However, emu oil, as an animal fat, is easily oxidized during use and storage, and is subject to rancidity.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, a first aspect of the invention provides an essential oil of emu camphor for promoting skin repair.

A method for preparing emu camphor essential oil for promoting skin repair comprises the following steps: placing base oil in a stirring container, adding cosolvent, adding emu oil, heating, stirring until emu oil and base oil are completely fused, sequentially adding antioxidant, flos Chrysanthemi Indici essential oil, Camphora essential oil, flos Rosae Rugosae essential oil, and neroli essential oil, and stirring until all components are completely fused.

Further, the heating mode is water bath heating.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

The green tea essential oil and the ginkgo essential oil added into the emu camphor essential oil accelerate cell metabolism, promote wound healing and repair damaged skin, and the green tea essential oil and the ginkgo essential oil contain rich antioxidant substances, reduce peroxidation of fatty acid in the emu oil, delay rancidity of the emu camphor essential oil and prolong shelf life.

The camphor essential oil is prepared from xylem of Cinnamomum camphora (Cinnamomum camphora) of Lauraceae by steam distillation, and mainly comprises camphor, alpha-pinene, camphene, phellandrene, terpineol, geraniol acetate, isovaleraldehyde, citronellal and piperitone. The camphor essential oil has the functions of dispelling cold, easing pain, eliminating dampness, relieving itching, inhibiting bacteria and relieving skin inflammation.

The main components of the wild chrysanthemum flower essential oil are monoterpene, sesquiterpene, flavonoid compounds, oxygen-containing derivatives thereof and aliphatic compounds, and the wild chrysanthemum flower essential oil has the functions of clearing heat, diminishing inflammation and resisting bacteria.

The rose essential oil is pure natural plant essential oil, is extracted from rose (Rosa rugosa Thunb) of Rosa, is colorless or yellow liquid, has rose fragrance, has antibacterial, antioxidant, health promotion, skin caring, emotion regulating, skin dryness improving, and skin elasticity recovering effects, and can be widely used in the fields of skin care products and cosmetics.

The essential oil of neroli mainly comprises alpha-pinene, camphene, beta-pinene, alpha-terpinene, nerol acetate, farnesol, acid ester and indole, and has effects of calming nerve, softening skin and activating skin.

The oleum Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavandula angustifolia Mill) is prepared by distilling inflorescence of Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavandula angustifolia Mill) of Labiatae with water vapor, and contains linalyl acetate, linalool, Lavandula angustifolia L.L.L.L.L.E., linalyl acetate, p-1-menthene-4-ol, terpineol, caryophyllene and alloocimene as main ingredients. Has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic material, cleaning skin, controlling oil content, promoting regeneration and recovery of damaged tissue, etc.

The ginkgo essential oil contains rich flavonoids, the flavonoids can reduce the lipid peroxidation level and have strong antioxidant free radical effect, and meanwhile, the flavonoids can accelerate cell metabolism, enhance cell activity, promote wound healing and repair damaged skin.

The green tea essential oil contains rich tea polyphenols and antioxidant vitamins. The tea polyphenol mainly comprises four main chemical components of catechins, flavonoids, anthocyanins and phenolic acids, is an excellent natural antioxidant, contains more than 2 neck hydroxyl groups, has strong hydrogen supply capability, can eliminate free radicals, and has synergistic effect with other antioxidants such as VC, VE, carotenoid and the like, so that the antioxidant effect of the tea polyphenol is enhanced. Meanwhile, the tea polyphenol has unique protection and treatment effects on skin, and also has strong inhibition effect on pathogenic fungi which can cause human body skin diseases.

The glycerol is fatty alcohol and is also polyhydric alcohol, and the contained hydroxyl group is a strong polar group, so that phenols, acids and ketones are easy to generate intermolecular action, and the function of dissolving aid is achieved.

Putting 60 parts of lavender oil into a stirring container, adding 3 parts of glycerol, heating in water bath at 40 ℃, adding 3 parts of emu oil, stirring until the emu oil and the lavender oil are completely fused, sequentially adding 8 parts of ginkgo essential oil, 8 parts of green tea essential oil, 10 parts of wild chrysanthemum essential oil, 1 part of camphor essential oil, 10 parts of rose essential oil and 5 parts of orange flower essential oil, and stirring until all the components are completely fused.

Comparative example 1

An emu camphor essential oil for promoting skin repair and its preparation method are provided.

The formula of the raw materials is as follows by volume: 3 parts of emu oil, 1 part of camphor essential oil, 10 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower essential oil, 10 parts of rose essential oil, 5 parts of orange flower essential oil, 60 parts of lavender oil, 5 parts of ginkgo essential oil, 5 parts of green tea essential oil and 3 parts of glycerin.

Performance testing

And testing the oxidation resistance of the prepared emu camphor essential oil. The emu camphor essential oils prepared in the examples and comparative examples were separately packaged in brown glass bottles of the same specifications, with the bottle mouth open, and placed at a temperature of 25 c and a humidity of 80%, and the results are reported in table 1.
