Referring to fig. 13-15, the working principle of the present invention is: through the matching of the block seat inserting head 1524 and the second block seat socket 821, the two bite mark block seats 82 are respectively arranged at the front ends of the corresponding clamping jaw mechanisms 152, the support inserting head 261 is matched with the plate body positioning interface 811, the support plate 81 is arranged at the front end of the cam mechanism 25, the two bite mark block seats 82 extend into the oral cavity, a patient bites the corresponding bite mark block seats 82 by teeth, the support tool starts to act to push the driving frame 21 to move forwards along the support cross frame 11, the driving oblique side wall of the cam mechanism 25 pushes the roller 1525 to gradually open the clamping jaw mechanisms 152, when the horizontal side wall of the cam mechanism 25 is contacted with the roller 1525, the clamping jaw mechanisms 152 are opened to the maximum, at the moment, the block seat mounting head 812 at the upper end and the lower end of the support plate 81 is aligned with the first block seat socket 822 on the bite mark block seat 82, the driving frame 21 is continuously pushed, and the block seat mounting head 812 can be completely inserted into the first block seat socket 822, then with the disconnection of a piece seat cartridge head 1524 and second piece seat socket 821, can take out whole supporting tool from split type oral cavity support 800, leave split type oral cavity support 800 in the oral cavity, keep the degree of opening in oral cavity through split type oral cavity support 800. In order to ensure that the rollers 1525 mounted on the two gripper mechanisms 152 are always in contact with the cam mechanism 25, a return spring 1526 is further connected between the two second clamping arms 1522, and the two rollers 1525 are always in contact with the cam mechanism 25 by the tensile elastic force of the return spring 1526.

Because the oblique edges of the first clamping arm 1521, the second clamping arm 1522, the end connecting arm 1523 and the clamping jaw mounting seat plate form a parallelogram link mechanism, the extension direction of the block seat cartridge head 1524 can be always kept horizontal in the unfolding process of the clamping jaw mechanism 152, namely, the two seam mark block seats 82 can also be always kept parallel.

Preferably, referring to fig. 5, a T-shaped seat plate 22 is fixedly connected to the front end of the driving frame 21, a bottom guide rod 24 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the T-shaped seat plate 22, the bottom guide rod 24 is slidably inserted into a transverse guide seat 16 installed on the supporting cross frame 11, top guide rods 23 are respectively fixedly connected to two sides of the top end of the T-shaped seat plate 22, jaw guide seats 153 are fixedly installed on the left and right sides of the jaw installation frame 151, and the top guide rods 23 are slidably inserted into the jaw guide seats 153.

Preferably, referring to fig. 5, an adjusting frame is further fixedly mounted on the top guide rod 23, and an opening degree adjusting mechanism 27 for adjusting the expansion size of the cam mechanism 25 is mounted on the adjusting frame;

referring to fig. 6, the cam mechanism 25 includes a cam end seat 253 at the front end, a cam inclined arm 251 hinged to the upper and lower ends of the cam end seat 253, and a cam horizontal arm 252 hinged to the rear end of the cam inclined arm 251, wherein the outer side wall of the cam inclined arm 251 is a driving inclined side wall, and the outer side wall of the cam horizontal arm 252 is a horizontal side wall;

the opening degree adjusting mechanism 27 comprises a central lead screw 274, an adjusting disc 271, a first bevel gear 2711 and a second bevel gear 2741 which are rotatably installed on an adjusting rack, the front end of the central lead screw 274 is rotatably matched in the cam end seat 253, the front section of the central lead screw 274 is sleeved with a pushing block 275 in a threaded matching manner, the front end of the pushing block 275 is provided with a pair of pushing inclined walls which are symmetrically arranged up and down, the end part of the cam horizontal arm 252 is provided with a cam inclined wall jointed with the pushing inclined walls, the cam inclined wall is in sliding fit on the pushing inclined walls, the second bevel gear 2741 is sleeved and fixed on the central lead screw 274, the adjusting disc 271 is rotatably installed on the adjusting rack, the shaft end of the adjusting disc 271 is fixedly provided with the first bevel gear 2711, and the first bevel gear 2711 is meshed with the second bevel.

Obviously, as another alternative, the adjusting disk 271 may be replaced by an adjusting motor mounted on the adjusting frame, and the output shaft end of the adjusting motor is fixedly mounted with the first bevel gear 2711.

