Background

The oil-gas boiler can be divided into a shell boiler and a water-tube boiler from the structure. However, when the steam conveying distance is long, saturated steam is easy to condense in the pipeline, the temperature and pressure of the steam are reduced seriously, on one hand, the use of users is influenced, on the other hand, the service life of the pipeline is also influenced by the condensed water in the pipeline, and most of the existing shell-and-pan boilers are saturated steam boilers.

Therefore, it is highly desirable to design a superheated steam boiler that prevents condensation during steam delivery by generating superheated steam.

Disclosure of Invention

The applicant aims at the defects in the prior art and provides a condensing steam boiler with an external superheater, which can use boiler flue gas to reheat steam sent out from a steam boiler, so as to prevent the occurrence of condensation in the steam conveying process.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

the external superheater is arranged at the upper part of the main boiler, and the steam in the steam outlet pipe of the main boiler is reheated in the superheater box body through the smoke coming from the two return pipe bundles, so that superheated steam is obtained, and the condensation in the steam conveying process is prevented; according to the invention, the flue gas adjusting plate is arranged in the superheater, when the flue gas adjusting plate moves horizontally, part of smoke coming from the two-return tube bundle in the boiler main machine directly enters the energy saver along the flue gas adjusting opening between the flue gas adjusting plate and the flue gas partition plate, and does not participate in the heat exchange process of steam in the spiral fin tube in the superheater, namely the actual smoke quantity entering the superheater for heat exchange with the steam is controlled through the horizontal movement of the flue gas adjusting plate, and the temperature of superheated steam at the outlet of the superheater is further adjusted; the adjustment of the smoke volume is realized through different moving distances of the smoke adjusting plate, so that the adjustment of different superheated steam temperatures at the outlet of the superheater is realized; in the invention, the superheater, the economizer and the condenser are all arranged on one side of the top of the boiler, so that the superheater, the economizer and the condenser can be conveniently maintained and replaced, the floor area of the boiler is saved, and the space utilization rate of a boiler room is improved; compared with a built-in heater, the external superheater is not limited by the space of the front smoke box, and more heating surfaces can be arranged in the height direction so as to provide higher superheating temperature for users.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 2, a horizontal spiral finned tube 203 is transversely arranged in an inner cavity of a box body 201, a middle tube body of the horizontal spiral finned tube 203 is fixed on a flue gas baffle 202, tube bodies at two ends of the horizontal spiral finned tube 203 are fixed on the side wall of the box body 201, a steam inlet end of the horizontal spiral finned tube 203 is connected with one end of an inlet header 204, a steam outlet is arranged on a boiler main body 100, and the steam outlet of the boiler main body 100 is connected with the other end of the inlet header 204 through a pipeline. The steam outlet end of the horizontal spiral finned tube 203 is connected with one end of an outlet header 205, the other end of the inlet header 204 is connected with one end of a superheated steam outlet pipe 209, the other end of the superheated steam outlet pipe 209 is connected with a steam conveying pipeline, and superheated steam is conveyed to a user through the steam conveying pipeline.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a superheater instrument header is arranged on the steam outlet pipe 209, and parameters of steam in the steam outlet pipe 209 are monitored in real time through the superheater instrument header.

In order to realize the adjustment of the amount of flue gas passing through the superheater 200, in the embodiment shown in fig. 3, a plurality of flue gas adjusting openings 210 with a rectangular structure are arranged side by side at the lower part of the flue gas partition plate 202, a flue gas adjusting plate 211 is correspondingly arranged at the position of each flue gas adjusting opening 210, the shape of each flue gas adjusting plate 211 is matched with the shape of each flue gas adjusting opening 210, and the middle parts of the plurality of flue gas adjusting plates 211 arranged in the plurality of flue gas adjusting openings 210 are jointly fixed on a push-pull shaft 212. One end of the push-pull shaft 212 is rotatably connected to the sliding sleeve 213, the sliding sleeve 213 is fixed on the flue gas partition plate 202, the other end of the push-pull shaft 212 extends into the adjusting cylinder 215, the adjusting cylinder 215 is fixed in the side wall of the box body 201, an opening is formed in one end, back to the push-pull shaft 212, of the adjusting cylinder 215, and the sealing plate 216 is detachably connected to the opening. To facilitate adjustment of the push-pull shaft 212, an adjustment handle 214 is welded to the end of the adjustment cylinder 212, and the adjustment handle 214 is perpendicular to the push-pull shaft 212.

When the flue gas amount is adjusted, the sealing plate is opened, then the push-pull shaft 212 is horizontally pushed through the adjusting handle 214, and the push-pull shaft 212 drives the plurality of flue gas adjusting openings 210 to deviate from the positions of the flue gas adjusting openings 210, so that the flue gas at the position of the flue gas inlet 207 of the box body can directly reach the position of the flue gas outlet 208 of the box body through the plurality of flue gas adjusting openings 210 without participating in the heat exchange process of steam in the horizontal spiral finned tube 203 in the superheater 200.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a corrugated furnace pipe 102 is arranged in the inner cavity of a boiler main body 100, a burner 103 is arranged outside the boiler main body 100, one end of the burner 103 extends out of the boiler main body 100 and is connected with one end of the corrugated furnace pipe 102, the other end of the corrugated furnace pipe 102 is connected with a back-fire chamber 104, a front pipe plate 105 and a back pipe plate 106 are respectively arranged at the front end and the back end of the inner cavity of the boiler main body 100, the front pipe plate 105 and a front smoke box of the boiler main body 100 form a front smoke chamber 107, and two back-fire pipe bundles 108 are arranged right above the corrugated furnace pipe 102. The inlet ends of the two return tube bundles 108 are connected with the combustion chamber 104, the outlet ends of the two return tube bundles 108 are connected with the front smoke chamber 107, and the front smoke chamber 107 is communicated with the smoke outlet 101.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the boiler main body 100 is provided with a boiler water inlet, the boiler water inlet is communicated with a water outlet of the economizer 300, the economizer 300 heats boiler water by using waste heat of superheated flue gas, and conveys the heated water to the boiler main body 100 for use, so that the waste heat of the flue gas is fully utilized, and the thermal efficiency is improved.
