Background

The whole wet-type gas holder is of a fully-welded steel structure, is a cylindrical high-rise structure, has a large diameter, and requires the bell jar to be relatively stably and smoothly lifted in operation without clamping stagnation and abrasion; the bell cover slides with an outer guide wheel arranged on the bell cover by a guide rail fixed on the inner side of the water tank and a guide frame rail outside the water tank, and slowly rises or falls. The outer guide frame type vertical lifting gas holder is adopted for a wet gas holder of 20 ten thousand ton/year polyvinyl chloride engineering in a certain plant.

The outer guide frame type helicopter gas cabinet only detects the pressure, the water level, the cabinet volume and the cabinet speed, and does not measure the inclination of the bell jar and the stress condition of the guide wheel. The low-pressure wet gas holder is not allowed to be excessively inclined, the excessive inclination cannot guarantee the gas sealing requirement, and the guide wheel and the guide frame are seriously abraded due to the excessive inclination, so that the lifting of the bell jar is failed, and safety accidents are caused.

Therefore, the detection of the inclination of the wet gas holder is a very necessary measure and is a guarantee for the safe operation of the system.

Reference will now be made in detail to the exemplary embodiments, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, like numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements unless otherwise indicated. The implementations described in the exemplary embodiments below are not intended to represent all implementations consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a vertical wet type gas holder detection system is applied to a vertical wet type gas holder, and the vertical wet type gas holder detection system includes: the detection module comprises a plurality of sensors, and part of the sensors are used for detecting the running state of the bell jar and the pressure of the guide wheel arranged on the bell jar; the partial sensor is used for detecting the inclination of the bell jar; the control module is connected with the detection module and used for receiving detection data of each sensor and outputting a signal when pressure and inclination in the received detection data exceed set thresholds; and optimizing the output signal in comparison to the pressure data and the inclination data.

In practical application, the number of guide wheels and guide frames of the vertical-lift wet-type gas holder is 12 respectively, and all the 12 guide wheels are arranged on the side wall of the bell jar through a shaft pin type weighing sensor circumferential array; the shaft pin type weighing sensors convert detection data into digital signals through the transmitters and transmit the digital signals to the control module, 12 shaft pin type weighing sensors are sequentially marked as a No. 1 force sensor, a No. 2 force sensor to a No. 12 force sensor, and two angle sensors serving as a No. 1 inclination angle sensor and a No. 2 inclination angle sensor are arranged at the top of the bell jar or on the upper part of the side vertical surface; each angle sensor can detect inclinations in two directions, and two angle sensors can measure inclinations in eight angles. The angle sensor and each transmitter are respectively connected with the control module through an RS485-1 bus and an RS485-2 bus; the control module comprises a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), the PLC reads and writes a control program, and the control program judges the inclination of the bell jar according to the detection data transmitted by each sensor. The inclination of the bell jar is measured through the No. 1 inclination angle sensor and the No. 2 inclination angle sensor, the stress of each guide wheel is measured through the No. 1 force sensor to the No. 12 force sensor, and the stress of each guide wheel is uneven due to the inclination of the bell jar, so that the stress of the guide wheel can be obtained through the detection data of the No. 1 force sensor to the No. 12 force sensor, and the corresponding inclination or lateral movement condition of the bell jar is deduced; and the detection accuracy is further ensured by combining the detection data of each angle sensor.

Further, the number of the angle sensors is two or more. The number of the angle sensors is 3, and the 3 angle sensors are respectively used as a No. 1 inclination angle sensor, a No. 2 inclination angle sensor and a No. 3 inclination angle sensor and are arranged at the top of the bell jar or at the upper part of the side vertical surface; the inclination of eight or more angles can be measured; and under the condition that one of the force sensors fails, the normal output of a detection result can still be ensured, the programmable controller obtains the stress of the guide wheel according to the detection data of each force sensor, and the corresponding tilt or lateral movement condition of the bell jar is deduced; the two parameters of the pressure and the inclination of the guide wheel are mutually verified, and the running condition of the bell jar can be reliably reflected.

In summary, the vertical-lift wet-type gas holder detection system not only detects the running state of the bell jar, but also detects the inclination of the bell jar and the stress condition of the guide wheel through the sensors arranged at different positions, and the two parameters of the pressure and the inclination of the guide wheel are mutually verified, so that the running condition of the bell jar can be reliably reflected, and the safe running of the system is further ensured.

In another embodiment of the invention, part of 12 guide wheels is provided with an axle pin type weighing sensor, 8 guide wheel shafts are replaced by the axle pin type weighing sensors in consideration of cost, and the other 4 guide wheel shafts adopt the original guide wheel shafts; the pressure of 8 corresponding guide wheels is detected by the shaft pin type weighing sensor, and the inclination or lateral movement condition of the corresponding bell jar is deduced; and the detection accuracy is further ensured by combining the detection data of each angle sensor.

In another embodiment of the invention, a bearing is arranged between the axle pin type weighing sensor and the guide wheel. The bell jar is limited by the guide of the guide wheel and the guide frame in the process of ascending and descending, so that the bell jar is prevented from inclining or transversely moving; a bearing is arranged between the shaft pin type weighing sensor and the guide wheel, so that smooth rotation can be realized, hard friction is avoided, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1, in another embodiment of the present invention, the programmable controller is connected to a display screen for displaying an operation state of a bell jar.

The display screen can adopt a touch screen, and a control program of the programmable controller is compiled through the touch screen to read and write the control program; the control module is connected with a warning module, and when the pressure and the gradient in the detection data received by the control module exceed a set threshold value, a signal is output to the warning module, and the warning module sends a warning signal.

Specifically, the programmable controller is connected with a warning module consisting of a buzzer and an indicator light, and outputs signals to the buzzer and the indicator light after the pressure and the gradient in the detection data received by the programmable controller exceed set thresholds, and sounds and visual warnings are sent out through the buzzer and the indicator light.

Referring to fig. 1, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the display screen and the programmable controller are sleeved with a protective member having an explosion-proof function.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: the guide wheel is arranged on the side wall of the bell jar through a shaft pin type weighing sensor circumferential array; the shaft pin type weighing sensors convert detection data into digital signals through the transmitters and transmit the digital signals to the control module, and the two angle sensors are used as a No. 1 inclination angle sensor and a No. 2 inclination angle sensor and are arranged on the top of the bell jar or the upper part of the side vertical surface; each angle sensor can detect inclinations in two directions, and two angle sensors can measure inclinations in eight angles. The angle sensor and each transmitter are respectively connected with the control module through an RS485-1 bus and an RS485-2 bus; the control module comprises a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), the PLC reads and writes a control program, and the control program judges the inclination of the bell jar according to the detection data transmitted by each sensor and deduces the corresponding inclination or lateral movement condition of the bell jar; the two parameters of the pressure and the inclination of the guide wheel are mutually verified, so that the running condition of the bell jar can be reliably reflected.

It should be noted that the PLC and the transmitter adopted in the present invention are all applications of the prior art, and those skilled in the art can implement the functions to be achieved according to the related description, or implement the technical features to be achieved through the similar techniques, and will not be described in detail herein.
