Background

The temperature indicating paint is a paint which indicates the temperature and the temperature distribution of the surface of a measured part by the color change of a coating. According to the reversibility of color change, the method is divided into: reversible temperature indicating paint and irreversible temperature indicating paint; the color of the paint is divided into the following parts according to the number of the color changes along with the temperature: single color-changing temperature indicating paint and multiple color-changing temperature indicating paint. The color change of the temperature indicating paint is realized by utilizing the principles of thermal decomposition, solid-phase reaction, phase change and the like of pigments. The formed product mainly comprises multi-color irreversible thermopaint, single-color reversible thermopaint, thermopaint and the like. The coating is suitable for positions which are not suitable for measurement, such as thermometers, thermocouples, radiation pyrometers and the like, or continuously operating parts and other parts which need large-area temperature distribution measurement. If the device is used for chemical industry, oil refining and the outer wall of a reaction kettle, the overtemperature early warning effect is achieved; the temperature and temperature distribution measuring device is used for measuring the temperature and temperature distribution of aircraft engines, internal instruments and the like.

Most of commercially available single-color irreversible temperature-indicating coatings are oil coatings, which are mainly realized by thermal decomposition and solid-phase reaction of pigments, and the temperature measurement error is usually +/-10 ℃, so that the problem of low temperature measurement precision generally exists. In addition, the conventional single-color-changing irreversible temperature indicating coating can remain on the surface of the measured part after being used, and can be cleaned only by using a paint remover or sand blowing treatment, so that the residues of the coating can not influence the subsequent surface treatment and use of the measured part.

The temperature indicating patch also has the function of the single-color-changing irreversible temperature indicating coating, the temperature measurement is accurate, and the error is +/-5 ℃. During preparation, the color-changing pigment is required to be adhered to the surface of the absorbable material coated with the back glue, and then a layer of transparent plastic film convenient for observation is coated on the color-changing pigment. Therefore, the preparation process is complicated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a water-based strippable single-color-change irreversible temperature indicating coating and a production and use method thereof. The temperature-measuring paint can solve the problems of low temperature-measuring precision, easy residue after temperature measurement and environmental pollution caused by the oily single-color irreversible temperature-measuring paint, and can also solve the problem of complex preparation process of the temperature-measuring paster.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the formula of the water-based strippable single-color-change irreversible temperature indicating coating comprises the following components in percentage by mass:

the resin is any one of commercially available water-based SBS emulsion, water-based strippable acrylic emulsion and water-based strippable PU emulsion; the solid parts of the resin are all 50 percent;

the filler is one or more of silicon dioxide, talcum powder, quartz powder, kaolin and aluminum oxide;

the color-changing pigment is any one of zinc stearate, lead stearate, calcium stearate and cadmium stearate;

the auxiliary agent is one or more of byk190, byk191, byk192, FA179 and byk 180;

the solvent is deionized water.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based strippable single-color-change irreversible thermopaint, which is characterized by comprising the following production steps:

(1) weighing and batching, namely adding a solvent and an auxiliary agent according to the formula amount, stirring at a high speed until the auxiliary agent is completely dissolved, sequentially adding a filler and a color-changing pigment, and stirring while adding materials until the system is uniform and has no agglomeration to obtain a slurry;

(2) grinding and dispersing: feeding the prepared slurry into a sand mill for grinding and dispersing, adding the resin emulsion when the fineness is not more than 30 mu m, stirring at a high speed, controlling the stirring speed at 200-300 r/min, and stirring for 30-60 min to uniformly disperse the components;

(3) discharging: and filtering the dispersed paint liquid by using a 120-mesh screen and canning to obtain the water-based strippable temperature indicating paint.

Detailed Description

This example demonstrates a waterborne strippable single-discoloration irreversible thermopaint and a method for its preparation.

The first embodiment is as follows:

accurately 54.0g of deionized water and 1.0g of byk190 were weighed and stirred with high speed until byk190 was completely dissolved. And controlling the stirring speed at 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding 5.0g of talcum powder and 10.0g of lead stearate, and continuously stirring until the system is uniform and has no agglomeration to obtain the slurry. The prepared slurry was sent to a sand mill to be ground and dispersed, and the fineness was measured to be 30 μm. Then, adding 30.0g of water-based SBS emulsion, stirring at a high speed, controlling the stirring speed at 200-300 r/min, and stirring for 30min to uniformly disperse the components. And finally, filtering the dispersed paint liquid by using a 120-mesh screen and canning to obtain the water-based strippable temperature indicating paint. The paint number is 1, and the technical indexes are shown in Table 1.

Example two:

accurately weighed 42.0g of deionized water, 4.0g of byk192, 1.0g of 1.0gFA179 and stirred with high speed until byk192 and FA179 are completely dissolved. And controlling the stirring speed at 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding 6.0g of silicon dioxide and 12.0g of cadmium stearate, and continuously stirring until the system is uniform and has no agglomeration to obtain the slurry. The prepared slurry was sent to a sand mill to be ground and dispersed, and the fineness was measured to be 30 μm. Then, 35.0g of water-based strippable acrylic emulsion is added, high-speed stirring is used, the stirring speed is controlled to be 200-300 r/min, and stirring is carried out for 30min, so that all the components are uniformly dispersed. And finally, filtering the dispersed paint liquid by using a 120-mesh screen and canning to obtain the water-based strippable temperature indicating paint. The paint 2 is marked and the technical indexes are detailed in Table 1.

Example three:

accurately weighed 36.0g of deionized water, 1.0g of byk191, 1.0g of 1.0gFA179 and stirred with high speed until byk191 and FA179 are completely dissolved. And controlling the stirring speed at 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding 8.0g of quartz powder and 14.0g of zinc stearate, and continuously stirring until the system is uniform and has no agglomeration to obtain the slurry. The prepared slurry was sent to a sand mill to be ground and dispersed, and the fineness was measured to be 30 μm. Then, 40.0g of the aqueous strippable PU emulsion is added, high-speed stirring is used, the stirring speed is controlled to be 200-300 r/min, and stirring is carried out for 50min, so that all the components are uniformly dispersed. And finally, filtering the dispersed paint liquid by using a 120-mesh screen and canning to obtain the water-based strippable temperature indicating paint. The paint 3 is marked, and the technical indexes are shown in table 1.

Example four:

22.0g of deionized water, 2.0g of byk180, 1.0g of 1.0gFA179 were weighed out accurately and stirred with high speed until byk180 and FA179 were completely dissolved. And controlling the stirring speed at 200-300 r/min, sequentially adding 10.0g of aluminum oxide and 15.0g of calcium stearate, and continuously stirring until the system is uniform and has no agglomeration to obtain the slurry. The prepared slurry was sent to a sand mill to be ground and dispersed, and the fineness was measured to be 30 μm. Then, adding 50.0g of water-based SBS emulsion, stirring at a high speed, controlling the stirring speed at 200-300 r/min, and stirring for 60min to uniformly disperse the components. And finally, filtering the dispersed paint liquid by using a 120-mesh screen and canning to obtain the water-based strippable temperature indicating paint. Marked as coating 4, the technical indexes are detailed in table 1.

The implementation effect is as follows:
