Background

Malocclusion refers to the abnormal arrangement of teeth, abnormal occlusion of upper and lower dental arches, and abnormal position of jaw bone in size and shape caused by congenital genetic factors or acquired environmental factors such as diseases, bad habits of oral cavity, and dysdontia. The anglerian class iii malocclusion is a clinically common malocclusion, which is characterized primarily by anterior retroocclusions (i.e., often called "ground-centered" occlusions) and a depression in the mid-face. In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained below by combining the specific drawings.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides an invisible appliance for modifying class iii malocclusion, which includes an upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 1 and a lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 2. Compared with the prior art, when the invisible correcting device for improving the III-class malocclusion is used, the invisible upper jaw dental brace 1 is worn on the upper jaw of a patient, the invisible lower jaw dental brace 2 is worn on the lower jaw of the patient, and then the lower guide inclined plane 4 can be matched with the upper guide inclined plane 3 in time to contact and limit the lower guide inclined plane 4 in the process of closing the mouth of the patient, so that the chewing muscles apply backward force to the lower jaw; meanwhile, teeth are corrected through the gradual deformation of the upper jaw invisible tooth socket 1 and the lower jaw invisible tooth socket 2, so that the aim of correcting an anshi III malocclusion is fulfilled; meanwhile, the traction hook 10 for the maxillary lateral incisors and the canine teeth to move backwards and downwards is connected with the front tractor, so that the development of the upper jaw to the front is further promoted; meanwhile, the upper jaw side incisors and the cuspids are connected with the high-position head cap through the traction hook 10 which is downward backwards, so that the compression of the upper jaw anterior teeth is further assisted, and the occlusion of the posterior teeth is assisted. Therefore, the invisible orthodontic appliance can better correct the III type malocclusion of Anshi, can better correct the III type malocclusion of Anshi from all aspects such as the growth and development of odontopathy, functionality and osseous nature, effectively takes functional factors into account when solving the III type malocclusion, and is convenient and practical.

In a specific embodiment, the included angle between the upper guiding inclined plane 3 and the occlusal surface of the upper jaw invisible braces 1 is 65-75 degrees, and the included angle between the lower guiding inclined plane 4 and the occlusal surface of the lower jaw invisible braces 2 is 65-75 degrees. Therefore, when the lower guide inclined plane 4 is in contact fit with the upper guide inclined plane 3, the upper guide inclined plane 3 can well contact and limit the lower guide inclined plane 4, and further inhibit the growth of the lower jaw; and promoting growth of upper jaw. In a preferred embodiment, the included angle between the upper guiding inclined plane 3 and the occlusal surface of the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 1 and the included angle between the lower guiding inclined plane 4 and the occlusal surface of the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 2 are both about 70 degrees.

As a specific embodiment, the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 1 and the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 2 are both made of existing plastics, so that the upper jaw invisible mouthpiece 1 and the lower jaw invisible mouthpiece 2 can be simply and quickly made; of course, those skilled in the art can also select other existing polymer materials to make based on the above plastics.

In this embodiment, the maxillary invisible facing 1 is provided with a backward and downward traction hook 10 corresponding to the maxillary lateral incisor and the interdental incisor end attachment, thereby being used for anterior traction or headgear high-position traction connection. The traction hook 10 for the maxillary lateral incisors and the canine teeth to go backwards is connected with the front tractor, so as to further promote the development of the upper jaw to go forwards; and the upper head cap is connected with the lower head cap, so that the upper jaw anterior teeth can be pressed down in an auxiliary mode, and the occlusion of the posterior teeth can be established conveniently.
