The inorganic nano-resin as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 13 parts of inorganic silicon, 10 parts of grafted amino, 2 parts of an organosilicone coupling agent, 0.6 part of a stabilizer, 0.06 part of a bactericide, 20 parts of mica powder, 1.3 parts of bone glue, 1.1 parts of viscose and 53 parts of a reinforcing agent.

4. The inorganic nanocapsule of claim 1 wherein the stabilizer is an alcohol stabilizer.

5. The inorganic nano-resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bactericide is one or both of lime Bordeaux mixture and copper hydroxide.

6. The inorganic nanocapsule of claim 1 wherein the binder is a titania-coated silica phase nanoparticle.

7. The inorganic nano-resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stabilizer is one or more of white mineral oil, mannitol or epoxy resin.

8. The inorganic nanocapsule of claim 1 wherein the titanium oxide-coated silica-phase nanoparticles are present in the form of silica-gel-coated nanoparticles.

9. The inorganic nano-resin as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particles of the mica powder are 100-150 mesh.

10. The inorganic nanocore of claim 1, wherein the reinforcing agent is a DH-1 plastic reinforcing agent.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a resin, in particular to an inorganic nano resin, belonging to the technical field of resin preparation.

Background

The inorganic nano resin has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, incombustibility, nontoxicity and the like, and is suitable for being used as a building decoration binder or a thickening agent.

The existing inorganic nano resin has the following defects: (1) the existing inorganic nano resin is easy to crack and has high hardness in the using process; (2) the existing inorganic nano resin and most of powder are not easy to mix and tone.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provide an inorganic nano resin.

The purpose of the invention can be achieved by adopting the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 13 parts of inorganic silicon, 10 parts of grafted amino, 2 parts of an organosilicone coupling agent, 0.6 part of a stabilizer, 0.06 part of a bactericide, 20 parts of mica powder, 1.3 parts of bone glue, 1.1 parts of viscose and 53 parts of a reinforcing agent.

Example 2:

taking 12 parts of inorganic silicon, 10 parts of grafted amino, 2 parts of an organic silicon coupling agent, 0.6 part of a stabilizer, 0.06 part of a bactericide, 19 parts of mica powder, 0.7 part of bone glue, 1.0 part of viscose and 51 parts of a reinforcing agent in parts by weight; and (3) fully and uniformly mixing the raw materials by a stirring device to obtain a finished product.

Example 3:

taking 12 parts of inorganic silicon, 11 parts of grafted amino, 2 parts of an organic silicon coupling agent, 0.6 part of a stabilizer, 0.07 part of a bactericide, 22 parts of mica powder, 1.0 part of bone glue, 1.0 part of viscose and 53 parts of a reinforcing agent in parts by weight; and (3) fully and uniformly mixing the raw materials by a stirring device to obtain a finished product.

Example 4:

according to the weight portion, 13 portions of inorganic silicon, 10 portions of grafting amino, 2 portions of organic silicon coupling agent, 0.6 portion of stabilizing agent, 0.06 portion of bactericide, 20 portions of mica powder, 1.3 portions of bone glue, 1.1 portions of viscose and 53 portions of reinforcing agent are taken.

And (3) fully and uniformly mixing the raw materials by a stirring device to obtain a finished product.

Example 5:

taking 18 parts of inorganic silicon, 16 parts of grafted amino, 3 parts of an organic silicon coupling agent, 0.7 part of a stabilizer, 0.08 part of a bactericide, 25 parts of mica powder, 1.6 parts of bone glue, 1.2 parts of viscose and 55 parts of a reinforcing agent in parts by weight; and (3) fully and uniformly mixing the raw materials by a stirring device to obtain a finished product.

The finished products obtained in examples 1 to 5 were tested, and the test data are as follows:

in summary, in this example, according to the inorganic nano-resin of this example, the inorganic nano-resin provided in this example, as can be seen from examples 1 to 5, the hardness, scrub resistance, color developability and anti-freezing property of the inorganic nano-resin prepared in example 4 are the best, and the alcohol stabilizer is added to improve the product dispersibility and anti-freezing property; the lime bordeaux liquid or the copper hydroxide is added to improve the storage time of the product.