Referring to fig. 6, in order to ensure that the cam inclined wall at the end of the cam horizontal arm 252 is always attached to the pushing inclined wall of the pushing block 275, spring pin shafts are respectively arranged on the cam horizontal arm 252 and the pushing block 275 in a penetrating manner, a tension spring 256 is connected between the two spring pin shafts, and the cam inclined wall is always attached to the pushing inclined wall of the pushing block 275 by the elasticity of the tension spring 256;

of course, another connection mode may also be adopted, please refer to fig. 7, a dovetail guide groove 2751 is formed on the inclined pushing wall of the pushing block 275, a dovetail guide block extends from the inclined cam wall at the end of the horizontal cam arm 252, and the dovetail guide block is slidably fitted in the dovetail guide groove 2751, so that the inclined cam wall is always attached to the inclined pushing wall of the pushing block 275.

Because everybody's oral cavity is different in size, consequently need adopt different size of a dimension split type oral cavity support 800, in order to satisfy the demand of different opening degree, cam mechanism 25's size needs correspond the regulation, just can carry out split type oral cavity support 800's normal installation.

Referring to fig. 16, the operation principle of the opening degree adjusting mechanism 27 is as follows: rotating the adjusting disk 271, the first bevel gear 2711 at the shaft end of the adjusting disk 271 drives the second bevel gear 2741 to rotate, the second bevel gear 2741 drives the central screw 274 to rotate, the rotating central screw 274 can drive the pushing block 275 to move, when the pushing block 275 moves left and right, the two cam horizontal arms 252 which can drive the cam mechanism 25 are far away from or close to each other, the distance between the outer side walls of the two cam horizontal arms 252 is set to be H, namely, the opening degree is H, by rotating the adjusting disk 271, the distance of the two designed cam horizontal arms 252 is changed, and the opening degree can be adjusted.

Preferably, the adjusting frame comprises two cross brackets 272 and a top longitudinal beam 273 fixedly connected with the tops of the two cross brackets 272, the adjusting plate 271 is rotatably mounted on the top longitudinal beam 273, the left and right ends of the two cross brackets 272 are sleeved and fixed on the corresponding top guide rods 23, and the bottoms of the two cross brackets 272 are sleeved and fixed on the bottom guide rods 24;

a pair of inner guide rods 254 is further fixedly connected between the cross bracket 272 and the cam end seat 253 at the front end, the pushing block 275 is slidably sleeved on the inner guide rods 254, a displacement adjusting plate 263 is further slidably sleeved on the inner guide rods 254, the rear end of the cam inclined arm 251 is hinged with the cam horizontal arm 252 through a cam pin shaft 255, the rear side surface of the displacement adjusting plate 263 is in contact with the cam pin shaft 255, a pair of displacement adjusting guide rods 262 is further fixedly mounted on the front end surface of the displacement adjusting plate 263, and the front ends of the displacement adjusting guide rods 262 penetrate through the cam end seat 253 and are fixedly connected with the bracket mounting seat 26.

After the opening degree is adjusted, the bracket mounting base 26 is manually pushed, so that the rear side surface of the displacement adjusting plate 263 is in contact with the cam pin 255, and with the structural arrangement, in the subsequent operation process, when the clamping jaw mechanism 152 is opened to the maximum, the block base mounting heads 812 at the upper end and the lower end of the supporting plate 81 can be just aligned with the first block base sockets 822, the cam mechanism 25 is continuously advanced, and then the block base mounting heads 812 can be completely inserted into the first block base sockets 822.

Referring to fig. 5, after the insertion, in order to facilitate the block seat plug 1524 to be easily pulled out from the second block seat socket 821, a small groove 2521 is further formed on the outer side wall of the cam horizontal arm 252, after the insertion, the roller 1525 is just located in the small groove 2521, so that the distance between the two block seat plug 1524 is slightly reduced, the main supporting force is generated by switching between 812 and 822 from the original 1524 to 822, and thus the contact pressure between the block seat plug 1524 and the second block seat socket 821 is greatly reduced, and the block seat plug 1524 can be easily pulled out from the second block seat socket 821.

