Direct transmission refers to infection caused by sneezing, coughing, speaking droplets and direct inhalation of exhaled air in close proximity; aerosol transmission refers to the mixing of droplets in the air to form an aerosol which causes infection after inhalation; contact transmission refers to the condition that droplets are deposited on the surface of an article and contact with mucous membranes such as oral cavity, nasal cavity, eyes and the like after contacting with contaminated hands, so that infection is caused.

The hospital is a person intensive place, the daily flow of people is very large, particularly for CT detection equipment, a large amount of persons use the hospital in the open air, if a patient with new coronary pneumonia uses the CT detection equipment, the pollution of an examining table and the inner cavity of the CT equipment can be caused, and after subsequent persons contact the examining table or the inner cavity of the CT equipment, contact propagation can occur, so that epidemic prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia are not facilitated.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a front view, a left view, a right view and a top view of the CT examination apparatus for avoiding cross infection of a new crown patient are respectively given, and fig. 5 and 7 respectively give a cross section of a-a and a cross section of B-B in fig. 1, the CT examination apparatus for avoiding cross infection of a new crown patient is composed of a CT examination apparatus 1, an examination bed 2, a CT examination apparatus covering apparatus and an examination bed covering apparatus, the examination bed 2 is located at the front end of the CT examination apparatus 1, the CT examination apparatus 1 and the examination bed 2 are both fixed on a foundation 4, an examination cavity 3 is opened at the center of the CT examination apparatus 1, the examination bed 2 can be lifted and moved into the examination cavity 3, a patient to be examined lies on the examination bed 2, and the examination bed 2 drives the patient into the examination cavity 3 to perform CT scanning examination. The width of the non-woven fabric sheet 8 is larger than that of the examination bed 2, and the non-woven fabric sheet 8 should cover the upper surface of the examination bed 2 and the upper part of the side surface thereof to prevent contact propagation of the patient.

The shown covering device of the CT inspection instrument consists of a third support 10, a fourth support 11, a fifth support 12, a non-woven fabric roll 13, a support circle 15 and a fabric roll device 16, wherein the third support 10 and the fifth support 12 are respectively fixed on the foundation 4 at the rear end and the front end of the CT inspection instrument 1, and the fourth support 11 is positioned between the third support 10 and the rear end of the CT inspection instrument 1. The nonwoven fabric roll 13 is formed by winding a nonwoven fabric roll 14, the center of the nonwoven fabric roll 13 is a reel, and both ends of the reel are rotatably mounted on the third support 10 so that the nonwoven fabric roll 13 can rotate. The lower end of the supporting circle 15 is fixed on the fourth support 11, the supporting circle 15 is coaxially arranged with the inspection cavity 3, and the diameter of the supporting circle 15 is equal to that of the inspection cavity 3.

The cloth rolling cylinder device 16 is arranged on the fifth support 12, the non-woven fabric cylinder 14 penetrates through the periphery of the support circle 15, the non-woven fabric cylinder 14 tightly clings to the inner wall of the examination cavity 3 to penetrate through the examination cavity 3, the non-woven fabric cylinder 14 is connected to the cloth rolling cylinder device 16 after penetrating through the examination cavity 3, and the cloth rolling cylinder device 16 rolls up the used non-woven fabric cylinder 14 in the examination cavity 3 so as to ensure that the non-woven fabric cylinder 14 covered on the inner wall of the examination cavity 3 is the non-woven fabric cylinder which is not contacted by other patients in the examination process of each patient in the examination cavity 3, so that the spread and cross infection of new coronary pneumonia virus can be avoided.

As shown in FIG. 6, a schematic structural diagram of the nonwoven fabric tube of the present invention is shown, wherein an opening 20 is formed at the bottom of the nonwoven fabric tube 14, the opening 20 has a certain overlapping area, and both the upper end of the fourth support 11 and the upper end of the fifth support 12 pass through the opening 20 at the bottom of the nonwoven fabric tube 14, so that the nonwoven fabric tube 14 can pass through the support circle 15 and the inspection chamber 3 smoothly, and the maximum area coverage of the inner wall of the inspection chamber 3 is realized.

