Detailed Description

(1) Detailed description of the preferred embodiments

Next, the cloth product storage 1 according to the present embodiment will be described in detail.

(1.1) Overall Structure

The clothing product container 1 according to the present embodiment is attached to an installation surface 5 along a vertical surface as shown in fig. 1 in a state where a plurality of clothing products 6 are accommodated inside. The fabric product container 1 includes a housing 2 and a tray 3 attached to the housing 2 so as to be able to be pulled out.

Here, the "installation surface 5" refers to a surface on which the clothing product container 1 is installed. Examples of the installation surface 5 include a wall surface of a room, a wall surface of a corridor, a wall surface of a dressing room, a wall surface of a living room, a door surface, a partition, and the like. The material for constructing the installation surface 5 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include wall paper, plywood, concrete, perforated metal, mesh, glass, cork board, and a plate material such as magnetically attractable metal, and the installation surface 5 is not limited to a flat surface, and may be constructed of a concave-convex surface or a stepped surface.

The cloth product 6 (fig. 4) stored in the cloth product storage device 1 is preferably a flexible product. Examples of the cloth product 6 include a towel, a bath towel, a handkerchief, a cloth-wrapper, a protector, underwear, a T-shirt, and the like. The cloth product 6 according to the present embodiment is a towel.

Hereinafter, two directions along the installation surface 5 and along the horizontal plane are referred to as "left and right directions", and "right direction" and "left direction" are defined with reference to "right" and "left" when aligned with the installation surface 5. In addition, two directions along the vertical plane are defined as "up-down directions". In the drawings, arrows indicating respective directions are merely provided for explanation, and do not necessarily correspond to actual conditions of the table.

(1.2) case

The housing 2 is a box for accommodating the tray 3 and the plurality of cloth products 6 placed on the tray 3. As shown in fig. 2, the enclosure 2 is configured as a cylindrical body having a front plate 21, a bottom plate 22, a top plate 23, and a back plate 24, and has a pair of opening surfaces 25 formed on both end surfaces in the left-right direction. The opening surfaces 25 face in either of the left and right directions, and the pair of opening surfaces 25 face in opposite directions to each other. Each opening surface 25 is formed in a rounded rectangle whose longitudinal direction is parallel to the vertical direction.

The material of the enclosure 2 is not particularly limited, and is preferably made of synthetic resin, for example, rubber, carbon, metal plate, wood, paper, corrugated paper, or the like, from the viewpoint of manufacturability and cost.

The housing 2 is detachably attached to the installation surface 5. As for the attachment of the enclosure 2 to the installation surface 5, for example, attachment by a fixing tool, adhesion, fitting, attachment by a support bar, or the like can be cited, but in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 a, the enclosure 2 is attached to the hook 4 attached to the installation surface 5. The housing 2 according to the present embodiment has a hook attachment portion 26 to which the hook 4 is attached.

Here, as shown in fig. 3B, the hook 4 includes a fixing portion 41 fixed to the installation surface 5 and a hook body portion 42 detachably attached to the fixing portion 41. The fixing of the fixing portion 41 to the installation surface 5 is achieved by, for example, bolt fixing, pin fixing, or adhesion. A placing portion 411 is formed on the fixing portion 41, and the placing portion 411 restricts the movement of the hook main body portion 42 in the front-rear direction in a state where the hook main body portion 42 is placed. A hook portion 421 is formed on the rear surface of the hook main body portion 42, and the hook main body portion 42 is attached to the fixing portion 41 by inserting the hook portion 421 into the mounting portion 411 from above to below. An insertion piece 422 is formed at the upper end of the hook main body portion 42.

As shown in fig. 3 a, the hook mounting portion 26 is formed on the back panel 24 of the enclosure 2. The hook attachment portion 26 includes: a recess 261 for receiving the hook 4 fixed to the installation surface 5; and an insertion hole 262 provided in the recess 261 and used for inserting the insertion piece 422 of the hook 4. The recess 261 is formed to fit the outer shape of the hook main body portion 42, and is formed in a substantially U-shape in front view. The insertion hole 262 is formed in a slit shape in an upper end wall in an inner side wall of the recess 261. As shown in a of fig. 3, the insertion piece 422 is inserted into the insertion hole 262 from the bottom up, so that the housing 2 is mounted to the hook 4.

As shown in fig. 2, a guide portion 27 for guiding the movement of the tray 3 is formed on the inner surface of the housing 2. The guide portion 27 is configured by a pair of grooves 271 formed at the lower end of the housing 2. The groove 271 formed in the front plate 21 is recessed forward from the inner surface of the housing 2. The groove 271 formed in the back plate 24 is recessed rearward from the inner surface of the enclosure 2. The pair of grooves 271 face each other, and the tray 3 is slidably inserted into the facing grooves 271.

