An end triangular assembly 8 formed by pasting two triangular auxiliary turning component strips 5 is pasted with the end face 3 of the substrate 1 as an inclined end face 7, triangular vacancies 6 are filled to form a rectangle as a new end face of the substrate 1, two corners of the new end face are covered by the same edge covering without seam with a decorative surface material 4, and the substrate 1 becomes an end face gapless plate for turning and edge covering of the decorative layer of the strip-shaped assembly component.

In terms of manufacturing process, as in the second operation, three triangular auxiliary folding member strips 5 are firstly pasted on the edge-covering decorative surface material 4 of the end surface 3 of the substrate 1 in parallel side by side, and no gap is left between two adjacent triangular auxiliary folding member strips 5 or a small amount of gap is left according to the thickness folding requirement of the edge-covering decorative surface material 4. One triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 is close to the position angle of the end face 3, and no gap is left between the auxiliary turning member strip and the end face 3 or a small amount of gap is left according to the thickness turning requirement of the edge covering decorative surface material 4. The end assembly 9 formed by pasting the three triangular auxiliary turning member strips 5 is pasted with the end face 3 of the substrate 1, the polygonal vacancy 10 is filled to form a polygon as a new end face of the substrate 1, three corners of the new end face are covered by the same edge covering without a seam with the decorative surface material 4, and the substrate 1 becomes an end face gapless plate for turning and edge covering of the decorative layer of the polygonal strip-shaped assembly member.

And the fourth is the end face gapless plate material which is matched with four triangles to form the decorative layer of the polygonal strip-shaped combined member to be turned and edged as shown in figures 7-8.

Because the hardness strength of the auxiliary turning member strip 5 is greater than that of the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering, when the auxiliary turning member strip 5 adhered with the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering is rotated, the softer decorative surface material 4 for edge covering can only bend the outer corner of the seamless edge covering of the four triangular auxiliary turning member strips 5 after the rotation contact and adhesion according to the gaps between the four triangular auxiliary turning member strips 5. The end polygon assembly 11 formed by pasting the four triangular auxiliary turning member strips 5 is pasted with the end face 3 of the substrate 1 to form a polygon as a new end face of the substrate 1, three corners of the new end face are covered by the same edge covering with a decorative surface material 4 in a seamless edge covering manner, and the substrate 1 becomes an end face gapless plate for turning and edge covering of the decorative layer of the polygonal strip-shaped assembly member.

The invention has the advantages that: the patent uses a plurality of auxiliary turning component strips to help the decorative surface material with certain thickness, generally 0.5-2.5 mm thickness, to solve the problem that the end face of the plate can not be beautifully, directly and accurately bent into a seamless edge covering, and only can be additionally adhered to the end face of the plate by a decorative strip, so that the decorative strip adhered to the end face of the plate is lack of beauty, easy to fall off and not durable.

The durability of the end face of the plate is increased: compared with the prior art that paper or film is used as a thin decoration layer, the decoration surface material with the thickness of 0.5-2.5 mm is used as the surface thick decoration layer of the substrate and used as the end surface of the substrate, the decoration surface material is smooth and better and is more wear-resistant, the end surface corner is seamlessly wrapped by the thick decoration layer, the whole plate can be made into a totally-enclosed plate without air, and the plate is not affected with damp and is durable.

The attractiveness of the plate is improved: compared with the prior method of adhering the end face by using the edge strips, the seamless edge covering of the end face is more beautiful and has smoother corners.

The manufacturing process is simpler: the auxiliary turning member strip can be directly cut on the peripheral substrate part by a cutting machine at the periphery of the substrate adhered with the thick decorative surface material, the shape of the cut auxiliary turning member strip is accurate, the position is accurate, and the process of positioning and adhering the auxiliary turning member strip is not needed to be added, so that the processes of adhering the thick decorative surface material to the plate, cutting the auxiliary turning member strip and directly bending the auxiliary turning member strip with the thick decorative surface material to seamlessly edge the end surface of the plate are finished on a machine adhered with a surface layer at one time, and the seamless edge covering is simpler, the production quality is high, and the cost is low.

The existing process for positioning and adhering the edge banding on the end face of the plate needs to move the plate to another machine for adhering the edge banding to position and then adhere the edge banding after the surface decoration layer is adhered, the edge banding which is adhered to one end face needs to rotate one end face again to position and then adhere the edge banding on the machine, and the positioning of the end face is very time-consuming and requires accurate operation of a person, so that the old art is complex, the quality is not high, and the cost is high.

In the aspect of manufacturing process: [1] the rectangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 is arranged on the upper surface, namely the rectangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 with one surface in the same plane with the front surface of the substrate 1 is firstly adhered on the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering by one surface, the position of the rectangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 which is firstly adhered on the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering has a space distance from the end surface 3 of the substrate 1, and the length of the space distance is equal to the length of the surface which is not adhered on the rectangular auxiliary turning member strip 5. So that after bending, the non-adhered surface of the rectangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 is adhered to the edge-covering decorative surface material 4 with the same length and space distance, and one surface of the rectangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 can be just contacted with the end surface 3 of the substrate 1 so as to be adhered to the end surface 3. one side of the second triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 is bonded with a decorative surface material 4 for edge covering, and the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering of the second triangular auxiliary turning member strip and the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering of the first triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 form a corner structure; the second triangular edge-covering decorative surface material 4 and the decorative layer 2 on the front surface of the substrate 1 are made of the same material;

one side of the third triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 is bonded with a decorative surface material 4 for edge covering, and the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering of the third triangular auxiliary turning member strip and the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering of the second triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 form a corner structure; the third triangular edge-covering decorative surface material 4 and the decorative layer 2 on the front surface of the substrate 1 are made of the same material;

one side of the fourth triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 is bonded with a decorative surface material 4 for edge covering, and the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering of the fourth triangular auxiliary turning member strip and the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering of the third triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 form a corner structure; the fourth triangular edge-covering decorative surface material 4 and the decorative layer 2 on the front surface of the substrate 1 are made of the same material; the fourth decorative surface material 4 for triangle edge covering is in the same plane or parallel with the back of the base plate 1.

In terms of manufacturing process, as in the second operation, four triangular auxiliary folding member strips 5 are firstly pasted on the edge-covering decorative surface material 4 of the end surface 3 of the substrate 1 in parallel side by side, and no gap is left between two adjacent triangular auxiliary folding member strips 5 or a small amount of gap is left according to the thickness folding requirement of the edge-covering decorative surface material 4. One triangular auxiliary turning member strip 5 is close to the position angle of the end face 3, and no gap is left between the auxiliary turning member strip and the end face 3 or a small amount of gap is left according to the thickness turning requirement of the edge covering decorative surface material 4. Because the hardness strength of the auxiliary turning member strip 5 is greater than that of the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering, when the auxiliary turning member strip 5 adhered with the decorative surface material 4 for edge covering is rotated, the softer decorative surface material 4 for edge covering can only bend the outer corner of the seamless edge covering of the four triangular auxiliary turning member strips 5 after the rotation contact and adhesion according to the gaps between the four triangular auxiliary turning member strips 5. The end polygon assembly 11 formed by pasting the four triangular auxiliary turning member strips 5 is pasted with the end face 3 of the substrate 1 to form a polygon as a new end face of the substrate 1, three corners of the new end face are covered by the same edge covering with a decorative surface material 4 in a seamless edge covering manner, and the substrate 1 becomes an end face gapless plate for turning and edge covering of the decorative layer of the polygonal strip-shaped assembly member.