As shown in fig. 7, which shows a cross-sectional view of the section B-B in fig. 1, and fig. 8 which shows a partially enlarged view of the area C in fig. 7, the cloth winding device 16 is shown to be composed of 4 cloth winding mechanisms, the 4 cloth winding mechanisms are distributed in a circular ring shape, and the inner part of the circular ring formed by the 4 cloth winding mechanisms is an inner cavity through which the examination bed 2 can pass. Each shown cloth roller mechanism consists of a first arc-shaped support 21, a cloth roller motor 22, a roller 23, a bearing 24 and a second arc-shaped support 25, wherein the shell of the cloth roller motor 22 is fixed on the first arc-shaped support 21, one end of the roller 23 is rotationally fixed on the second arc-shaped support 25 through the bearing 24, and the other end of the roller 23 is connected with an output shaft of the cloth roller motor 22, so that the roller 23 can be driven to rotate under the drive of the cloth roller motor 22, and a used non-woven cloth roller 14 in the inspection cavity 3 can be rolled up. The winding roll 23 is shown with a plurality of hooks 26 secured thereto, and the end of the nonwoven web 14 is hooked to the hooks 26 to wind the nonwoven web 14 up to form the used web roll 17.

The rotating shaft of the non-woven fabric roll 7 is provided with a first band-type brake motor 28, when the cloth rolling motor 9 starts to pull the non-woven fabric roll 8 to move, the first band-type brake motor 28 is in a release state, so that the non-woven fabric roll 7 rotates under the action of pulling force, and the non-woven fabric roll 8 is released. After the non-woven fabric sheets on the examination bed 2 are laid, the first band-type brake motor 28 is in a tightly-holding state so as to avoid excessive release of the non-woven fabric sheets on the non-woven fabric sheet roll 7 under the action of inertia. Similarly, the second brake motor 29 on the rotation shaft of the nonwoven fabric roll 13 also has the same function. When a new non-woven fabric sheet 8 is laid on the examination wear 2 each time, the cloth rolling motor 9 not only lays a new non-contaminated non-woven fabric sheet 8 on the examination wear 2, but also rolls in a non-woven fabric with enough margin so that the non-woven fabric sheet at the bottom of the examination bed 2 drawn in by the examination bed 2 is also the non-contaminated non-woven fabric sheet in the process of moving the examination bed 2 into the examination chamber 3.

Similarly, when the automatic cloth button 33 is pressed, the roll 7 of non-woven cloth will automatically finish the automatic laying on the examining table 2; if the cloth piece manual key 34 is pressed, only at the moment when the cloth piece manual key 34 is pressed, the cloth piece rolling motor 9 pulls the non-woven fabric piece roll 7 to release to form the non-woven fabric piece 8, so that the examination bed 2 is paved; when the sheet manual button 34 is released, the sheet winding motor 9 stops pulling the nonwoven fabric roll 7.

As shown in FIG. 9, a using state diagram of the CT examination apparatus for avoiding the cross infection of the new crown patient according to the present invention is shown, when in use, after the previous patient 27 has performed the CT examination, the cloth rolling motor 9 drives the rotating shaft 19 to rotate, the used non-woven fabric sheets 8 on the examination bed 2 are rolled up, and the non-woven fabric sheets 8 which are not used on the non-woven fabric sheet roll 7 are laid on the examination bed 2; meanwhile, a cloth rolling drum motor 22 on the cloth rolling drum device 16 drives a rolling roller 23 to rotate, so that the used non-woven fabric drum 14 in the inspection cavity 3 is rolled up, and the non-woven fabric drum 14 which is not used on the non-woven fabric drum 13 is covered on the inner surface of the inspection cavity 3; thus, each patient 27 is examined once, the non-woven fabric sheets 8 and the non-woven fabric cylinders 14 in the examination bed 2 and the examination cavity 3 are replaced, and the transmission of new coronavirus is effectively avoided.
