A winding device for a punched nickel-plated steel strip comprises a material discharging mechanism 1, a winding mechanism 2, a guide mechanism 3 and a lifting mechanism 4, wherein the material discharging mechanism 1 is arranged on one side of the upper end of a workbench 5, the workbench 5 is arranged at the upper end of a box body 6, a plurality of supporting legs are arranged at the bottom of the box body 6, and the material discharging mechanism 1 is used for placing the punched nickel-plated steel strip to be wound; the winding mechanism 2 is arranged on the other side of the upper end of the workbench 5, and the winding mechanism 2 is used for winding the punched nickel-plated steel strip; the guide mechanism 3 is arranged at the upper end of the workbench 5 between the discharging mechanism 1 and the receiving mechanism, and the guide mechanism 3 is used for limiting and guiding the punched nickel-plated steel strip in the winding process; the lifting mechanism 4 is arranged in the box body 6, the lifting mechanism 4 is used for moving a driven shaft 101 and a driving shaft 201 of the belt up and down, wherein the driven shaft 101 is arranged in the discharging mechanism 1, and the driving shaft 201 is arranged in the winding mechanism 2.

The two groups of lifting mechanisms 4 are arranged in a same manner and respectively correspond to the material discharging mechanism 1 and the winding mechanism 2, and the difference is that the lifting mechanism 4 corresponding to the material discharging mechanism 1 is arranged on one side inside the box body 6, the lifting mechanism 4 corresponding to the winding mechanism 2 is arranged inside the second frame 11, and a through hole is formed in the top of the second frame 11 corresponding to the driving shaft 201; the lifting mechanism 4 comprises a threaded rod 403, a threaded sleeve 401, supporting blocks 402 and a second motor 404, the two groups of threaded rods 403 are longitudinally and respectively arranged inside the box body 6 and the second frame 11, the second motor 404 is arranged at the bottom of the threaded rod 403, the threaded sleeve 401 is arranged on the threaded rod 403, the supporting blocks 402 are connected with one end of the threaded sleeve 401, and the upper ends of the two groups of supporting blocks 402 are respectively connected with the bottom of the driven shaft 101 and the bottom of the driving shaft 201 in a rotating manner.

A first frame 10 is further arranged in the middle of the inner side of the box body 6, the first frame 10 is of an H-shaped structure, a drawer 8 is arranged at the upper end of the first frame 10, and the front end of the drawer 8 extends to the outer side of the box body 6; and both sides of the front end of the box body 6 are provided with access doors 7, and a control knob 9 is arranged on one side of the access door 7.

When in use, the punched nickel-plated steel strip to be rolled can be placed on the passive turntable 102, sequentially passes through the fixed guide rod 301, and is finally connected with the winding drum placed on the active turntable 202, and is driven by the first motor 207, the driving wheel 206, the driven wheel 204, the transmission belt 205 and the second rotating block 203 in a matching manner, so that the rolling operation of the punched nickel-plated steel strip is realized, and the rolling speed can be adjusted by the control knob 9 according to actual needs; the arrangement of the fixed guide rod 301 is convenient for keeping the punched nickel-plated steel strip to be wound neatly during high-speed winding movement; through the matching use of the second motor 404, the threaded rod 403, the threaded sleeve 401 and the supporting block 402, and the combination of external control equipment, the driven shaft 101 can be controlled to move downwards in the feeding process of the punched nickel-plated steel strip, so that the feeding operation is facilitated, the driven shaft 101 can be moved upwards to realize fixation after the feeding is completed, and the feeding and discharging operation of the punched nickel-plated steel strip can be facilitated and the working efficiency is improved by the same principle in the blanking process of the punched nickel-plated steel strip; and the double-layer winding structure at the upper end of the box body 6 can further improve the working efficiency of the device.