The bottom plate 22 of the housing 2 has a take-out hole 28. The cloth product 6 placed on the tray 3 is extracted from the extraction hole 28. As will be described later, the tray 3 is also formed with a take-out hole 36, and when the tray 3 is housed in the casing 2, the take-out hole 36 of the tray 3 and the take-out hole 28 of the casing 2 penetrate in the vertical direction, whereby the cloth product 6 placed on the tray 3 can be taken out.

As shown in fig. 1, the housing 2 has an upright piece 281 standing along the opening edge of the take-out hole 28. The standing pieces 281 are continuously formed over the entire circumference of the opening edge, and are formed in a ring shape. The rigidity of the housing 2 reduced by the formation of the taking-out hole 36 can be enhanced by the standing piece 281. Further, ribs 29 are formed at the lower ends of the pair of opening surfaces 25 of the housing 2. This allows the housing 2 to appropriately receive the weight applied by the tray 3.

(1.3) Pallet

The tray 3 is a member configured to place the cloth product 6. The tray 3 is attached to the housing 2 so as to be movable in the left-right direction between a first position and a second position. As shown in B of fig. 4, the "first position" refers to a position of the tray 3 which is located inside the housing 2 and in which the cloth product 6 is accommodated in the accommodation space 11. As shown in a of fig. 4, "second position" refers to a position of the tray 3 pulled out from the first position through the opening surface 25. The cloth article 6 can be placed on the tray 3 in the second position from above.

As shown in fig. 2, the tray 3 has a bottom wall 31, a front wall 32, a rear wall 33, a right wall 34, and a left wall 35, and is formed in a flat container shape. The tray 3 is disposed in the housing 2 and is attached to the guide portion 27 so as to be slidable (parallel). The corner portion of the tray 3 formed by the front wall 32, the bottom wall 31, and the rear wall 33 is formed in an arc shape so as to be adapted to the rounded shape of the corner portion of the enclosure 2 formed by the front plate 21, the bottom plate 22, and the back plate 24.

A plurality of cloth products 6 are placed on the bottom wall 31 of the tray 3 (the upper surface of the bottom wall 31 may be referred to as a "placement surface"). As described above, the bottom wall 31 of the tray 3 has the take-out hole 36 penetrating in the vertical direction in the state where the tray 3 is at the first position. Therefore, the takeout hole 36 of the tray 3 at the first position vertically overlaps the takeout hole 28 of the housing 2, and vertically penetrates the housing space 11 facing the placement surface and the outside of the housing 2. Thus, when the tray 3 is at the first position in a state where the cloth product 6 is placed on the tray 3, the cloth product 6 can be drawn downward through the take-out holes 28 and 36.

As shown in fig. 2, the opening of the take-out hole 36 is formed in an oblong shape. The term "oblong" as used herein means a circular shape having a short axis and a long axis and extending in one direction, and the oblong includes an elliptical shape. The long axis of the extraction hole 36 is substantially parallel to the left-right direction, and the short axis is substantially parallel to the front-rear direction. The opening shape of the taking-out hole 36 of the tray 3 is formed to be the same as the opening shape of the taking-out hole 28 of the enclosure 2.

Further, the bottom wall 31 of the tray 3 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane so as to be located downward as it approaches the taking-out hole 36. Therefore, when the cloth product 6 is taken out from the take-out hole 36 in the tray 3 on which the cloth product 6 is placed, the cloth product 6 can be smoothly taken out.

(1.4) example of use

The cloth product container 1 of such a structure is used, for example, as follows. As shown in fig. 3, the housing 2 is placed on the installation surface 5, and the tray 3 is pulled out to the second position as shown in a of fig. 4. In this state, the user places a plurality of cloth pieces 6 on the tray 3, and moves the tray 3 to the first position. Then, as shown in fig. 4B, the cloth product 6 is stored in the storage space 11 in the housing 2.

Next, as shown in fig. 5 a to 5C, the user takes out one cloth product 6 by taking out the lowermost one of the plurality of cloth products 6 stored in the storage space 11 through the taking-out holes 28 and 36. Thereby, the user can take out the cloth product 6 from the cloth product container 1.

(2) Modification example

The above-described embodiment is merely one of various embodiments of the present invention. The embodiments may be variously modified according to design and the like as long as the object of the present invention can be achieved. Modifications of the embodiment are described below. The modifications described below can be applied in appropriate combination.

The housing 2 is formed in a substantially square cylindrical shape in the above embodiment, but in the present invention, the housing 2 may be formed in a cylindrical shape. Further, the enclosure 2 is provided with the opening surfaces 25 on both sides so as to face both sides in the left-right direction, but in the present invention, the opening surfaces 25 may be structured so as to face only either one of the left-right directions.

The insertion hole 262 of the hook attachment portion 26 is a through hole in the above-described embodiment, but in the present invention, it may not be a through hole as long as it is a recess.

