the thermoplastic hook 1 comprises a windowing cylinder 11 and a curved surface base 12 attached to the surface of a tooth, wherein the curved surface base 12 protrudes upwards to form a curved surface shape (a curved surface cuboid shape) so as to attach to the outer side surface of the tooth to be corrected (the curved surface is equal to or close to the radian of the surface of the tooth), the windowing cylinder 11 is connected to the upper surface of the curved surface base 12, and the windowing cylinder 11 and the curved surface base 12 are respectively provided with a circular through hole along the vertical direction so as to form a cylindrical channel 13;

s2, performing hot-press molding and film pressing on the resin dental model 4 obtained in the step S1, removing the resin dental model 4 and the thermoplastic hook 1 to obtain a hot-press film 5 of the appliance, wherein a containing cavity matched with the shape of the thermoplastic hook 1 is formed in the position, corresponding to the thermoplastic hook 1, of the hot-press film 5 of the appliance;

s3, placing a treatment hook 2 in the accommodating cavity, wherein the shape of the treatment hook 2 is matched with that of the accommodating cavity;
