As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an art paper preparation apparatus, which is characterized in that the apparatus comprises a sealable pulp stirring unit, a sealable pulp pressing unit, a vacuum pump 1 and an exhaust gas treatment unit; the paper pulp stirring unit comprises a pulp inlet for the inflow of primary pulp and a pulp outlet for the outflow of the stirred paper pulp, and is communicated with the paper pulp pressing unit through the pulp outlet;

the pulp stirring unit and the pulp pressing unit are both communicated with the waste gas treatment unit through a vacuum pump (1).
