1. A vaporizer, characterized by:

the vaporizer comprises an air filtering purifier (1), a first cylinder (3), a transition conical cylinder (5) and a second cylinder (7) from bottom to top in sequence;

the bottom of the air filtering purifier (1) is a hot air inlet, the side wall of the first cylinder (3) is provided with a naphthalene inlet (2) and an o-xylene inlet (9), and the side wall of the second cylinder (7) is provided with a material gas outlet (8).

2. The vaporizer of claim 1, wherein:

the air filtering purifier (1) is large at the top and small at the bottom and is made of carbon steel material, a guide cone cylinder is arranged in the air filtering purifier, and a plurality of holes are formed in the guide cone cylinder.

the naphthalene inlet (2) is positioned below the ortho-xylene inlet (9) and is of a stainless steel elbow structure.

the transition cone cylinder (4) is large at the top and small at the bottom, is made of carbon steel material, is provided with a plurality of groups of sight glasses, and is circumferentially distributed along the transition cone cylinder (4).

5. The vaporizer of claim 4, wherein:

the outer wall of the upper part of the transition conical cylinder (4) and the outer wall of the lower part of the second cylinder (7) are provided with half pipes (5) which are internally communicated with steam and made of carbon steel materials, and the half pipes (5) are distributed along the circumferential direction and the bus direction and are provided with steam outlets and inlets.

6. The vaporizer of claim 5, wherein:

the ortho-xylene inlet (9) is made of carbon steel material and is internally provided with a plurality of groups of sprayers and nozzles.

7. The vaporizer of claim 6, wherein:

a fire-retardant conical barrel (6) with a small upper part and a big lower part is arranged in the second barrel body (7).

8. The vaporizer of claim 7, wherein:

the top of the second cylinder (7) is provided with a flange for connection.

9. The vaporizer of claim 8, wherein:

the second cylinder (7) is provided with a blasting hole.

the first cylinder (3) is internally provided with spraying components which are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of chemical equipment, in particular to a vaporizer.

Background

The vaporizer is mainly used for uniformly mixing and vaporizing air + naphthalene, air + o-xylene or air + naphthalene + o-xylene, so that the air + naphthalene, the air + o-xylene or the air + naphthalene + o-xylene are fully mixed and vaporized after entering the device respectively, and flow out from a material gas outlet to continuously participate in the next process of the system. The defects that the product quality is unstable and the like caused by low gas mixing degree and uneven mixing in the prior production process without a vaporizer are avoided. However, the existing vaporizer has the defect of unreasonable design and cannot meet the production requirement in the mixing degree.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a vaporizer which can simultaneously meet the requirement that air + naphthalene, air + o-xylene or air + naphthalene + o-xylene mixed gas is uniformly mixed before entering a reactor.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the vaporizer comprises an air filtering purifier, a first cylinder, a transition conical cylinder and a second cylinder from bottom to top in sequence;

the bottom of the air filtration purifier is a hot air inlet, the side wall of the first cylinder is provided with a naphthalene inlet and an o-xylene inlet, and the side wall of the second cylinder is provided with a material gas outlet.

The air filtering purifier is made of carbon steel and has large top and small bottom, a guide cone cylinder is arranged in the air filtering purifier, and a plurality of holes are formed in the guide cone cylinder.

The naphthalene inlet is positioned below the ortho-xylene inlet and is of a stainless steel elbow structure.

The transition cone cylinder is large at the top and small at the bottom, is made of carbon steel material, is provided with a plurality of groups of sight glasses, and is circumferentially distributed along the transition cone cylinder.

The outer wall of the upper part of the transition conical cylinder and the outer wall of the lower part of the second cylinder are provided with half pipes which are internally communicated with steam and made of carbon steel materials, and the half pipes are distributed along the circumferential direction and the bus direction and are provided with steam outlets and inlets.

The inlet of the ortho-xylene is made of carbon steel material, and a plurality of groups of sprayers and nozzles are arranged in the ortho-xylene inlet.

A fire-retardant conical barrel with a small upper part and a big lower part is arranged in the second barrel.

And a flange for connection is arranged at the top of the second cylinder.

The second cylinder is provided with a blasting opening.

The first cylinder is internally provided with a spraying assembly which is uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction.