In addition, in the above-described embodiment, the housing 2 has the hook attachment portion 26 attached to the hook 4, and the hook 4 is attached to the installation surface 5, but the present invention may be applied to other attachment methods, and for example, the housing 2 may be configured to have a magnetic attraction portion capable of magnetically attracting to the installation surface 5. Examples of the magnetic attraction portion of the housing 2 include a magnet, a metal, and the like. For example, a plate-shaped magnet may be attached to the housing 2, and the mounting surface 5 may be a plate material of metal or the like (for example, a side surface of a device such as a washing machine, a housing rack formed of metal or the like) that can be magnetically attracted. In this case, the magnet of the enclosure 2 is magnetically attracted to the magnetically attractable installation surface 5, so that the enclosure 2 can be fixed to the installation surface 5. The housing 2 may be formed of a metal or the like, and a magnet or the like may be attached to the installation surface 5. In any case, the housing 2 and the installation surface 5 can be magnetically attracted.

In another example, the member attached to the enclosure 2 may be a suction cup or the like that can be attracted to the installation surface 5, instead of the magnet, and the enclosure 2 may be configured to be attracted to the installation surface 5 via the suction cup and attached thereto.

In the above embodiment, the enclosure 2 is configured by a cylindrical body having the front plate 21, the bottom plate 22, the top plate 23, and the back plate 24, but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, at least the front plate 21 may be made of any material of an opaque material, a transparent material, or a material having translucency. When the material of the front panel 21 is an opaque material, the fabric product 6 can be hardly seen from the front as described later. When the material of the front panel 21 is a transparent material or a material having translucency, the remaining number of towels can be checked from the front. In addition to the front plate 21 being made of any one of an opaque material, a transparent material, and a material having optical transparency, all portions of the enclosure 2 including the bottom plate 22, the top plate 23, and the back plate 24 may be made of any one of an opaque material, a transparent material, and a material having optical transparency.

In the present specification, an expression with "substantially" may be used as "substantially parallel" or "substantially orthogonal". For example, "substantially parallel" means substantially "parallel", and includes not only a state of strict "parallel", but also an error of about a few percent. The same applies to other expressions with "substantially".

In the present specification, expressions distinguished by the presence or absence of the "… … part" are used, such as "tip part" and "tip part". For example, the "tip portion" refers to a portion having a certain range including the "tip". The same applies to the other expressions with "… … parts".

(3) Means for

As described above, the clothing article storage device 1 according to the first embodiment includes the housing 2 and the tray 3. The enclosure 2 is configured to be attachable to an installation surface 5 along a vertical surface, and has an opening surface 25 facing in a direction along the installation surface 5 and along a horizontal plane. The tray 3 is configured to place the cloth product 6, and is attached to the casing 2 so as to be movable between a first position where the tray 3 is positioned inside the casing 2 and the cloth product 6 is stored in the storage space 11, and a second position where the tray 3 is pulled out through the opening surface 25. The housing 2 and the tray 3 have taking-out holes 28 and 36, and the taking-out holes 28 and 36 penetrate the housing space 11 and the outside of the housing 2 in the vertical direction in a state where the tray 3 is at the first position.

According to this embodiment, since the opening surface 25 faces in the direction along the installation surface 5 and along the horizontal plane, the storage state of the cloth product 6 can be immediately confirmed, and the cloth product 6 is hard to be seen from the front, so that the appearance is good. Further, since the cloth product container 1 is attached to the installation surface 5, it is not necessary to place it on a table, for example, and the space can be effectively used. Further, since the tray 3 can be pulled out along the installation surface 5, the cloth product 6 can be easily stored or taken out. Further, since the cloth pieces 6 can be placed on the tray 3 in a stacked state, a plurality of cloth pieces 6 can be stored in the storage space 11 at a time.

In the clothing storage device 1 according to the second aspect, the housing 2 is configured as a cylindrical body having a pair of opening surfaces 25 facing in opposite directions in the first aspect.

According to this aspect, the direction in which the tray 3 is pulled out can be determined according to the shape of the installation surface 5 or the user's hand, and thus the usability can be improved.

In the clothing product container 1 according to the third aspect, in the first or second aspect, the housing 2 has the hook attachment portion 26 attached to the hook 4, and the hook 4 is attached to the installation surface 5.

According to this embodiment, the mounting surface 5 can be easily attached and detached.

In the clothing article storage device 1 according to the fourth aspect, in any one of the first to third aspects, the opening of the take-out hole 36 of the tray 3 is formed in an oval shape.

According to this embodiment, the cloth product 6 can be easily taken out through the take-out hole 36.

In the clothing article storage device 1 according to the fifth aspect, in any one of the first to fourth aspects, the placement surface of the tray 3 facing the storage space 11 is inclined with respect to the horizontal surface so as to be positioned downward as it approaches the take-out hole 36.

According to this aspect, when the cloth product 6 is taken out through the take-out hole 36, the cloth product 6 can smoothly move, and the cloth product 6 can be easily taken out.

The structures according to the second to fifth aspects are not essential to the fabric product storage 1 and may be omitted as appropriate.
