1. The film-sealed storage box for sundries comprises an upper transparent box body and a lower transparent box body which are fastened with each other, wherein a sealed storage cavity is formed between the upper box body and the lower box body.

The film-sealed hybrid storage case of claim 1, wherein the rigid support carrier comprises an upper carrier and a lower carrier; the upper and lower carriers are mutually clamped and fastened; or the upper and lower carriers are turned over and fastened with each other; the two layers of tense and parallel elastic transparent films are respectively arranged on the upper carrier and the lower carrier, and an upper skylight and a lower skylight are respectively arranged at the positions of the upper carrier and the lower carrier corresponding to the surfaces of the elastic transparent films.

4. The film-sealed storage box for miscellaneous articles as claimed in claim 3, wherein the inner end surfaces of the upper and lower clips contacting the upper and lower clips are provided with protrusions arranged intermittently.

5. The film-sealed sundry storage box as recited in claim 2, wherein the upper carrier surface is further provided with a label area for attaching a label.

6. The film-sealed sundry storage box as recited in claim 5, wherein said label region is a recessed region of the upper carrier surface; or, the label region is a portion of the upper carrier surface; alternatively, the label area is any one of the protruding areas of the upper carrier surface.

7. The film-sealed storage box of claim 1, wherein an upwardly projecting anti-friction rib is provided adjacent to the top edge of the upper box portion.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a storage box, in particular to a storage box capable of carrying out film sealing collection and display on various sundries such as hard coins, souvenirs, small ornaments, artware, jade, jewelry and the like, and belongs to the field of collection packaging.

Background

In the collection field, hard coins, commemorative badges and the like have wide collection bases, firm structure, various subject matters and wide forms, and printed patterns have thick culture, historical breath and human style, can reflect the scientific and technological level and casting process of the society at that time, have special historical meanings, and have collection and reference values.

In order to collect such collections, the existing collection packaging products mainly comprise: hard paper boxes, plastic bags, paper clips, hard storage boxes and the like. The hard paper box consists of an outer layer square paper box and a built-in soft base material with a circular pit, and the collection is placed in the circular pit of the soft base material, so that the collection is convenient to fix and carry, but cannot be viewed from two sides, and the display effect is poor. The plastic packaging bag has low cost, convenient use and easy two-side viewing, but has poor transparency and support sense, serious abrasion and poor protection on the stored goods. The paper clip is made of hard paper materials, the middle of the paper clip is provided with a through hole, the collected coins are directly embedded in the through hole, the paper clip is clamped by the elasticity of the paper materials, the paper clip is easy to carry and view on two sides, the environment-friendly effect is good, the price is low, but the paper material clamping effect is unstable, the paper clip is not easy to repeatedly plug and use, and the product grade is low. In recent years, various hard storage boxes made of acrylic are beginning to be widely accepted and favored by Tibetan friends. The hard collection box is a transparent box body with a smooth surface, the soft base material is embedded in the round or square collection cavity inside, the collection is clamped in the soft base material, the collection inside can be viewed through the transparent box body, the transparency is high, the exhibition performance is good, the structure is firm and durable, the value of the collection is improved, and the carrying and the use are convenient.

With the development of collection career and the improvement of living standard of people, people begin to generate strong collection interest for various products such as exquisite artware, small ornaments and the like in life besides the common collection products. The shape and the structure of the collection products are fixed, and the collection products can not meet the effective collection and protection of products with various shapes.

Therefore, the invention provides a storage box for sundries with strong inclusion, which is convenient for the effective storage and use of the collection in various shapes on the premise of meeting the requirements of collection and appreciation of the collection, and is the main problem to be solved by the invention.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned existing circumstances, the present invention aims to provide a film-sealed storage box for sundries, which uses an elastic transparent film as a sealing main body and is used in cooperation with a transparent box body to form a storage box for various collectibles, which can meet the requirements of packaging, collecting and displaying collectibles of different shapes, and is convenient for the continuous expansion of the requirements of collecting various collectibles and articles.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

the film-sealed sundries storage box comprises an upper transparent box body and a lower transparent box body which are fastened with each other, wherein a sealed storage cavity is formed between the upper box body and the lower box body, the film-sealed sundries storage box also comprises a hard supporting carrier, the hard supporting carrier is embedded into the storage cavity, two layers of elastic transparent films which are tight, parallel to each other and can be close to each other are arranged on the hard supporting carrier, and a skylight is arranged at the position, corresponding to the surface of the tight elastic transparent film, of the hard supporting carrier.

The rigid support carrier includes an upper carrier and a lower carrier. The upper and lower carriers are mutually clamped and fastened; or the upper and lower carriers are turned over and fastened with each other. Two layers of tense and parallel elastic transparent films are respectively arranged on the upper and lower carriers, and an upper skylight and a lower skylight are respectively arranged at the positions of the upper and lower carriers corresponding to the surfaces of the elastic transparent films.

The outer edge of the upper skylight is provided with an upper clamping groove, and the outer edge of the lower skylight is provided with a lower clamping groove; an upper clamping frame and a lower clamping frame are respectively matched with the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove. The surfaces of the upper and lower clamping frames correspond to each other. The two layers of elastic transparent films are respectively covered on the upper skylight and the lower skylight, and the edges of the elastic transparent films are respectively clamped in the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove through the upper clamping frame and the lower clamping frame.

The inner end surfaces of the upper clamping frame and the lower clamping frame, which are contacted with the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove, are respectively provided with protrusions which are arranged discontinuously.

The upper carrier surface is also provided with a label area for attaching a label.

The label area is a concave area of the upper carrier surface; or, the label region is a portion of the upper carrier surface; alternatively, the label region may be any one of the protruding regions of the upper carrier surface.

