Background

The problem that the end face of the tail part of the bolt is required to be flat by customers is often encountered in work. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the metal bar is pickled before the first step to remove the residue attached to the surface of the metal bar.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the process for improving the end face flatness of the bolt tail has the following advantages:

the invention perfectly solves the problem of flattening the end face of the tail part of the bolt by directly chamfering through primary upsetting, and particularly can be obviously improved when the product with high requirement on the tail part of the bolt or production equipment is old and cannot be ensured.
