when the tray is not forked, the second limit plates 47 below the four proximity switches 52 are not jacked up, the value of n is equal to 0, and the control panel 12 does not control the four suction pumps 3 to be electrified to work at the moment;

when the pallet is forked, 1 to 3 second limiting plates 47 below the four proximity switches 52 are not jacked, which indicates that two pallets are not completely forked at the moment, the value of n is more than or equal to 1 and less than 4 at the moment, the control panel 12 cannot control the four suction pumps 3 to be electrified and work at the same time can control the buzzer to give out buzzing alarm to remind a forklift driver that the pallet is not forked, and therefore the pallet can be prevented from slipping in the transportation process to a certain extent;

when the pallet is forked, the second limit plates 47 below the four proximity switches 52 are all jacked up, which indicates that the two forks are already in the fork-alignment position, and the value of n is equal to 4, the control panel 12 controls the four suction pumps 3 to be powered on to work, so that a user does not need to control the suction pumps 3 to work independently;

when the pallet fork is removed from the lower side of the pallet, the second limit plates 47 below the four proximity switches 52 are all far away from the proximity switches 52, at this time, the value of n is equal to 0, the control panel 12 controls the four suction pumps 3 to be powered off and stop working at this time, and therefore a user does not need to control the suction pumps 3 to stop working independently;

through such setting, the automation degree of the tray can be improved, so that the labor intensity of a user is reduced, and the slipping accident of the tray in the transportation process can be avoided to a certain extent.
