The cleanser formulation of claim 1, wherein the most preferred version of the formulation is: 42.3 percent of isoalkane, 1.1 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 24.6 percent of sodium hydrosulfite, 3.1 percent of sodium pyronitrite, 4.1 percent of superoxide dismutase, 2.5 percent of tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1.6 percent of sodium carbonate, 1.6 percent of triethanolamine, 0.2 percent of lemon essence and 18.8 percent of sodium dodecyl sulfate.

4. A process for preparing a creamer according to any of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:

starting the stirring device, and adding isoparaffin;

slowly adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, checking whether the caking exists, and if the caking exists, closing stirring equipment and crushing the caking;

adding sodium hydrosulfite, and stirring for 10 minutes;

adding sodium pyronitrite, stirring for 10 minutes, checking whether caking exists, and if the caking exists, closing stirring equipment and crushing the caking;

sequentially adding superoxide dismutase, tetrasodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate, sodium carbonate, triethanolamine and lemon essence, and respectively stirring for 10 min;

sodium lauryl sulfate was added, and the mixture was slurry mixed and shear mixed for 60 to 80 minutes to obtain a mixed sample.

5. A process according to claim 4, wherein the stirring device is a paddle mixer or a shear mixer.

6. A process according to claim 4, wherein all chemicals are kept at 20 ℃ ± 2 before use.

Technical Field

Background

Example 1

The cleanser formula comprises the following components in parts by weight:

30 to 60 percent of isoalkane, 1 to 1.5 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10 to 30 percent of sodium hydrosulfite, 1 to 5 percent of sodium pyronitrite, 1 to 5 percent of superoxide dismutase, 0.5 to 3 percent of tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, 1 to 5 percent of sodium carbonate, 1 to 3 percent of triethanolamine, 0.1 to 1 percent of lemon essence and 10 to 30 percent of sodium dodecyl sulfate.

Example 2

The formula of the Baijie milk comprises: 42.3 percent of isoalkane, 1.1 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 24.6 percent of sodium hydrosulfite, 3.1 percent of sodium pyronitrite, 4.1 percent of superoxide dismutase, 2.5 percent of tetrasodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 1.6 percent of sodium carbonate, 1.6 percent of triethanolamine, 0.2 percent of lemon essence and 18.8 percent of sodium dodecyl sulfate.

The cleanser prepared by the formula is used for respectively cleaning and testing stains on pure cotton towels, cotton white T-shirts, glass cups, iron cones, silk towels, real silk, faucets of bathtub hand basins, ovens, ceramic tiles, stainless steel and the like, and is shown in the following table:

The preparation process of the Baijie milk is used for preparing the Baijie milk and comprises the following steps:

The stirring equipment is a paddle stirrer and a shearing stirrer.

All chemicals were kept at 20 ℃. + -. 2 before use.
