Detailed Description

The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

Example 1:

as shown in fig. 1 to 5, an opening/closing device of a dual power leakage protector according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the protector comprises two communication devices 1, elastic sheet pressing blocks 2, synchronous pressing blocks 8, elastic sheets 11 and a protector bottom plate 3, wherein the synchronous pressing blocks 8 are located between the two elastic sheet pressing blocks 2 which are arranged in parallel, and the two elastic sheet pressing blocks 2 and the synchronous pressing blocks 8 rotate coaxially;

the protector bottom plate 3 is also provided with a wiring terminal 12, and the elastic piece pressing block 2 is used for controlling the closing of the elastic piece 11 and the wiring terminal 12; the elastic piece pressing block 2 is provided with a shaft sleeve rotation driving block 4, a vertical fork groove 7 and a side pressing rod 17; the communicating device 1 is provided with a communicating iron core 16 which transversely extends, the communicating iron core 16 is in clamping fit with the vertical fork groove 7, the communicating device 1 can drive the communicating iron core 16 to linearly move, specifically, the communicating device 1 further comprises a communicating coil 31 and a communicating spring 32, the communicating coil 31 is fixed in the communicating device 1, the communicating spring 32 and the communicating iron core 16 are horizontally arranged in an inner cavity of the communicating coil 31, namely, the communicating coil 31 is electrified to generate a magnetic field, so that the communicating iron core 16 is adsorbed and the communicating spring 32 is compressed, further, the communicating iron core 16 is in clamping fit with the vertical fork groove 7 to drive the elastic sheet pressing block 2 to rotate around a rotating pin shaft 9, wherein the elastic sheet pressing block 2 is movably hinged with a pin shaft support 10 arranged on the protector bottom plate 3 through the rotating pin shaft 9, the bottom of the communicating device 1 is provided with a wedge-shaped fastening pin 20, and the communicating device 1, the installation is convenient, firm and reliable;

When at least one communication device 1 is electrified, the communication iron core 16 drives the elastic sheet pressing block 2 to rotate through the vertical fork groove 7, so that the side pressure rod 17 positioned at the bottom of the elastic sheet pressing block 2 presses the elastic sheet 11 downwards, the elastic sheet pressing block 2 rotates to drive the synchronous pressing block 8 to synchronously rotate, and the synchronous pressing rod 14 simultaneously presses the elastic sheet 11 downwards, so that the load is communicated with the power supply.

The elastic sheet 11 comprises a first elastic sheet 21, a second elastic sheet 22, a third elastic sheet 23 and a PE wire elastic sheet 24, the first elastic sheet 21, the second elastic sheet 22, the third elastic sheet 23 and the PE wire elastic sheet 24 are arranged on the protector base plate 3, the connecting terminal 12 comprises a second pin 25, a first pin 26, a ground pin 27 and an auxiliary connecting pin 28, the auxiliary connecting pin 28 is electrically connected with the first pin 26, the first pin 26 is connected with a live wire, and the second pin 25 is connected with a neutral wire;

the top of the second pin 25, the top of the first pin 26, the top of the ground pin 27 and the top of the auxiliary connecting pin 28 are provided with an electric connection contact 29, the end parts of the first elastic sheet 21, the second elastic sheet 22, the third elastic sheet 23 and the PE wire elastic sheet 24 are provided with elastic sheet contacts 30 corresponding to the electric connection contact 29, one side of the pressure lever 17 can be used for pressing the first elastic sheet 21 to be communicated with the first pin 26, the other side of the pressure lever 17 can be used for pressing the third elastic sheet 23 to be communicated with the auxiliary connecting pin 28, the synchronous pressure lever 14 can be used for pressing the second elastic sheet 22 to be communicated with the second pin 25, and the synchronous pressure lever 14 can be used for pressing the PE wire elastic sheet 24 to be communicated; further, in the specific implementation process, when only one of the communication devices 1 is powered on, only the elastic piece pressing block 2 corresponding to the communication device 1 keeps the pressing-down state, i.e. the first elastic piece 21 is communicated with the first pin 26, or the third elastic piece 23 is communicated with the auxiliary connection pin 28, since the auxiliary connection pin 28 is electrically connected with the first pin 26, and as long as one elastic piece pressing block 2 keeps the pressing-down state, the synchronous pressing block 8 is also driven to keep the pressing-down state, i.e. the second elastic piece 22 is communicated with the second pin 25, and the PE wire elastic piece 24 is communicated with the ground pin 27, so that the power-on of any communication device 1 can ensure that the leakage protector is in the power-on state and plays a role of protection, when two communication devices 1 are powered on simultaneously, the leakage protection can be simultaneously performed on two loads in the circuit, i.e. the further application of the switching device of the dual-power protector of the present embodiment to the present, for example, when the double-power earth leakage protector corresponding to the switching device of this embodiment is applied to a water heater, two electric heating tubes can be simultaneously and respectively controlled to store water and heat and discharge water to the water heater, specifically, an internal water storage tank and an external water outlet tank are arranged in the water heater, and an electric heating tube is respectively arranged to heat, the internal water storage tank is heated to about 40 ℃ through the electric heating tube to keep warm, when hot water is needed, the external water outlet tank can also be rapidly heated to about 75 ℃, by adopting the above scheme, the heat preservation effect is better, the heat dissipation is slower, compared with the heat preservation at a higher temperature, the energy-saving effect is better, and meanwhile, the two electric heating tubes can both carry out earth leakage protection through the earth leakage protector of this embodiment.