Preferably, referring to fig. 10, an opening degree metering mechanism 28 is further fixedly mounted on the top guide rod 23, the opening degree metering mechanism 28 includes a metering disc 281 and a metering frame 282 fixedly sleeved on the top guide rod 23, a speed reducer 283 is fixedly mounted on the metering frame 282, one end of the speed reducer 283 is connected with a central shaft of the metering disc 281, the other end of the speed reducer 283 is connected with a transition shaft, an end portion of the transition shaft is connected with a rear end of the central screw 274 through a coupling 284, and a metering numerical value 2811 is distributed on a circumferential outer wall of the metering disc 281.

Working principle of the opening degree metering mechanism 28: when the rotating disc 271 drives the central screw 274 to rotate, the transition shaft rotates under the driving of the coupling 284, and then drives the measuring disc 281 to rotate through the speed reducer, and the measuring numerical value 2811 right above the measuring disc 281 is the numerical value of the opening degree H at this time, so that a worker can clearly and intuitively know the opening degree size at this time, and the operator can conveniently adjust the required opening degree size.

Preferably, a plurality of damping clamping grooves 2812 are further distributed on the circumferential outer wall of the metering disc 281, the damping clamping grooves 2812 are located between adjacent metering numerical values 2811, a damping seat 285 is fixed on the top guide rod 23, a roller accommodating cavity 286 is formed in the damping seat 285, strip-shaped oblique shaft grooves 288 are formed in the front side wall and the rear side wall of the roller accommodating cavity 286, a damping roller 287 is arranged in the roller accommodating cavity 286, two central shaft ends of the damping roller 287 are movably arranged in the corresponding strip-shaped oblique shaft grooves 288 respectively, and the circumferential outer wall of the damping roller 287 is in contact with the circumferential outer wall of the metering disc 281.

By the structural arrangement, in the opening degree adjusting process, the metering disc 281 has certain gear resistance, and the adjusting process can send out clicking sound to facilitate the adjustment of the opening degree of a worker.

Obviously, as another solution, the opening degree adjusting mechanism 27 includes a central lead screw 274 rotatably mounted on the adjusting rack and a lead screw driving motor, the front end of the central lead screw 274 is rotatably fitted in the cam end seat 253, the front section of the central lead screw 274 is in threaded fit with a pushing block 275, the front end of the pushing block 275 is provided with a pair of pushing inclined walls which are symmetrically arranged up and down, the end of the cam horizontal arm 252 is provided with a cam inclined wall attached to the pushing inclined wall, the cam inclined wall is in sliding fit on the pushing inclined wall, and the lead screw driving motor is in driving connection with the end of the central lead screw 274. The size adjustment of the flare opening degree can also be conveniently realized by directly driving the central screw 274 to rotate through the screw driving motor.

Preferably, the bottom of the supporting cross frame 11 further extends to form a bottom handle 14, the bottom handle 14 is sleeved with a bottom handle shell 700, the rear end of the supporting cross frame 11 further extends upwards to form a middle handle 12, the middle handle 12 is located in the driving frame 21, the middle handle 12 is sleeved with a middle handle shell 400, and the rear side of the driving frame 21 is further sleeved with a frame handle shell 300.

Preferably, the top guide rod 23 is further sleeved with a middle cover 500 of the opening degree adjusting mechanism 27, and the jaw mounting frame 151 is further sleeved with a jaw cover 600.

In actual use, one hand holds the bottom handle 14, the other hand abuts against the frame handle housing 300, fingers are buckled on the middle handle housing 400, and the middle handle housing 400 and the frame handle housing 300 are tightly held by force, so that the driving frame 21 can move relative to the supporting cross frame 11, the clamping jaw mechanisms 152 are opened, the two seam block seats 82 are driven to be opened, and meanwhile, the supporting plate 81 moves forwards to be close to the two seam block seats 82 until the supporting plate 81 is completely inserted into the two seam block seats 82.

Obviously, as another scheme, a traverse driving lead screw may be rotatably mounted on the supporting cross frame 11, the traverse driving lead screw is threaded through the driving frame 21, and an end of the traverse driving lead screw is drivingly connected to an output shaft end of a traverse driving motor fixed on the supporting cross frame 11. The transverse driving motor drives the transverse driving screw rod to rotate, and the transverse driving screw rod drives the driving frame 21 to move transversely left and right relative to the supporting cross frame 11.
