the shoulder sleeve;

the spring is positioned between the annular connecting plate of the end cover and the upper connecting plate of the shoulder sleeve, the upper end of the spring is sleeved outside the inner cylinder of the end cover, and the lower end of the spring is sleeved outside the tooth cover.

The novel essence package comprises a sealing inner cylinder and a sealing outer cylinder which are coaxially arranged from inside to outside in sequence, wherein the top end of the sealing outer cylinder is connected with the middle part of the sealing inner cylinder, and the middle part of the outer wall surface of the sealing outer cylinder is provided with an annular boss protruding outwards;

the lower part of the external sealing cylinder is inserted into the bottleneck plug;

the inner sealing cylinder is inserted into the inner shoulder sleeve cylinder;

the annular boss is positioned between the bottom end of the shoulder sleeve inner cylinder and the top end of the bottle mouth plug.

According to the novel essence package, the top end of the straw is turned outwards to form an upper straw clamping table;

the upper part of the inner wall surface of the inner sealing cylinder is provided with a lower straw clamping table matched with the upper straw clamping table;

the upper part of the straw is inserted into the inner sealing cylinder, and the straw upper clamping table is clamped on the straw lower clamping table.

The novel essence package reduces the process of pressing and sucking materials once, and can suck the materials automatically only by unscrewing the product.

Detailed Description

In order that those skilled in the art will better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings:

referring to fig. 1 to 12, a novel essence package according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a bottle body assembly 100 and a bottle cap assembly 200.

The bottle body assembly comprises a bottle body shell 10, a bottle body 101 and a bottom cover 102, wherein the bottle body 101 and the bottom cover 102 are arranged in the bottle body shell 10 one above the other, and the bottom cover 102 seals the lower end opening of the bottle body 101; the upper end opening of the bottle body 101 is a bottle mouth which is positioned outside the bottle body shell 10, the outer wall surface of the bottle mouth is provided with threads (see fig. 3 and 4), and a bottle mouth plug 104 is fixed in the bottle mouth.

Referring to fig. 5, the upper surface of the bottom cover 102 is a downward concave arc surface; weight 103 is provided in bottom cap 102.

The bottle cap component comprises a bottle cap shell 2, a shoulder sleeve 6, a top cap 1, a tooth cap 7, an end cover 3, a spring 5, a piston 4, a sealing ring 8 and a suction pipe 9; the bottle cap shell 2 is covered outside the 6-shoulder sleeve; the top cover 1 and the tooth cover 7 are arranged in the shoulder sleeve 6 one above the other, and the bottom end of the top cover 1 is clamped at the top end of the tooth cover 7; the end cover 3 is positioned between the top cover 1 and the shoulder sleeve 6; the spring 5 is positioned between the end cover 3 and the tooth cover 7; the piston 4 is positioned in the top cover 1; the sealing ring 8 is positioned right below the piston 4; the upper part of the suction pipe 9 is inserted into the sealing ring 8.

The screw thread of the tooth cover 7 is connected on the bottle mouth, the inferior part of the seal ring 8 locates in the bottle mouth stopper 104; the lower end of the straw 9 extends into the arcuate surface of the bottom cap 102 after passing through the finish plug 104.

Referring to fig. 7 and 2, the shoulder cap 6 includes a shoulder cap inner cylinder 61, a shoulder cap middle cylinder 62 and a shoulder cap outer cylinder 63 coaxially arranged from inside to outside in sequence, the lower portion of the shoulder cap inner cylinder 61 is connected with the top end of the shoulder cap middle cylinder 62 through a shoulder cap upper connecting plate 64, and the bottom end of the shoulder cap middle cylinder 62 is connected with the lower portion of the shoulder cap outer cylinder 63 through a shoulder cap lower annular connecting plate 65; the dental cap 7 is located within the condom central cylinder 62 (see figure 2).

Referring to fig. 8 and 2, the top cover 1 includes a top plate 11, an inner top cover cylinder 12 and an outer top cover cylinder 13, the inner top cover cylinder 12 and the outer top cover cylinder 13 are coaxially disposed at the bottom end of the top plate 11 from inside to outside in sequence, and the bottom end of the inner top cover cylinder 12 is higher than the bottom end of the outer top cover cylinder 13; the top plate 11 is positioned above the bottle body shell 2; the top cover outer cylinder 13 is sleeved outside the shoulder sleeve inner cylinder 61, the bottom end of the top cover outer cylinder 13 is turned outwards to form a lower clamping table 14, the top end of the tooth cover 7 is turned inwards to form an upper clamping table 71 (see fig. 2), and the upper clamping table 71 is clamped on the lower clamping table 14; the piston 4 is sleeved outside the head cover inner cylinder 12 and is located inside the shoulder sleeve inner cylinder 61.

Referring to fig. 9 and 2, the end cover 3 includes an inner end cover cylinder 31, an annular end cover connecting plate 32 and an outer end cover cylinder 33, which are coaxially arranged from inside to outside, the outer ring of the annular end cover connecting plate 32 is connected with the top end of the outer end cover cylinder 33, and the inner ring of the annular end cover connecting plate 32 is connected with the middle part of the inner end cover cylinder 31; the end cover inner cylinder 31 is sleeved outside the top cover outer cylinder 13; the end cap outer cylinder 33 is located within the shoulder sleeve outer cylinder 63; the spring 5 is positioned between the end cover annular connecting plate 32 and the shoulder sleeve upper connecting plate 64, the upper end of the spring 5 is sleeved outside the end cover inner cylinder 31, and the lower end of the spring 5 is sleeved outside the tooth cover 7.

Referring to fig. 10 and 2, the sealing ring 8 includes an inner sealing cylinder 81 and an outer sealing cylinder 82 coaxially disposed from inside to outside in sequence, the top end of the outer sealing cylinder 82 is connected to the middle of the inner sealing cylinder 81, and the middle of the outer wall surface of the outer sealing cylinder 82 is provided with an annular boss 83 protruding outward; the lower portion of the outer sealing cylinder 82 is inserted into the bung 104; the seal inner cylinder 81 is inserted in the shoulder bush inner cylinder 61; an annular boss 83 is located between the bottom end of the shoulder sleeve inner cylinder 61 and the top end of the finish plug 104.

Referring to fig. 11, 12 and 2, the top end of the straw 9 is turned over outwards to form a straw upper clamping platform 91; a lower clamping table 84 matched with the upper clamping table 91 of the suction pipe is arranged at the upper part of the inner wall surface of the inner sealing cylinder 81; the upper portion of the straw 9 is inserted into the inner sealing cylinder 81, and the straw upper engaging table 91 is engaged with the straw lower engaging table 84.

The novel essence package has a self-sucking function, the self-sucking function is arranged in the bottle cap assembly 200, and the bottle cap assembly 200 is in threaded fit with the bottle body assembly 100. At initial state, top cap 1 and end cover 3 are the contact state, when unscrewing the bottle lid subassembly, gland 7 breaks away from with the screw thread of bottleneck, and spring 5 limit state cancels, and spring 5 upwards pops open end cover 3, and end cover 3 drives top cap 1 and moves up, and top cap 1 drives the cover and moves up at the piston 4 of cylinder 12 in the top cap, and the interior air of piston 4 top is outwards discharged, and the passageway through straw 9 is inhaled the material body inside the straw simultaneously. When the cap 1 is pressed again, the cap 1 pushes the piston 4 to move downwards, and the air is extruded to push the material body in the straw 9 out for the consumer to use.

In conclusion, the novel essence package reduces the process of pressing and sucking materials once, and can suck materials automatically only by unscrewing the product.