A bump 35 is arranged on the synchronous pressure lever 14 corresponding to the PE wire spring piece 24, and when the synchronous pressure lever 14 is pressed down, the bump 35 makes the PE wire spring piece 24 connected with the corresponding pin before the first spring piece 21, the second spring piece 22 and the third spring piece 23; when the side pressure lever 17 is lifted, the bump 35 disconnects the PE wire spring piece 24 from the corresponding pin after the first spring piece 21, the second spring piece 22, and the third spring piece 23.

As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the shaft sleeve rotation driving block 4 and the shaft sleeve rotation abutting block 13 in this embodiment are both open shaft sleeves, and when the shaft sleeve rotation driving block 4 is engaged with the shaft sleeve rotation abutting block 13, a reserved rotation space is still present between the shaft sleeve rotation driving block 4 and the shaft sleeve rotation abutting block 13, that is, when the power supply of the communication device 1 is switched on, the communication iron core 16 drives the elastic piece pressing block 2 to rotate through the vertical fork groove 7, and meanwhile, the synchronous pressing block 8 rotates simultaneously through the engagement abutting of the upper part of the shaft sleeve rotation driving block 4 and the upper part of the shaft sleeve rotation abutting block 13, so as to realize the pressing of the elastic piece 11; when the elastic pressing block 2 is not pressed downwards and returns to reset, in the process, a reserved rotating space is reserved between the shaft sleeve rotating driving block 4 and the shaft sleeve rotating abutting block 13, namely, a certain gap is reserved between the lower part of the shaft sleeve rotating driving block 4 and the lower part of the shaft sleeve rotating abutting block 13, so that the synchronous pressing block 8 can lag behind the rotation of the elastic pressing block 2.

Example 2:

compared with embodiment 1, the elastic sheet 11 includes a first elastic sheet 21, a second elastic sheet 22 and a third elastic sheet 23; the first elastic sheet 21, the second elastic sheet 22 and the third elastic sheet 23 are arranged on the protector base plate 3, the connecting terminal comprises a second pin 25, a first pin 26, a ground pin 27 and an auxiliary connecting pin 28, the auxiliary connecting pin 28 is electrically connected with the first pin 26, the first pin 26 is connected with a live wire, and the second pin 25 is connected with a neutral wire;

the tops of the second pin 25, the first pin 26 and the auxiliary connecting pin 28 are provided with an electric connection contact 29, the end parts of the first elastic sheet 21, the second elastic sheet 22 and the third elastic sheet 23 are provided with elastic sheet contacts 30 corresponding to the electric connection contact 29, the press rod 17 at one side can be used for pressing the first elastic sheet 21 to be communicated with the first pin 26, the press rod 17 at the other side can be used for pressing the third elastic sheet 23 to be communicated with the auxiliary connecting pin 28, the synchronous press rod 14 can be used for pressing the second elastic sheet 22 to be communicated with the second pin 25, and the PE wire and the ground wire pin 27 cannot be disconnected and are kept connected.

Example 3:

in this embodiment, the elastic sheet pressing block 2 comprises a pressing block upper portion 5 and a pressing block lower portion 6, the vertical fork groove 7 is arranged on the pressing block upper portion 5, the side pressure rod 17 is arranged on the pressing block lower portion 6, the pressing block upper portion 5 is hinged to the pressing block lower portion 6 through the rotating pin shaft 9, a pressing block spring 18 in a compression state is arranged between the pressing block upper portion 5 and the pressing block lower portion 6, when the side pressure rod 17 and the elastic sheet 11 are in a butt joint state, the elastic force of the pressing block spring 18 can enable the side pressure rod 17 to keep stable acting force on the elastic sheet 11, and according to the clamping connection mode of the pressing block upper portion 5 or the pressing block lower portion 6, the shaft sleeve rotation driving block 4.

As shown in fig. 5 and 7, a hinge seat is arranged at the hinge position of the upper part 5 of the pressing block and the lower part 6 of the pressing block, the rotating pin shaft 9 is arranged in the hinge seat in a penetrating manner, a limit stop 19 is further arranged on the hinge seat, and the limit stop 19 is used for controlling an opening angle between the upper part 5 of the pressing block and the lower part 6 of the pressing block when the pressing block rotates by taking the rotating pin shaft 9 as an axis; even if the rotating angles of the upper pressing block part 5 and the lower pressing block part 6 around the rotating pin shaft 9 are limited within a certain range, the elastic piece pressing block 2 can not be automatically disassembled after being assembled due to the elastic force of the pressing block spring 18 after being assembled, and the upper pressing block part 5 and the lower pressing block part 6 can be limited.

The positions of the pressing block spring 18 corresponding to the pressing block upper portion 5 and the pressing block lower portion 6 are provided with spring grooves, spring columns are arranged in the spring grooves, the spring grooves and the spring columns are used for installing the pressing block spring 18, the pressing block spring 18 can not fall off, the installation is simpler and more convenient, spring columns are further arranged in the spring grooves, and the spring grooves and the spring columns are used for installing the pressing block spring 18 to guarantee the installation fixing effect.

Example 4:
