Kerosene is injected into a combustion chamber 14 from an oil nozzle 12 on a voltage stabilizer 11, oxygen enters the combustion chamber 14 through an oxygen port of the voltage stabilizer 11, and then the kerosene is atomized by the oxygen and then mixed with the oxygen to enter the combustion chamber 14;

4. igniting by an external igniter, and burning the flame into the combustion chamber 14 to form high-temperature and high-pressure flame flow;

5. passing the high-temperature high-pressure flame flow through the inner hole of the pipeline of the intermediate connector 15, compressing the flame flow again, and then entering the diffusion section to form supersonic flame flow;

6. powder enters the flame core from the powder feed pins on both sides of the intermediate connector 15 and is accelerated by the flame stream to exit the outlet end of the barrel.

7. The purifying protective gas is sprayed out through the annular air passage to purify the surface of the workpiece.

8. The spray gun is controlled to rotate by the motor, and the mechanical arm can be additionally arranged to control the movement of the spray gun to realize the spraying of the inner hole.