The invention has the following advantages:

based on the vaporizer of the invention, the optimal and lowest-cost mode for producing phthalic anhydride can be selected according to the market environment. Three ways of producing phthalic anhydride, namely preparing phthalic anhydride by a naphthalene method, preparing phthalic anhydride by an o-xylene method and preparing phthalic anhydride by mixing the two ways, and preparing the phthalic anhydride by the naphthalene method, preparing the phthalic anhydride by the o-xylene method or preparing the phthalic anhydride by mixing the two ways in the market environment are adopted, so that the production cost can be effectively reduced, and the market competitiveness of the product is improved.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments.

The invention relates to a type of vaporizer, the whole apparatus is a carbon steel container, is used for the production of phthalic anhydride, can meet air + naphthalene, air + ortho-xylene or air + naphthalene + ortho-xylene mixed gas and have already reached and mixed the homogeneous already before entering the reactor at the same time, the said vaporizer includes air filtration cleaner 1, first cylinder 3, transition cone 5 and second cylinder 7 sequentially from bottom to top; the bottom of the air filtration purifier 1 is a hot air inlet, the side wall of the first cylinder 3 is provided with a naphthalene inlet 2 and an o-xylene inlet 9, and the side wall of the second cylinder 7 is provided with a material gas outlet 8.

The air filtering purifier 1 is big at the top and small at the bottom and is made of carbon steel material, a flow guide cone cylinder is arranged in the air filtering purifier, and a plurality of holes are formed in the flow guide cone cylinder. The air filter cleaner 1 is capable of filtering and cleaning oil and other impurities carried in the air sent to the carburetor by the fan.

The naphthalene inlet 2 is positioned below the ortho-xylene inlet 9 and is of a stainless steel elbow structure.

The transition cone 4 is big end down, is carbon steel material, as the linking between first barrel 3 and the second barrel 7, takes a plurality of groups sight glass, along 4 circumference distributions of transition cone.

The outer wall of the upper part of the transition conical cylinder 4 and the outer wall of the lower part of the second cylinder 7 are provided with half pipes 5 which are internally communicated with steam and made of carbon steel, the half pipes 5 are distributed along the circumferential direction and the bus direction and are provided with steam outlets and inlets, and the temperature in the equipment is stabilized within a normal reaction temperature range.

The ortho-xylene inlet 9 is made of carbon steel and is internally provided with a plurality of groups of sprayers and nozzles.

A fire-retardant conical barrel 6 with a small upper part and a big lower part is arranged in the second barrel 7. Fire relief awl section of thick bamboo 6 is in order to prevent that the reactor from taking place after accidents such as conflagration, and flame back flow advances the vaporizer, can effectually prevent through fire relief awl section of thick bamboo 6 that the vaporizer from taking place chain reaction, if accidents such as conflagration appear, the explosion vent of top can produce the effect immediately, reduces the danger degree. The top of the second cylinder 7 is provided with a flange for connection. The second cylinder 7 is provided with a bursting port. If fire and other accidents occur, the upper explosion-proof port can be immediately exploded, high-pressure and high-temperature gas in the equipment is discharged out of the equipment, and production accidents such as fire, explosion and the like are avoided.

The air filtering purifier 1 is internally provided with spraying components which are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction.

The working principle of the vaporizer is as follows: naphthalene enters the vaporizer from a naphthalene inlet 2, ortho-xylene enters the vaporizer from an ortho-xylene inlet 9, and hot air enters the vaporizer from an N1 port.

The working condition I is as follows: the hot air enters the vaporizer from N1, the naphthalene enters the vaporizer from the naphthalene inlet 2 and then fully mixes with the hot air to rise, and the naphthalene leaves the vaporizer from the material gas outlet 8 after reaching the normal reaction temperature and enters the next-stage reaction system.

Working conditions are as follows: hot air enters the vaporizer from N1, and o-xylene is atomized by the nozzle assembly from the o-xylene inlet 9 and enters the vaporizer, is fully mixed and rises with the hot air, and leaves the vaporizer from the material gas outlet 8 after reaching the normal reaction temperature and enters the next-stage reaction system.

Working conditions are as follows: hot air enters the vaporizer from N1, naphthalene enters the vaporizer from a naphthalene inlet 2, o-xylene is atomized by an o-xylene inlet 9 through a nozzle assembly and then enters the vaporizer, the naphthalene and the o-xylene are fully mixed and rise along with the hot air, and the mixture leaves the vaporizer from a material gas outlet 8 after reaching a normal reaction temperature and enters a next-stage reaction system.
