Technical Field

The invention relates to an air tightness detection device, in particular to a portable air tightness detection device for processing a through hole.

Background

The dividing wall between a balance shaft hole (low pressure) of a certain high-pressure casting cylinder body and a main oil duct inclined oil supply hole (high pressure) is thick, and a blank casting is easy to shrink in holes, so that the high-pressure sealing detection is unqualified finally (the high-pressure sealing requirement is 6 cc/min). In practice, the rejection rate, which is caused only by defects in this region, is as high as 20%, with leakage values of over 80% all being less than 50 cc/min. According to the requirement of customers, products with the leakage value of less than 50cc/min can be repaired to be qualified through the infiltration process and then used, but the machining process belongs to a finishing process, and the infiltration process is not planned on a finishing line. In addition, the existing air-tight seal detection process is arranged after the cylinder liner honing process, but infiltration repair is not allowed after the cylinder liner is honed to avoid influencing the size of the processing surface of the cylinder hole, so that in actual production, when the air-tight seal detection process judges that a part is a leakage part, infiltration repair cannot be carried out on the part.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide a portable air-tightness detection device, which can detect the air-tightness of a risk part in time without modifying a processing line, and thus enable subsequent infiltration repair.

The invention provides a portable air tightness detection device which comprises a hollow guide pillar, wherein a sealing assembly and a sleeve are sleeved on the outer side of the hollow guide pillar, a limiting block is arranged at one end, close to the sealing assembly, of the guide pillar, a pressing device is arranged at one end, close to the sleeve, of the guide pillar, when the portable air tightness detection device works, the guide pillar is inserted into a to-be-detected machining hole, the pressing device drives the sleeve to press the sealing assembly, and sealing of a to-be-detected area is achieved.

Preferably, the sealing assembly comprises a first sealing ring, a sealing portion and a second sealing ring, the sealing portion is provided with an opening, and the position of the guide pillar where the sealing portion is installed is correspondingly provided with an opening.

Preferably, the sleeve comprises a first sleeve and a second sleeve, the first sleeve and the second sleeve are respectively arranged on two sides of a limiting portion, and the limiting portion is sleeved on the guide pillar and used for protecting the end face of the to-be-machined hole.

Preferably, the pressing device comprises two eccentric wheels, and the two eccentric wheels are rotatably installed at one end of the guide post close to the second sleeve and are abutted with the second sleeve; a handle is also connected between the two eccentric wheels.