An upward-protruding anti-friction edge is arranged at a position close to the edge of the top surface of the upper box body.

The beneficial effects of the film-sealed sundries storage box provided by the invention comprise:

1. the surface of the collection article to be collected is attached and wrapped by two layers of elastic transparent films which can be close to each other, and the surface of the collection article to be collected is reliably packaged in the state that the elastic transparent films are locally deformed, so that the limitation of the shape, the structure and the material of the collection article to be collected by the conventional storage box is avoided, the applicability of the collection article is obviously improved, the collection article can be reused only by correspondingly replacing the elastic transparent films when the collection article needs to be replaced, and the use cost is greatly reduced;

2. the wrapping process of the elastic transparent film can not generate any influence on the surface of the collection, and the light, thin and transparent elastic transparent film can not influence the normal appreciation of the collection, and has the advantages of light weight, low cost and good durability;

3. the structural design of the upper lug bosses of the upper clamping frame and the lower clamping frame effectively enhances the friction force of the upper clamping frame and the lower clamping frame on the elastic transparent film, so that the elastic transparent film is easier to form a tightening effect, and meanwhile, the structural design of the upper clamping frame and the lower clamping frame as well as the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove is flexible in operation, convenient to use and obviously improved in structural durability;

4. the label area is arranged on the surface of the upper carrier, so that the text description in the label area can be checked while the collection is viewed, the display content is enriched, and convenience is provided for the display and collection management process;

5. the anti-friction edge structure design on the top surface of the upper box body avoids the friction damage on the surface of the upper box body in use and improves the use effect of the whole box body;

6. the invention is suitable for accommodating and packaging various sundries of hard coins, commemorative badges, small ornaments, small artworks, jades, jewelry and the like in various shapes, and is convenient to carry, display and view.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3:

the invention relates to a film-sealed sundries storage box which comprises a transparent upper box body 1 and a transparent lower box body 3 which are made of acrylic and are mutually fastened, and a hard supporting carrier 2. A sealed storage cavity is formed between the upper box body 1 and the lower box body 3 which are fastened with each other, and the hard support carrier 2 is embedded in the storage cavity. The hard support carrier 2 is used for bearing and fixing the to-be-stored articles 6, and the upper box body 1 and the lower box body 3 form sealing and protection on the hard support carrier 2 and the to-be-stored articles 6 at the periphery.

In this example, the rigid support carrier 2 comprises two relatively independent upper and lower carriers 11,13 in the form of sheets, and two layers of elastic transparent film 15 and upper and lower frames 12,14 for holding the articles 6 to be stored. The upper and lower carriers 11,13 are mutually overturned and clamped by the buckle on the contact surface, thereby forming a whole and then being embedded in the collection cavity. The upper and lower carriers 11,13 are respectively provided with an upper skylight 16 and a lower skylight 17 which correspond to each other, the outer edge of the upper skylight 16 is provided with an upper clamping groove which surrounds the upper skylight 16, the outer edge of the lower skylight 17 is provided with a lower clamping groove 19 which surrounds the lower skylight 17, the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove 19 correspond to each other, the two layers of elastic transparent films 15 are respectively shielded on the upper and lower skylights 16,17, the edges of the elastic transparent films 15 are respectively clamped in the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove 19 through the upper and lower clamping frames 12,14, so that the two layers of elastic transparent films 15 which are close to each other and arranged in parallel are formed between the upper and lower carriers 11,13, and an interlayer formed between the two layers of elastic transparent films 15 becomes a clamping space for placing the articles 6 to be stored.

In order to further improve the clamping force and the clamping reliability of the upper and lower clamping frames 12,14 on the elastic transparent film 15, in this example, the inner end surfaces of the upper and lower clamping frames 12,14, which are in contact with the upper clamping groove and the lower clamping groove 19, are respectively provided with arc-shaped protrusions 18 which are arranged intermittently, the protrusions 18 can effectively adjust the contact area with the surface of the elastic transparent film 15, enhance the friction force between the protrusions and the elastic transparent film 15, improve the surface tension of the elastic transparent film 15, further form the tightening effect of the elastic transparent film 15 on a skylight, and provide guarantee for the subsequent reliable packaging of the collection products 6.

In order to further improve the usability, in this example, a label area 5 for applying a label is also provided on the surface of the upper carrier 11. The label area 5 is a recessed area on the surface of the upper carrier 11, and the label area 5 and the upper louver 16 are arranged in an up-and-down manner. In order to increase the anti-friction performance of the whole box body, a surrounding anti-friction edge 4 which protrudes upwards is arranged at a position close to the edge of the top surface of the upper box body 1.

Of course, the label area 5 is a part of the surface of the upper carrier 11, or the label area 5 is any one of the protruding areas of the surface of the upper carrier 11, and the arrangement of the upper louvers 16 may be left-right arrangement or other arrangement. The relatively independent upper and lower sheet-like carriers 11,13 can also be directly fastened to form an integral rigid support carrier 2.

When the collecting device is used specifically, the to-be-collected articles 6 with irregular shapes are placed between two layers of tense elastic transparent films 15, after the upper and lower carriers 11 and 13 are fastened and clamped with each other, the elastic transparent films 15 generate local deformation under the supporting action of the to-be-collected articles 6, and the elastic transparent films 15 form attachment and wrapping on the surfaces of the to-be-collected articles 6, so that the position fixing and surface packaging of the to-be-collected articles 6 are formed. The packaging process is not limited by the surface shape of the article 6 to be stored. Then, the upper and lower carriers 11,13 clamped with each other are embedded into the collection cavity between the upper and lower cases 1,3, after the upper and lower cases 1,3 are fastened, the whole hard support carrier 2 and the periphery of the article 6 to be collected are integrally packaged and protected, and the film-sealed sundries are collected.
