A plunger 5 and a plunger rod 6 are arranged in an inner cavity of the hydraulic column 2, liquid is injected into a space formed by the inner cavity of the lower part of the hydraulic column 2 and the plunger 5, a slot 7 is formed in the side wall of the upper half part of the hydraulic column 2 so as to be connected with the sail 1 on the outer side, the upper part of the sail 1 is connected with the top of the plunger rod 6 after passing through the slot 7, and the lower part of the sail 1 is fixed on the outer wall of the lower part of the hydraulic column 2; the sail is detachably connected with the plunger rod and the outer wall of the lower part of the hydraulic column, so that the sail can be replaced and maintained.

The lower side of the hydraulic column 2 is rotatably connected with the support beam 8, and the lower side of the hydraulic column 2 is connected with the support beam 10 through a rotating bearing.
