Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of drill rods, in particular to a central cable-passing drill rod.

Background

The central cable-through drill rod is also called as a measurement-while-drilling drill rod and is mainly applied to a kilometer directional drilling machine for directional drilling of deep holes.

The directional drilling technology is one of the most advanced drilling methods in the world at present, and is a drilling method which utilizes the natural bending rule of a drill hole or adopts an artificial deflecting tool to enable the drill hole to extend to a preset target according to the design requirement, and can drill to a specified position according to a pre-designed drilling track.

The central cable drill rod is a signal transmission device used for directional drilling and is an important component for ensuring the smooth implementation of the directional drilling. Due to the fact that the drill rod is used in a severe environment, higher requirements are placed on the quality of signal transmission and the performance stability of the rod body.

Central through-cable drill pipes are generally required to be constructed in complete coal seams f > 1 or stable rock formations f < 6; the method is mainly used for the underground near-horizontal long-distance gas drainage drilling and water exploration and drainage drilling construction of the coal mine, and can also be used for directional drilling construction such as the drilling of ground and underground tunnel near-horizontal engineering and the like. The method is mainly applied to underground directional drilling of coal mines, underground rotary drilling of coal mines, other geological controlled directional drilling working conditions, gas drainage, development of gas layers, emergency rescue, detection and discharge of accumulated water in goafs, geological structures and the like.

Because the drill rod with the central through cable is generally longer in size, and meanwhile, the torque and the shaking generated in the drilling process of the drill rod are also considered, the installation reliability and the use guarantee of the through cable in the drill rod have higher requirements, otherwise, the stability of signal transmission cannot be guaranteed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a central through cable drill rod which is characterized by simple structure, convenient installation and use, and capability of quickly locking an internal through cable so as to improve the installation and use efficiency and the production and processing efficiency of equipment.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the central cable-passing drill rod comprises a drill rod; one end of the drill rod is provided with an external thread joint, and the other end of the drill rod is provided with an internal thread joint; two ends in the drill rod are symmetrically provided with ring tables; a through cable is arranged in the drill rod and is supported by the ring platform; a clamping ring is arranged on the outer end of the ring platform through a cable; the clamping ring is connected with the cable through threads through mounting threads in the clamping ring; one end of the through cable is provided with a groove, and the other end of the through cable is provided with a boss; a contact is arranged in the groove; and a spring joint is arranged in the boss.

As optimization, a mounting and fastening device is further arranged; a plurality of through holes with equal intervals are arranged on the annular table in a surrounding manner; the mounting and fastening device comprises a turntable; one end of the rotary disc is provided with a rotating shaft; a rotating handle is arranged on the rotating shaft; the other end of the rotary table is provided with a clamping strip matched with the through hole; the length of the clamping strip is greater than the distance from the inner end of the through hole to the outer end of the drill rod.

As optimization, a plurality of reinforcing rings are arranged on the clamping strips; the outer diameter of the reinforcing ring is smaller than the inner diameter of the drill rod, and the inner diameter of the reinforcing ring is larger than the outer diameter of the through cable.

The working principle is as follows:

the ring platforms 5 can be fixed inside the drill rod 1 by threads or welding, and if the drill rod 1 is longer, the number of the corresponding ring platforms 5 can be increased continuously in the drill rod 1 so as to ensure the supporting and righting effects.

Preferably, the ring platforms 5 at two ends of the drill rod 1 are symmetrically arranged, namely, the distance from the ring platform 5 at the left end to the outer edge of the left end of the drill rod 1 is equal to the distance from the ring platform 5 at the right end to the outer edge of the right end of the drill rod 1.

The through cable 4 is inserted into the annular table 5, and the outer diameter of the through cable 4 is consistent with the inner diameter opening of the annular table 5 in size.

The installation and fixation are inconvenient because the clearance between the through cable 4 and the drill rod 1 is small during the actual operation. Thus, by designing the mounting fastening means, a threaded mounting of the snap ring 7 is ensured.

The clamping strips 14 are inserted into the corresponding through holes 8, and then the rotary handle 17 is rotated integrally to realize the rotation of the clamping ring 7 so as to achieve the effect of threaded installation and fastening.
