Background

The conductive adhesive is an adhesive which has certain adhesive property and conductive property after being cured. It can connect multiple conductive materials together to form an electrical path between the connected materials. The research of the domestic conductive adhesive is late, the high-performance conductive adhesive mainly depends on import, and the most widely applied conductive adhesive is silver conductive adhesive.

The volume resistivity is an important index for measuring the performance of the conductive adhesive. In the formula ρ ═ R × S/L, ρ is a physical quantity depending on the conductor material and temperature, that is, the resistivity of the material, R is the measured resistance of the conductive paste, S is the cross-sectional area of the conductive paste, and L is the length of the conductive paste.

When an airplane flies, the surface of the airplane body is electrified due to friction with dust and the like. The generated charges need to be released in time, and the static electricity releasers arranged on the wings and other parts can stably release the static charges on the airplane body in a noise reduction mode, so that the corona threshold voltage on the surface of the airplane body is effectively reduced. The electrostatic discharge must be mounted using conductive paste. In aircraft manufacturing, the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesive must be measured before use. In the prior art, the international standard for volume resistivity detection of conductive adhesives that can be queried is ASTM D2739 "standard test method for volume electronic rate of conductive adhesives", but it requires a special test apparatus and a jig head. Therefore, a portable device and method for testing the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesive at the production site are highly needed.

The beneficial effect of this application lies in: the device for testing the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesive is simple in structure and convenient to use, a standard groove is formed in the insulating block body, the conductive adhesive is filled in the standard groove, the resistance of the conductive adhesive is tested by using an ohmmeter, the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesive can be calculated according to the tested resistance and the volume of the conductive adhesive in the groove, and the volume resistivity value of the conductive adhesive can be quickly obtained on a production site in time and conveniently.

Detailed Description

Referring to the accompanying drawings, the device for testing the conductive adhesive volume resistivity of the application comprises an insulating block body 1 and electrode leads, wherein the insulating block body 1 is of a flat plate structure, a plurality of parallel grooves 2 which are equal in cross section and volume and can be filled with conductive adhesive are arranged on the upper surface of the insulating block body 1, the two ends of each conductive adhesive groove are respectively embedded with one electrode lead, and the electrode leads at the two ends of each conductive adhesive groove can be respectively and electrically connected with an ohmmeter 4.

In the implementation, the insulating block body 1 adopts insulating plates which are easily obtained such as phenolic compounds, a rectangular groove with the size of 0.4cm x 15cm is prepared on the upper surface of the insulating plate, and the end of the electrode lead is required to extend into the conductive adhesive groove by 3mm-5 mm. The conductive adhesive groove has a standard volume, and the volume of the conductive adhesive groove can be of other sizes.

When the conductive adhesive volume resistivity is tested, filling the conductive adhesive in the conductive adhesive groove of the testing device; paying attention to the fact that the surface of the conductive adhesive is smooth, and embedding an electrode wire in the conductive adhesive at two ends of the conductive adhesive groove respectively; after the conductive adhesive is solidified, connecting electrode leads connected with two ends of the conductive adhesive to an ohm meter 4; after the ohm meter 4 is reset to zero, measuring the resistance value of the conductive adhesive in the conductive adhesive groove through the ohm meter; and finally, calculating the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesive according to the volume and the resistance value of the conductive adhesive in the conductive adhesive groove.

In order to achieve accurate testing, the same conductive adhesive is filled in a plurality of conductive adhesive grooves of a testing device, the resistance value of the conductive adhesive in each conductive adhesive groove is tested, the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesives is calculated according to the volume of the conductive adhesive in each conductive adhesive groove and the corresponding resistance value, and the volume resistivity of the conductive adhesive is obtained by averaging the volume resistivities of the conductive adhesives.
