Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of receiving antennas for digital television transmission signals, and more particularly to a receiving antenna for domestic use. The main advantage of the invention compared to antennas known from the prior art is that the reflector is assembled from parts. This design makes the antenna more convenient to transport, produce and assemble than antennas known in the prior art.

Background

As mentioned above, the present invention relates to the field of parabolic antennas for domestic use for receiving satellite signals, of the type well known in the art and which has changed considerably in the present year. In brazil, the first known domestic parabolic antenna for receiving satellite signals is a bulky device with a radius of more than one meter, and a reflector is fixed to the screen with wire, which functions to receive the first known analog signal power in brazil.

Basically, parabolic antennas maintain the same structure as older models, but with reduced size and material. In general, a parabolic dish for domestic use or for receiving or transmitting satellite signal frequency power is assembled by a steel plate on a steel mast made of steel tubing or other known and suitable material, wherein the steel plate is fixedly movable relative to the steel tubing to provide the necessary adjustment movement, e.g. azimuth movement, for receiving the signal.

The reflector, which is typically a parabolic or paraboloidal shaped steel plate or other suitable material, is mounted on the steel plate to centrally locate the radiating element or receiver for interoperation with via the data bus and an adjustment or sound damping plate. At the end portion there is mounted a terminal which receives a connection from a cable, for example a coaxial cable or another known format for connection between cables.

The reflector has a concentration that templates the received signal at a particular point, also referred to as a focal point. As previously mentioned, the reflectors of older antennas typically require a particularly large radius because the power of the satellite signal when it reaches close to the antenna is very low, and a large radius reflector is required to meet the requirements. Nowadays, with the advent of more modern equipment and higher signal strength, the radius of the antenna reflector is naturally reduced, especially for domestic antennas for receiving television signals or for joint operation, receiving digital television signals together with frequency bands, such as is the case when operators use the same service at the same time.

However, although antenna reflectors are becoming smaller in size with technological advances, their size is far from portable or transportable, particularly in the case of brazil's antennas, which presents greater marketing difficulties as some local carriers specify shipping packages that are no larger than 1 square meter in size.

Disclosure of Invention

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a device for introduction into an antenna for receiving signals for domestic use, the reflector of which is formed of a plurality of parts, which greatly reduces its size for easy transport.

Another object of the invention is to provide a device for introduction in an antenna for receiving signals for domestic use, which is relatively easy to assemble, by means of a reflector assembled with a number of simple and clear hooks on the parts.

Finally, it is an object of the present invention to provide a device for introduction into an antenna for receiving signals for domestic use, which device is easy to manufacture, maintain and is cost competitive.

These and other advantages and advantages are achieved by introducing in the domestic receiving antenna a device consisting of a support frame fixed in a point by non-permanent joints, such as screws or bolts and nuts, for receiving an analog or digital signal through the antenna. The support accommodates two lateral and spaced plates which laterally carry the pipes or tubes which in the present invention may even be Y-shaped, connected in the portion of their ends by non-permanent joints, such as threads. Wherein the tube or pipe protrudes above the corresponding support, and at its other end there is a second support, and on its side panels there are elongated holes for adjusting the position and with a metal structure in which the parts of the reflector of the corresponding antenna are housed.

Thus, in the structure just described, the reflector is composed of a plurality of parts so that it can be fixed by means of projections in its end portion, which projections have the function of fixing parts, these projections being made of non-permanent engaging elements, such as screws and nuts, so that they converge in a parabolic or parabolic shape, greatly reducing the size of the reflector for easy transportation.

Detailed Description

As shown in the above figures, the part of the device incorporating the antenna for the reception of signals for domestic use, object of the present invention, comprises a base (01) made of steel plate or other material suitable for supporting the weight of other parts and of the tissue, from which at least two plates (02a-02b) are mounted, at dihedral angles to the base (01). The plates (02a-02b) are spaced apart and have a rectangular void (03) or other known and suitable geometric aperture for receiving a tube (04) which is mounted on the base and which is angularly selectively adjusted by the rectangular aperture in the plates (02).

In the above figures, the tube (04) is in two parts, which according to a preferred design can be fastened by means of a screw thread in the region of the ends or can be connected together by means of a screw thread opposite each other to form a telescopic element, whereby the length of the tube can be adjusted to better suit the signal that the user wishes to receive.

On the opposite part of the tube (04) there is mounted a support (05) of a geometry similar to that of the base (01), which supports the tube and is fitted with a plate (06) which enables the connection of a sliding rail (07) or other known and suitable fastening element. In the construction shown now, the sliding track (07) carries internally a track through which the lateral wings of the reflector slide, as will be better described below.

The kit described above forms a support element for the various parts of the reflector (08) which is composed of at least three parts (09) composed of three-dimensional parts made of steel plate, polymer or other known suitable materials, which, once the three-dimensional geometric parts are joined, form a circumferential angle of 360 °.

The three-dimensional parts are connected by flaps (10) projecting outwards on their inner periphery from the inside outwards, which flaps are connected together by non-permanent connecting means, such as screws, nuts, rivets. As mentioned above, the flap (10) is adjusted by means of a sliding rail, providing an optimal position for obtaining an optimal signal.

Once the reflector (08) is assembled, several slits are formed in its front periphery, but do not interfere with the reception of signals by the radiating elements provided on the reflector.

The object of the invention described above is only one structure for the organization introduced into the home reception antenna, it being clear that any changes can be made in form and organization as long as they do not belong to the scope of at least one of the claims attached to the present descriptive report.
