Background

At present, bottling is a very common form of packaging method widely used in industry. The bottling process is simple to operate, the packaging effect is good, and the method is widely applied. With the continuous improvement of the requirements of packaging mechanization and modernization, a bottle cap screwing device with high productivity, simple structure and stable performance is particularly required on a modern bottle-filling production line for a thread type bottle mouth so as to meet the requirements of a packaging production line. the cap screwing device 3 comprises a cap screwing head rotating shaft 21, a cap screwing claw connecting shaft 22 and a cap screwing grabbing head 23; the front end of the rotary shaft 21 of the screw cap head is arranged at the front side of the first auxiliary hole 8, and the rear end of the rotary shaft passes through a bearing and the first head belt wheel 18 and extends to the outer side of the second bearing 17; the cap screwing claw connecting shaft 22 is arranged in the cap screwing head rotating shaft 21, the rear end of the cap screwing claw connecting shaft is connected with the second rotating shaft 15, and the front end of the cap screwing claw connecting shaft is longer than the front end of the cap screwing head rotating shaft 21; a third bearing 24 is arranged at the front end of the cover screwing claw connecting shaft 22, and a cover screwing head thimble 25 is arranged on the third bearing 24; the cover-screwing gripping head 23 is arranged at the front end of the cover-screwing head rotating shaft 21, and an inner cavity 26 matched with the cover-screwing head thimble 25 is arranged inside the cover-screwing gripping head; the side surface of the cover-screwing gripper head 23 is provided with a groove body 27 which is distributed circumferentially, and a cover-screwing claw 28 which is matched with the cover-screwing head thimble 25 and a cover-screwing claw elastic sheet 29 which is matched with the cover-screwing claw 28 are arranged in the groove body 27.

The base 4 is provided with a cap screwing cover plate 30, two ends of the cap screwing cover plate 30 are fixedly connected with two sides of the bottom plate, and the front end of the cap screwing cover plate is hermetically connected with the first fixing plate 5.

The rear end of the base 4 is provided with a screw-cap head sealing plate 31, and the screw-cap head sealing plate 31 is hermetically connected with the rear end of the screw-cap head cover plate 30.

The cover plate 30 of the screw-cap head and the seal plate 31 of the screw-cap head are both provided with heat dissipation holes 32.

The fixing seat assembly 7 is composed of two fixing head seats 33.

The number of the grooves 27 is three.
